Both Monarchies were still kneeling while their bodies were quivering looking at them. They were able to see how grave the situation was. Even looking from afar they saw how the Devil fired eye beams just to tell them how easy it was for him to kill them. And how easily he wiped the most High Council members.
As they walk towards queens slowly as they don't want to get attention from the Demons in the sky. Once reaching them they pick them up and once both Majestrix does this they all walk back to the castle while their minds work on overloading how to handle this calamity that just appeared on their grounds. After all, both sisters are smart when it comes to this.

The next day in a meeting room we see many scientists and newly elected officials of the Shi'ar Empire setting while on the ruling throne was empty as now people and both sisters knew there is no point in fighting for a throne when there would be nothing to rule if they didn't do anything in next 6 day so both sisters were sitting both sides of the throne as the meeting was counting.

?: "According to our calculations All of them were gone and we had lost all ships and 21 planets that were placed in front of the man and from the recording, we were able to recover they showed man just going through the planets and coming out of another side without any care and this was same for the any Arachne - Drone Lunar-Class Cruiser, Avenger-Class Grand Cruiser, Destroyer-Class Battle Cruiser, Emperor-Class Battleship, and any small feet that came in front of just like planets he cut through all of them with some kind of force field that will extend if something bigger came in for of it and any she's that we're not in his way got destroyed by those Demons in the sky and no one left alive." told the man with a trembling body as he had seen all the recordings they were able to recover.
So did everyone in the hall as they themselves saw the footage of how outclassed they were in front of the man and those demons that seem to never give up no matter how many times you shoot them. But hearing this it was shocking news as in billions of people no one was left alive.
?: "According to our analysis, we had lost nearly 38 percent of our power if we don't count the Imperial Guard and if we could then the loss goes up to 63 percent of total Shi'ar power and incalculable damage in money and property damage is still going on." Said the man seeing how fast Zeros were going up with every second as the planet itself was now hitting with disasters because its Gods were now dead.
Sigh… Sigh… Sigh… as sighs escape from the mouths of everyone watching the losses going up at such speeds.
Cal'syee: "Are we able to recover any dead bodies of one of those demons in the sky." Ask
Cal'syee who had enough bad news for the day she didn't even have time to sleep as the whole Empire was in Chaos and she is stuck here as she also had the same bomb in her head like everyone tries to leave you will be blown up into bites.

And they saw the footage of they saw from the earth that was sent by their intelligent group showing how he manhandle all of the heroes and how he built the giant behemoth even bigger than celestials without moving a finger and how much more advance the tech become when he reassemble it back into that monstrosity, they try to look inside but failed and this was same for their reverse engineered technology they were sure if that machine let loose it will wipe planets.
Humans don't know who they are messing with as they have seen it. The man not just disassembles the components but he disassembles the molecules inside those components and when it reassembles again it is beyond any technology they can build. And forget about humans facing that machine she can't imagine what the man will able to do with their tech if he can do this all with that primitive technology from a species of apes or what he can build himself up.
Then He broke a metal that was said to take any attack a metal they with all tech can't create an Omega Class Weapon 16+ technology level that comes from spices of space Gods that had fought Celestials before and live to tell the tale that level of weapon he broke it with one hand without breaking any sweat.
Then he pulled Moon to earth which doesn't sound that impressive against what he built if you don't count that a Watcher lives on that Moon and he will interfere if his home was in any danger and they knew that the man knew this all but ignore it they can take it as ignorance but no they knew the man will beat the watches if he interferes and watcher also knew this that's why even his home was about to collide with a planet he didn't interfere.
The Watcher is a cosmic being. And how he knew this it's simple just like he knew about them about who kidnapped his family and their home planet. How he plays to play with his powers like an expert, maybe he knows what he needs to know. Sounds insane but Galactus exists here anything is possible in this universe. his coming here so fast is one of them. She was so lost in her thoughts she didn't notice how people were talking and discussing.

All the Skrull planetary governors declared themselves emperors or empresses and rallied their own forces. Weaker planets fell to stronger ones, and alliances were forged and broken within hours. In the first few days, more Skrulls died at the hands of Skrulls in the civil war than died in the consumed Throneworld.
She didn't want the same fate for her Empire and her people but the problem is they are facing the worst fate as they didn't give the man a good reason whatever it may be even though she doesn't have any idea her empire will be wiped and she has no problem in understanding how much truth these words hold he will do in fact he doesn't need to do anything those creatures in the sky that increased their numbers with every death So no matter how many they may be able to kill their every solder that will fall they will be their next enemies to kill, even with a heart of stone her soldiers will hesitant to kill their own people's own relatives its DOOMED situation where they will lose no matter what. Said the man with a smug smile on his face and everyone in the meeting room nodded as they also thought its amazing.
But both sisters had enough of this. as Cal'syee "Slam" slam her hand on her throne her eyes red from anger and ignorance of these fools.
Cal'syee: "Have you lost your mind didn't you see what he did with our Imperial Fleet no ship or life remains intact, and forget even about that you even try to watch the new footage we got from the earth that increased the power of Mutant that he is able to create BlackHoles then he crushed the same black hole with bare hands while killing an Eternal with another hand I had enough of you fools" She screamed in such cold yet the fiery voice that they felt they will freeze today as she walks away from the room.
As she walks ways leaving behind her high heels prints as how much angry and frustrated she is putting so much power behind walking. As seeing her sister walk away she also stands up
Lilandra: Do you all really think we can win against that monster without any cosmic being standing by our side I know all of them had achieve some great things. But who is stopping him from just creating a supermassive Blackhole and throwing it into our galaxy do you really think they will survive this and even in an unlikely chance of we able to win?
Do any of you understand what the cost will be the wiped 68 percent of Shi'ar total power alone without doing much so now imagine if we won how destructive the fight should be just to hurt him when our strongest weapon and the strongest warrior isn't even able to scratch him and if we kill him how we will lose and how much everyone who will come to help us will lose and what they will ask in comparison for said loss and because we are asking for help they can ask anything the losses will be truly incalculable?
If we lose which is going to happen because even time and space are distorted in his very presence so if we lost there will be nothing will remain that could be called we The Shi'ar we will have a much worse fate than even Skrulls as they only lost is throneworld and the Government system we will lose every life and the whole Shi'ar Galaxy we rater give up and give him the Majestor position but I don't think he is interested in those things.

They see how a friend refuses to sacrifice their friends or a traveler refuses to allow them to kill someone they had just met. Meanwhile they had sacrificed everything to get this power. Sometimes you can't just win a war with your fists no matter how powerful you are there will always be forces out there dedicated to your destruction and some will be capable of pulling it off there are situations you can't bargain with or think your way out of but you've only truly good person goes further than we give it credit for and in all-powerful super self it's what makes them look out on a vast world people to judge and realize that the only one deserving of divine punishment is himself a subconscious desire to implanted by those of us who might struggle but never cut corners.
This how you defeated a being who had become Nin omnipotent but he was as if he knew or can feel how an omnipotent being should be he even displays those things that prove he could be omnipotent maybe not now in past or anything like that and he doesn't have those weaknesses he does not have any subconscious wish to lose. He hears of his story and he doesn't need some probe to be the protagonist of this story and he is right.
