It was 11, I woke up tired, stressed and sunken in thoughts about last night. I couldn't move out of bed and regreted the decision of going to the party again. That was I have been doing all nights, in my dreams as well I think. I felt something in my stomach and ran into the toilet. Things have been bad for a long time, but I am not used to it still. It hurts the same.
I made myself breakfast and opened the mail I got last week. It was from marshall and I refused to open it due to the lack of courage, still I don't have the courage but now I decided to do it anyway.
Marshal and I had a very long relationship. He was with me through my hardest and happiest times. He was a good guy, but obviously there are things that made us broke up. We met at the same café, me and allysa met. He is food blogger, and was there for reviewing this place. He was a tall handsome man, broad faced, very decent in dressing and manners. He approached me asking questions related to the place. It was not only an interview, I knew that as well. While going, he gave me his number and asked me if I want to try another new place nearby. "nothing can beat the taste of this place." I said. 'lets see.' he said while taking his phone and going out.
At night, when I came home and lay on bed, I tried to shut my eyes and fall asleep but his shinning blue eyes, broad face was not fading away. He was right, I might like to try a new place. I forced myself out of the bed, took his number from the bag, dailed it but refused to press the button. A little longer anna. While I was thinking about it, allysa walked into the apartment using the spare key she had, I put the number on side table and went to the kitchen. We both took drinks from the refrigerator and started talking about the day. Allysa felt hungry, I went to the kitchen, to get her something to eat and she went to the bathroom to take shower, when she saw the number on the table.
She came outside with a smile on her face and started asking me about it. I told her that's just a guy I saw at the café and nothing special. "just saw at café and he gave you his number? Wao." allysa said smiling and doubting my statement. "Yeaa, he is bit interesting, smart a and handsome But there is nothing more." I said blushing , taking toast out in plates.
"hey, this is Anna, where can I see you tomorrow?" I rashed towards allysa as I heard her talking to someone on the phone. I grabed the phone, but the call was already ended. "same café, same time, same table." she ran into the bathroom and locked the door and started laughing loudly. " come out and I'll kill you" I yelled at her.
Next day, I was planning to call him and tell him the truth but it was so embarassing that I decided to go and meet, instead of regretting over it. anyways, he is handsome and I liked him a bit as well. Can give him a chance.
He was already waiting on the same place, same table at the same time.
I went in, he spit some pick up lines to impress me and he did that perfectly. "you're right, no place can be better than this". He said. "indeed", I said smiling and asking about his work. Things got deep and I didn't realised that we were there for the last four hours, talking, laughing and falling in love.
I had realised that it isn't going to be a normal dating scene but deep love. I ignored my thoughts as I had just met the guy. Hours café dates turned into club dates. We used to go home drunk and finally then one day, we arrived my place, drunk into one another's arms on the bed. He took his head up, put his hand on my face and kissed me so hard that I almost lost my breath. And we stayed awake till late making love . It was a fabulous night indeed.
