Chapter 10: The True Prodigy
"Hey? What's he doing?" Macki asked Elec in a panic.
"I don't know but I have to stop Gas before it's too late. It probably won't matter if he can win this but if he lost." Elec said with a stiff expression on his face.
"We will be goners, aren't we?" Macki said.
At that time.
After the two clashed Zeta went for a body spin followed by a back fist which knocked Gas away.
Just before he was hit with the back fist Gas put his two hands in a guarding position as he was sent away.
"A barrier?" Zeta said in confusion he thought that the attack was going to land on him for sure just to be blocked by some kind of an invisible barrier.
"How the hell did you do that?" Zeta asked Gas who was looking at him like he was looking at a Monster.
"My energy shield was cracked?" Gas was taken back.
The speed that Zeta reacted was too fast for him to keep up and the back fist was not something that he could have tanked without his energy shield.
In other words, Zeta outclassed his base form in both strength and speed.
[Zeta what are you doing? I know that you don't like the heaters but they are still Frieza's allies.] Nion who was still in communication with Zeta warned him.
"What am I supposed to do? Apologized to them for attacking me out of nowhere? Fuck it. I already have some blood on my hands now. It doesn't make a difference that I am gonna have some more. Either way, I am sure that I am not going to get a good night's sleep." Zeta whispered back to Nion through the microphone that was built into his scouter.
He then took his scouter off and crushed it with his bare hands.
"Thanks for waiting. Now, where were we?" He said to Gas.
Gas who was just observing him for a second to get an opening felt that he was disrespected by those words and Yelled out.
"I am going to end this right now. I can't afford to have Elec lose faith in me." He said as he created a spiked mace out of thin air and dashed towards Zeta.

"So how are we supposed to stop them? Do we go in with our limiters removed?" Macki asked.
"Don't worry Gas is going to win?" Oil said as he looked at the two warriors clashing.
"Grr. If only I knew that he was this strong I could probably convince him and the Saiyans to work under us by telling them about Frieza's plans. If only that idiot didn't attack the Saiyan out of nowhere" Elec said as he bit his lips.
And he helplessly looked at the fight.

"How is he doing that?" Zeta was surprised by the attack as although he can get the concept of the energy shield or barrier that Gas used earlier he was not able to comprehend that some physical item was made out of thin air from nothing.
He throws an air punch at Gas and knocked him down from closing into him as the air fist lands on the place where a normal human heart was located.
He fell to the ground as the mace also dropped and a small noise was heard from the ground and the mace connecting.
[So it was not an illusion.] Zeta thought to himself as he looked at Gas who was lying on the ground while holding onto his chest.
"Why is he giving me less trouble than Bardock? Isn't he supposed to be stronger?" Zeta asked himself.
The truth is that Bardock is miles weaker than Gas but Gas was easier to handle.
Gas seems like a cool dude that doesn't let his emotions get the better of him but he is still emotional and has an ego that can be used to predict his next move.
Bardock was someone that is not afraid to die and was a more experienced fighter so he was more tricker to handle as simply overwhelming was not an easy option.
"Grrrrrr." Then while Zeta's mind was wandering for a single second Gas got back up.
But this time some kind of white area surrounded him and seems like he powered up.
"!" Zeta was still confused but he noticed that Gas seems like he was trying to power up.
Zeta was currently acting stupid because he was confused but he was not really that stupid to let Gas complete whatever that he was doing as he charged up a Ki blast to finish Gas.
"Hey? It's seems like he was the saiyan was trying to kill gas?" Oil said as he looked at Zeta.
"Not good. You, use your body to protect Gas we still need him. And Macki, you and I will try to neutralize the Saiyan. Don't go in for a kill. There is a chance that we can still pit him up against Frieza" Elec said.
"You think he could take out Frieza?" Macki asked.
"Of course not. I can use him to create a rift between Frieza and Saiyans. And if the Saiyans all came together and went up against Frieza Even In the best-case scenario, they will just weaken Frieza for us to get more power throughout the galaxy. All we have to do is persuade him that we are his allies and this is just a misunderstanding." Elec said with a smile on his face.
