Anyway!
Eventually the class along with all the other first years made it on the island and Chabashira started explaining how the uninhabited island test would work as she gave everyone in the class wristbands.
Syl sat through the explanation and waited for Chabashira to stop speaking.
Eventually the explanation was complete and the students were allowed to discuss what to buy with class points and ask Chabashira about any questions they had.
Syl was bored. He watched Ike and Shinohara start to argue over the toilet and then it became a boys vs girls argument with the only girl willing to not spend money on the better toilet being Karuizawa.
Syl chuckled. "Doggies are used to peeing outside after all."
Karuizawa instantly replied. "Then you're all set!"
Syl laughed. "You betcha! I'm actually gonna make use of it right now! I'll be back in a few minutes everyone!"
Syl walked away while a few of the girls looked at him with a frown.
"Did he really need to tell us all he was going to the bathroom??" Shinohara asked with a disgruntled voice.
"Well, it's better than just running off without telling anyone anything. Right guys?" Hirata said with a smile.
"I guess…" Shinohara muttered.
"But we still won't give up on the toilet! Girls can't use one of those!" Shinohara shouted again as the argument reignited.
"That's 20 class points!!! Just rough it out for a week!" Ike countered.
Syl heard this from a distance away, glad he was finally out of that annoying argument.
Then Syl activated his stealth skill and started running around the island at inhuman speeds with a mixture of all his skills and enhancements, he even learned how to slightly augment his body with mana recently.
Turn's out he was an augmentor and not a conjuror. Who could have guessed?!
Everyone! Syl's an idiot!!
Anyway!
Syl finally found what he was looking for.
"This is gonna be fun." He muttered with a smile. Syl jumped down from a tree and landed next to two people.
He looked at both of them and raised his arms like he was welcoming an old friend.
"Long time no see, Captain."
Ryuuen looked shocked for a moment before laughing.
"Kukuku. What do you think you're doing?" He asked.
Syl chuckled. "I was going for a little run but I found something interesting." Then Syl turned to the other person. "You're Katsuragi right? Are you still fighting with Sakayanagi over class leader?"
Katsuragi furrowed his brow and looked at Ryuuen.
"I thought you said this was confidential? Did you go and tell someone from class D about this?"
Ryuuen looked serious for the first time. "I had no clue a rat would sneak in. It seems my 'exterminators' aren't doing their jobs properly."
Ryuuen then used his fingers to whistle and three people came out of the bushes a few seconds later.
"What?!" Ibuki asked with a frown.
"Why didn't do you your damn job?" Ryuuen asked coldly.
"What are you talking abou- YOU! How did you get here?!?!" She screamed when she saw Syl.
Syl shrugged. "I just used the trees."
"I thought you said you were jogging?" Katsuragi asked.
Syl nodded. "I was, just on the trees."
"It was you! Wasn't it?! You betrayed us!!!" Ibuki screamed at Katsuragi as she approached him like she was gonna fight.
*Slap*
"Shut up Ibuki. Go calm down over there." Ryuuen said in a relaxed tone.
Then he turned back to Syl. "Leave, now."
"Nah." Syl relied simply.
Ryuuen nodded which caused Albert and Ishizaki to come over.
"Leave now, before something, unfortunate, happens." Ryuuen said in a threatening manner.
"I don't wanna, besides, I could always just tell the teachers about what you did to her. You know violence is prohibited, right?" Syl said calmly.
"Kukuku. Is that so? Ibuki, what happened to your cheek?" Ryuuen laughed.
"... I fell." She replied softly.
Syl chuckled. "One hell of a fall, well whatever." He just shrugged.
Ryuuen narrowed his eyes. "Why haven't you left yet?"
Syl looked him dead on without an ounce of hesitation. "Why should I? You gonna do something about it?"
Syl's eyes glowed yellow as an invisible pressure radiated from him in all directions. The leaves on the trees started flailing in the wind and falling off their branches as the wind picked up and 3 people near Syl suddenly struggled to breath.
Only Ryuuen and Albert were unaffected.
Ryuuen looked back at Ishizaki and Ibuki. "What's wrong with you two? Get your shit together."
Ibuki tried to respond but couldn't squeak out a reply.
A small black bolt of lighting with a yellow outline that was only visible to Syl sparked in the air as his haki grew in strength.
Ibuki finally fainted and Ishizaki was gasping for breath.
Syl chuckled and reeled in his haki, the invisible pressure disappearing. "Oh look, something unfortunate happened."
Ryuuen looked back at Ibuki who was passed out on the ground. "Kukukuku. Was she really that scared? What a weakling."
Katsuragi, who was struggling to breathe just a second ago, finally got off on one knee. "What did you just do?"
Syl tilted his head. "Nothing, I'm just standing still."
Ryuuen laughed again. "Kukukuku! That was one crazy look you had in your eyes. You could scare just about anyone with that. Too bad I don't know the meaning of fear."
Syl smiled. "Thanks, honestly I'm just happy I don't have to deal with that toddler anymore." He said while pointing at Ibuki.
"Deal with? What are you planning on doing, Syl?" Katsuragi asked cautiously.
Syl looked at him like he was an idiot. "Dealing with you guys, of course."
Ryuuen looked excited. "Kukukuku! So, you came here for a fight?"
Katsuragi frowned. "Violence isn't allowed during this special exam, you will lose all your private points and be kicked off the island, losing another 30 class points for this exam."
Ryuuen smiled. "Then isn't this a perfect opportunity for someone without private points? Kukukuku. Ishizaki, you know what to do."
Ishizaki nodded and walked forward. "Sorry, Syl. It's nothing personal."
Syl smiled and looked at Katsuragi. "You're my witness."
Katsuragi raised a brow. "For what?"
Ishizaki swung his arm forward in an attempt to hit Syl. Syl dodged with a backflip and laughed.
"That this is self defense."
