Location the Warp-The Azure Moon of Chaos
The Dark One made landfall on the blue moon, as rock and stone of azure blue was allover across the horizon.
Laharl could feel this moon it had no atmosphere and it felt slight heavy meaning its overall gravitational force and pressure was quite high, these qualities of this moon will serve as natural defenses against future invaders that dare enter the Warp.
All in all, the Dark One liked this moon and will fit perfectly for the hidden altar location for the avatar...before he started to walk and explore the desolate azure colored moon he realized he didn't to create a moon for the Realm of Chaos anymore, nature itself provided him what he needs.
He decide to bound this moon forever with the realm of Chaos, not only serving as an eternal celestial body over the realm, but also another neutral zone of Chaos, joining the Infinity Fountain Resting Place, and the Grand Cloister of Destiny.
But also a source of endless Chaotic energy as it appears when summoned to the Materium, he might need to one of his Free Absolute Creation to make what he want possible and also make this moon indestructible, and a source of power/energy for all mortal and daemonic sorcerors.
It was more then perfect so first he was going to explore the moon completely then he'll start moving it and connecting it directly to the realms of Chaos.

Location the Feudalworld Earth-Eras before the Dawn of the Renaissance Age/Chinese Territories
I've remained in China for the last year, I'm currently hiding my appearance with leaves and foliage as I watched the new age start to spread to the people of Jiangdong.
Progress...that's was humanity was doing progressing as a species, during my year exploring and observing all of China, this new age of progress was starting to be born faster than I could imagined.
While I would like to relax and watch over the people more, I was stressed by what has happened on my latest attempt to wander and master the secrets of the Realm of Souls, of course I was cautious in my travels but the moment I found a secure, secluded spot to use my psyker powers, something unexpected happened...
I projected my mind into the Realm of Souls, immediately once I came in contact with the inner layer of the Warp, I felt a surge of searing and intense pain as I felt my projection come in contact with some kind of barrier!!!
No matter how much psychic strength or will power I used, this barrier wouldn't submit to me, these vile parasites, must have erected some sort of psychic wall, completely cutting access to me!!!!
These vile, tumors that defile all decency and holy dare oppose me!?
I separated myself from his psychic wall or barrier that didn't allow me entrance to the Warp, as I focused all my power that I could muster through this projection causing this form to shine bright like a beacon of hallow light!!!
As blue lighting surged through this form, projecting it all throughout my mind and form, as I unleashed my full psychic might upon this meager creation of those daemonic parasites!!!!
My power struck the barrier, as lightning and light, illuminated and create a edge of the barrier resembling the side of a sphere.
After sometime the surge of my power, was waining eventually I had to stop, I...I...I was exhausted.
This has never happened to me before...Laharl, Khorne, and Nurgle must have erected this barrier after my first excursion into their domain...seems my enemies are much more cunning that I credited them.
With no other choice, I focused on returning to my physical body back on Earth.
Upon returning I felt weak, as I lost control of my body and started to fall, I was forced to my knees, and to use my right arm as support.
I was incredibly tired...I overextended my power, I must be more careful and patient, ever since I have been discovered by the Chaos Gods, and I responded to Laharl's threat I been sensing shifts in the Realm of Souls seems my enemies have been making contingencies against me.
So I must prepare...standing up I decided to continue my wandering, preparing for humanity next age while growing more stronger and knowledgeable, I'll find a way through whatever barrier my enemies have erected around their horrendous domains, as I start walking through the wilderness of Jiangdong.
(General POV)
Location the Warp-Directly Over the Realms of Chaos/On the Azure Moon of Chaos
After completely investigating everywhere on the blue moon, the Dark One decided it had everything he requires to build the altar for this newest avatar, and the moon itself shall become a celestial body of Chaos.
Using his dark divinity and dominion over the Immaterium to move this move, with the level of power and divinity that the Dark One possess he easily bend the Warp to his will, and swiftly moved the moon closer to the realm of Chaos...
The Azure Moon shuke from Laharl's power, all the while not only the Warp but the Dark One's chaotic influence was affecting the moon, already starting it's corruption.
When the Azure Moon appeared in the skies above all current realms of the Chaos Gods, both Khorne and Nurgle were shocked at what they sensed and saw in their respected skies...a massive blue moon.
That's when both the Blood and Plague Gods received a psychic message from their older brother, telling them both to come to their new moon, and also told Nurgle to bring a spare plaguesword.
Both of them were shocked at first, but soon accepted it, as one of their brother's usual warp-defying actions...they both sighed and conjure the respected weapon that their brother requested as they went to...their new Chaos Moon...
In a flash of hellfire, a titanic fireball entered the Azure Moon's surface crashing and exploding in a great fiery burst, as a fire coated, heavy dark brass armored, daemonic titan started to stand from the crator he caused, this is the Blood God, Khorne answering his brother, Laharl's call.
The Blood God walked outside the crator, and dusted himself, and before Khorne could start walking towards he was sensing his brother, he felt Nurgle was also making moon-fall...
Turning his head slightly over his right shoulder, a massive cloud of insects from flies and locusts was carrying the titanic plague and disease ridden, green carcus of Nurgle, and surprisingly his landing was more graceful than the Blood God's.
Nurgle greeted his brother, while Khorne just nodded back in response as the two now traveled to where the Dark One, on the way there they inspected the Azure Moon, noticing some of their brother's Carnage corruption starting emerge across the moon.
Sharp, while long needles were sprouting from allover the blue ground along with some violet vines with needles and black leaves were also growing and spreading through the ground.
The two younger Chaos Gods, were surprised that their brother would bring a unnecessary celestial body onto their realm, unless he explain to them why he brought it here, and why hasn't he fully corrupted and remade it in his image...
After a while walking to the farthest reaches of the Azure Moon, Nurgle and Khorne, spotted their older brother resting, laying next to a huge moon rock formation.
When they arrived at Laharl's side, he saw them summon a hellblade and a plaguesword, Khorne said, "Here is what you've requested brother. So now would you, explain the purpose of this moon, and this mutual avatar that we'll be sharing." Nurgle listening was confused, and said out loud, "Avatar? What...avatar...are you...two...talking about?" that's when the Blood God realized his mistake, aside from this new avatar, he and Laharl have been fighting over the ownership of the first avatar, the Infernal Destroyer.
Sighing, Khorne knew there wasn't any use denying what he just said, soo he decided to tell the Rot Lord everything...

