Chapter 51: The new house

"Wait here," Harry told his elf before going with Griphook.

"Yes, master." The elf bowed.

Once they arrived at the vault, the goblin took Harry's key and open it.

"I trust you have no problems providing the items I require," Harry said.

"Not at all, Mr. Potter. I'm sure, you will find everything in order." Griphook said respectfully.

Harry went inside the vault. He could see a small table has been placed in a corner. On top of the table was a wooden box.

Harry opened it and inside there were three vials. Two contained a thick dark colored liquid and a third smaller vial contained a purely black liquid.

Harry examined the items carefully, He knew the goblins were trustworthy when it came to monetary transactions, but one can never be too careful.

After being satisfied, He stored the items with care and left the vault.

Griphook looked at Harry and He nodded at the goblin to indicate that everything was in order.

After leaving the bank, He went into a deserted alley and cast a strong glamour to hide his identity, the same one He used two years prior.

He then made his way into Knockturn Alley and towards the same shop, he visited before his first year, Cobb & Webbs.

He made it to the shop without being bothered by anyone. There were few people roaming the Alley at this time of the morning since most of them prefer the night.

He went inside the shop and the owner seem to recognize Him.

"Ah, my dear customer is back. What can Madam Webb do for you this time?." The woman asked with an enticing tone.

"I need the best curse breakers that you can provide to set up wards in two different locations," Harry said.

The madam seems to be pondering for a moment before looking back at Harry.

"The best ones I know are the Santos brothers, from Spain. They have set up wards for some of the oldest and most powerful families of Europe. However, their services are very expensive."

"That won't be a problem, contact them."

She stared at Harry for a few seconds.

"Very well. But…how shall I contact you, my dear client?. I do not know your na-"

"Harry Potter"

He knew that there was no point in hiding his identity from this woman since the curse breakers will be working in the Potter manor. The purpose of the glamour was to prevent people from seeing Harry Potter going into Knockturn Alley.

Madam Webb opened her eyes wide in surprise for a second. She then smiled at Harry

"A wonderful glamour my Lord, I will confess that I did not detect it, although I suspected that those were not your real looks."

"You understand that if you spread this information to anyone -"

Madam Webb raised her hand to interrupt him.

"Please my Lord, save the threats. I would not be alive in my line of business if I went blabbering about my client's secrets." She said with an inscrutable expression.

"Then, that is all for now. Contact me when they are ready and I will send the address."

The madam gave Harry a nod.

After leaving Knockturn Alley and removing the glamour, Harry went back to the bank to pick up his elf.

"Master, are we ready to go?." Lorry asked.

Harry nodded. "Take me to the Potter manor."

The elf took hold of Harry's arm and they disappeared with a pop sound.

—-------------------------------------

They appeared in front of a beautiful manor.

They were currently standing on the road that goes from the main gate of the property to the main entrance of the manor.

At the sides of this road, there were gardens with all sorts of flowers and trees.

The manor itself seems to be composed of several sections. The main section was of rectangular shape and three stories high, but on the top one could see several towers with pointy ends.

To the right of the manor was a gigantic greenhouse, and to the left, there seems to be another house of smaller size meant to serve as a residence for guests.

"As you can see Master, the construction of the manor is complete. All that is left is the placement of the wards."

"Wonderful house." Harry was honestly impressed with the results.

"Did you manage to salvage anything from the old place?" He asked the elf.

"Not much, Master. Just a couple of paintings and some books. I have placed them inside the manor's vault."

"Very well, show me around. I want to see everything."

Harry asked Lorry and the elf gave him a very detailed tour of the property.

After an hour, the tour was over and Harry was now familiar with his new house.

He checked the books that were placed in the vault but there was nothing interesting there.

'If the Potters still have anything valuable, other than money, Is inside the Potter's main vault at Gringotts.' Harry thought.

The paintings were of his grandparents, they have been placed in stasis, but Harry had no intention of waking them up. He has no business with them.

He may have taken the Potter name but He does not consider the Potters as his family, the same way He never considered the Gaunts of the Riddles as his family.

"Now then, I have one more business to attend to before going back."

Harry took the dimensional wallet out of his pocket.
