Chapter 15: CHAPTER - 15 { Success! }
"Fuck!"
Mitabi stared down at his lower body which was half inside a 4-meter class titan's mouth.
Splash!
The titan clenched its jaw and bit Mitabi into two halves from the stomach.
"Mitabi!"
His squad member screamed in disbelief, he was the only one left as the rest were all already dead and eaten by the surrounding titans.
"I will kill you! I will kill you! Kill! Kill! Kill!"
It seems that the deaths of his friends caused the sole member to have some screw loose.
"Don't!"
Even though Vlad stopped this man from going to his grave, it was futile.
"Ahh!"
The man roared as he shot the hooks at the 4-meter titan which ate Mitabi.
Bam!
But before he could even complete half the distance, he was clapped by another titan to death.
Vlad's face now was very ugly, he had already held himself from kill these stupid soldiers personally.
Now, surrounded by titans from all directions, Vlad was stuck at a factory roof.
"Ahge!"
The injuries from the morning started acting up as an intense pain made its way into his head.
"Damn it!"
Vlad cursed while holding his head. The titans around him continued to make noise.
Boom!
The factory trembled slightly. And then the waves of attacks from the titans also increased with time.
"This is bad! This factory won't last long!"
Vlad was anxious now, but at times like this would a smile form on his face.
'What should I do? Make my way out of here through these titans? Or wait until someone comes to help?'
As he thought, Vlad shook his head in disappointment. What help? There's no one left to provide support to him.
Only the first idea could work. But for that, the titans must be distracted for a second or two.
"Or, shall I kill all these titans?"
Vlad tilted his head as he stared at the titans who tried to catch him from below.
Thankfully there weren't any 8-meter and above class titans around the factory.
Bam.
The roof where he sat vibrated with the low stomping sound.
Bam.
Another sound was heard with the ground shaking. Vlad stood up and narrowed his eyes towards the source of this sound.
Soon, his eyes caught the sight of a huge boulder being lifted up and moved.
"Eren… he did it."
Muttered Vlad. He then saw that the titans were now distracted by the vibrations.
With cold eyes, Vlad gripped the blade handles tightly and leaped from the factory roof.
"Better to kill them all here!"
Wuss!
Vlad shot the hooks on the factory's wooden pillars and swung below the titans to cut their tandons.
Boom!
One after another the titans fell on the ground as Vlad killed them with a swift wind-like movement.

Boom!
Each time Eren stepped, there would be a loud sound as if small explosions.
"Protect Eren! Even if it costs you your life!"
Lan shouted out his order. Almost everyone around the area heard him.
"Don't let any of the titans near him!"
The soldiers used their ODM gears to surround Eren and defend him from any incoming titan.
Vlad stood up on a titan's corpse. He looked at the direction where Eren was heading.
"Three titans…"
Without wasting any more time, Vlad sprinted up and jumped towards a building.
Press.
The hooks shot at the building's windows and pierced the wooden frames.
Wuss!
The high pressure gas helped in pushing Vlad in the air where he locked on to another building.
By doing so, Vlad quickly made his way towards the three titans which were on the path of Eren and the hole.
On his way, suddenly Vlad coughed out some blood. But the situation didn't allow him to check his condition.
"Haaaa!"
Lan saw Vlad charged at the three incoming titans from behind as his face filled with concern.
"What he is doing! Going against titan on plain ground is a death wish! And where are Mitabi and his squad!"
Lan immediately hurried to help Vlad with his remaining squad members but there was quite some distance.
"Stop it! Vlad! You are trying to seek death!"
Armin shouted as he and Mikass also swung towards the titans to support Vlad.
On one hand they wanted to stop Vlad from distracting the titans alone.
On other hand, Vlad was confirmed to kill these three titans by himself without any help.
"Shut up for a second will you all!"
Vlad shot the hooks at the titan nearest to him, the hooks pierced the titan's thigh.
Wuss!
Jumping up, Vlad pulled the strings as he held the blades tightly.
The titan turned around to look at Vlad almost reaching it. Fortunately, the titan's movements were very slow in Vlad's eyes.
The white lines in his black irises slightly thickened but with an extremely small margin.
Even Vlad himself was unaware that his eyes' power was being used.
He thought that seeing the movements in slow motion was an added advantage of this power.
"Haaa!"
Vlad climbed the titan's back rapidly and cut off a huge piece of flesh from its nape.
Boom!
The titan fell down on its front as the other two titans crouched down to stare at Vlad.
The huge eyes reflected Vlad's figure completely.
"Be it land, air or water! No way am I losing to a titan!"
Vlad leaped backwards as both the titans moved their hands to grab him.
Lan, Mikasa, Armin and a few more soldiers finally arrived at the site. But they had already watched the entire fight between Vlad and the three titans.
The first titan to die, laid on the road. Another one of the three was leaning on a building, it was dead.
And the last, it had its head cut off from the neck. Sitting on the titan's head, Vlad wiped the blood off his face.
"Eren Yeager, go on! I will say it now. That until I am alive, not a single titan can come near you! So do it! Seal the damn hole!"
Vlad's face, painted in red blood which vaporized in the air, and his hand holding a half broken blade.
The eyes which were within the darkness, staring from the abyss.
That's what Eren saw. At that moment he knew this person was not to be messed with.
And for Eren it was even worse because of his power to turn into a titan.
Boom!
But now he had a different mission to complete. Eren walked his way to the breached gate.
Along the way, tens of titans came but not a single one could come near him as Vlad mentioned before.
The soldiers all moved in a defence formation. With this, Eren soon reached the hole.
A single titan stood before the hole, and Vlad was already in action to get this titan.
After the titan was distracted away from the hole and killed by Vlad, Eren came before the hole with the boulder.
"Go, Eren!"
"Raaah!"
Armin seemed to be pretty worked up as he shouted in sync with Eren's roar.
Boom!
The huge boulder was shoved in the hole as the sunlight stopped coming in from there.
Many lost their lives but for the first time in history, Humanity won against Titans!
For the first time, Humanity fought back and won!
For the first time, Humanity wasn't helpless!