Location the Feudalworld Earth-Eras before the Dawn of the Renaissance Age/Indian Territories, Lost Temple of Bhima
It has been three months, since I left China, to go to India.
I have finished my tour of Chinese lands, and have discovered hidden lore involving the vile Chaos Gods, and their roles in causing the greatest horrendous atrocities, bloody wars, horrific plagues, and untold amount of sacrilegious rituals and worship in human history in the dark ages!!!!!
All religions are designed by them, and they have feed on my people for to long!!!
And now they have found a way to prevent me deeper passage to the Immaterium.
Over the three months, I've tried many times to try to breach whatever barrier they have erected around the Realm of Souls, but nothing in my power, or vast knowledge has come close to scratch the surface of this barrier.
Needing a calmer place to gather my thoughts, and forcibly awaken more past memories and powers from within my being has brought me to a hidden golden made temple, dedicated Bhima, a man that slew a spawn from the Warp, as legend say he was order to save the life of their Brahmin host from this daemon the people name Bakasura, he eventually set out to kill Bakasura, under the direction of his mother, Kunti a brave man...and hero, few legends in this world are true, and others are misinterpreted.
Seeing this much gold...not that I need riches but it might be useful in the future, I destroyed everything that might speak of the possible connection to the Warp, as I believe mankind shouldn't attempt to dabble in those matter just yet, especially when I have yet to fully uncover the secrets of the Immaterium, I sigh as sit down and meditated in this abandoned temple to awaken and master my powers further...

Location the Warp-Directly Over the Realms of Chaos/On the Azure Moon of Chaos
Once Khorne was done explaining to Nurgle about the Infernal Destroyer under Laharl's possession and the new avatar his about to create, to say that the Plague God was shocked that Laharl not only possess such a weapon, but the means to leave the Warp whenever he chosen enraged Nurgle.
Laharl sighed like he expected, the moment his younger siblings discover the Infernal Destroyer, a lot of headaches were going to come with having to fight them off.
While their trust and bound do grow stronger and deeper with each other, they're still Gods and there are no other being as petty, egotistical, and jealous then Gods, himself included aside from this avatar, there's no way he'll let anyone take his Infernal Destroyer...sighing as he looked as his younger siblings argue about who has the right to claim such a weapon, when it doesn't belong to either of them...
The Dark One had enough, rising his power and voice he yelled, "ENOUGH!!!! WE CAN ADD NURGLE TO NEXT WAGER, INVOLVING MY AVATAR KHORNE!!!! AND NURGLE!!!! YES I MADE AN AVATAR SO I CAN LEAD MY FORCES FROM THE FRONT, WHEN THEIRS NO THREAT TO MY REALM OR WIVES!!!!! SO I PLAN TO MAKE THIS MOON THAT I'VE FOUND THE SECRET ALTAR FOR THIS AVATAR WHEN WE GO EVEN WEAKER WORLDS, THAN OUR OWN SIMILAR TO THE OLDWORLD..." as Laharl reeled in his power and anger, he continued to speak "...soo can you two be quiet so I can explain the other reasons, why brought this moon, and the special additions I plan to add to said avatar?"
Both Khorne and Nurgle were shocked at being...scolded, but in the end agreed with what their brother said to them...even thou, Khorne was really annoyed and angry still after being scolded like an infant!!
Seeing his younger brothers quiet down, and agreeing with him the Dark One, began that he admitted that partly he desired a moon over the Realms of Chaos, because he wants to enjoy a better view than their usual skies and multi-colored dimension of the Warp, but more importantly of the benefits of having their own moon, as he told them of the Greenskins of the Old World gaining one called the Bad Moon that constantly fly through their counterparts domain.
If the Bad Moon in a weaker world, can cause that level of mayhem and chaos throughout the Old World, he asked his brothers to imagine if they created one together...
This declaration shocked the Plague and Blood Gods, as it was true what he said a celestial body capable of weakening the veil of reality, drive weaker minds insane or loyal to them, and allow them easier and all honesty more subtle ways to invade the Materium was invaluable to them.
He went to explain, soon Cultists dedicated to one or all of them will start emerging creating a special and subtle ritual to summon this moon would allow them to strike in multiple locations at once, when they gain their ultimate devoted followers in the form of the Word Bearers, this summoning shall be even more imperative.
Laharl told them he plans to make the moon indestructible to all means, let it constantly float around their domain and their future siblings domains to gain more Chaotic energies.
It'll be a literal symbol of Chaos, not align to a single one of them but all of them, he told them it can make their troops more stronger and stable in Realspace, and as he mentioned before it shall also serve as the secret altar where to store this neutral avatar, which shall be in the very core of the moon, only accessible by them, just like Malafex Temple.
Fully agreeing to Laharl's plans Khorne and Nurgle gave their full support, so Laharl told them to start pouring their influence and corruption onto the moon, once done they'll make the avatar within the core.
As he sat down, closed his eyes and started focusing his ruinous power back into the moon, as Khorne and Nurgle followed his example laying next to him, and they too focus their powers into their new Azure Moon...
