Chapter 3: Wooin's Plan
When they arrived at the Kang's mansion, Wooin went straight to their kitchen to request some snacks from their chef. While the three went to the basement.
Gangseok sat in his usual spot, playing drums while rapping freestyle. It is the only instrument that he can play.
Jisuk sat in the corner and brought out his camera and started taking pictures of his friends, capturing their moment. When Jisuk is not studying, taking pictures is his past time. He has good skills in photography.
Jiwoo, on the other hand, played mobile games in his phone. Besides dancing, playing games became his hobby.
The three of them turned their attention towards Wooin who just entered the room. Jiwoo turned off his phone, Jisuk put down his camera and Gangseok stopped playing the drums.
When Wooin saw that they are all ready to listen, he began explaining. "You all know that it's my dream to be a kpop idol, right?" The three nodded their heads. "So, what do you think about joining me?" Wooin asked, quite nervous and expectant.
"Huh? Aren't we already a group?" Jisuk was confused.
"Eh?" Wooin reacted. "So you're fine with it?"
"Of course. Why else would I practice with you for the past 10 years?" Gangseok said.
Yes, Wooin did not spend his 10 years doing nothing. After school, he brings Gangseok at their house to practice dancing with Jiwoo. Jisuk joined them later.
At first, Gangseok and Jisuk did not know how to dance. Their body is so stiff and they move like robots. With Jiwoo's guidance, they improved a lot and although they can't do freestyle, they can now follow any dance choreography.
"Hahahah hyung. Didn't I tell you that you were worrying over nothing?" Jiwoo teased his brother.
Instead of being annoyed over his brother's teasing. Wooin felt relieved.
"We're just waiting for your instructions, hyung." Jisuk smiled at him.
"Okay then, listen. My plan is for us to create a WeTube channel where we will post our dance practices. I also plan on recording our daily life to show our genuine personalities to our future fans." Wooin said.
'With my memories from my past life, we will never run out of songs to cover. If possible, I want to bring all of the songs from my past life here.' Wooin thought. 'And videos recording an idol's everyday life became popular in my past life. To add excitement, we can do challenges like 2x speed dance, relay dances, etc.'
"But hyung, aren't we gonna join an entertainment company as trainees?" Jisuk raised his hand.
"No. I want us to build a strong fandom first through WeTube. A lot of people uses WeTube nowadays and with our looks and talents, we will receive a lot of attention from netizens. And once that we became famous, I'm sure we will receive a lot of offers from various entertainment companies. Besides, if our videos receive million of views, we might earn some money as well." Wooin explained.
"And there are strong competitions in entertainment companies. There are a lot of trainees wanting to debut and if we join them, we will never know when the company will debut us. It is also not certain if they will debut the four of us in the same group. So proceeding with Wooin's plan is much safer." Gangseok added.
Jisuk and Jiwoo nodded in response, clearly amazed by Wooin's brilliant plan.
"We will also create a shared Istagram account. It will be our official account where we will post both solo and group photos of us. No exceptions even if you hate taking pictures." Wooin looked at Gangseok who sneered.
"Hyung is right, Gangseok-hyung. We will be kpop idols soon so you should get used to taking pictures. What if our fans will forget your existence because you refuse to post your pics?" Jiwoo teased that earned him a smack behind the head.
"I want Jisuk to be incharge of our Istagram account since he's the most knowledgeable in photography." Jisuk raised his thumbs up.
"Gangseok, we're going to need cameras. 1 to film our dance practice, 2 cameras to film our recording process, and 4 GoPros. Oh, give a new camera to Jisuk too."
'All we need is a camera. I can do the editing myself. I can't just trust anyone.' Wooin thought. In his past life, leaked videos are frequent. It ruined some of the idols' career and reputation so he does not want that to happen to them. He will personally edit out scenes that will ruin their reputation. Especially with Jiwoo that likes to joke around. Wooin is concerned that some people might find Jiwoo's jokes below the belt or something.
"There's no need, Wooin-hyung! My old camera's still fine!" Jisuk refused.
"Just accept it." Wooin said with finality.
"But hyung. We'll film our recording progress too?" Jiwoo asked worrying over his vocals.
"Yes. I want people to portray us as self-producing idols. I want to show them that we are capable of producing our own music and that will raise our value in the industry. Don't worry, I will be the one editing our videos. Besides, your vocals are not bad. You just think that you suck cause you keep comparing yourself to Jisuk. We all know that he has the best vocals here."
Its true. Although Jiwoo is more of a dancer, he sings well. Even Gangseok who mainly raps, can sing too. Wooin felt proud that he gathered all-rounders. He can't even imagine them flopping.
When Kang Daeshim and Kang Minhee arrived from their work, they had a harmonious dinner.

The four of them are now in the mall. This mall is one of the malls that Wooin and Jiwoo's grandparents own.
Namsung Electronics has a store here so they are here to get cameras. Of course, for free cause Gangseok— the heir of Namsung Electronics is here with them.
Gangseok got the latest model of camera and they also got inclusions like camera stand.
After that, they headed back to their mansion as Wooin is so excited to start filming.
No one knows how to set up the cameras so they asked help from the store. That's why a technician came with them.

After setting up the cameras, the technician taught Wooin how to operate them.
After that, their family driver drove the technician back to the mall.
"Let's start!" Wooin sounded happy.
For Choi Gangseok and Yoo Jisuk, this is the first time that they have seen Wooin so happy because he is usually just calm.
Of course this is not the first time for Jiwoo as he already saw his hyung become happy when their father showed them the recording and dance studio.
'If I have known that he would be this happy, I would have given him cameras a long time ago.' Gangseok thought.
Although Wooin can buy cameras with his allowance, nothing beats free items haha.
They are now in the dance studio. Wooin turned on the camera and they sat in a circle.
"Now then, shall we choose our group name?" Wooin distributed pieces of paper and pens. "Write anything that you think will fit as our group name." he instructed.
Silence enveloped the room. After a while, Wooin collected the papers and handed it to Jiwoo, asking him to read it aloud.
"Okay. Someone wrote DAWN." Jiwoo read. "Wooin-hyung, you really need to improve your handwriting" Jiwoo laughed.
"Like you're any better. Yours are way worse than mine!"
"Next we have AXIS." Jiwoo's forehead creased. "Hyung, you should learn from Jisuk!" Jiwoo showed Jisuk's neat and pretty handwriting.
"Look at him! Bragging as if he's the one who wrote it." Wooin sneered.
"Tsk. Next we have ROYALS. Wow Gangseok-hyung, so original~." Kang Jiwoo sarcastically said while clapping.
"And here's mine. COOL BOYZ." Jiwoo said proudly.
Kang Wooin, Yoo Jisuk, and Choi Gangseok shook their head in disappointment.
"We definitely can't use that unless we want to be a laughing stock."
"ROYALS is fine but we will look too arrogant."
"Then let's choose between DAWN and AXIS."
"Hyung, let's just proceed with DAWN." Jisuk stated.
"Then let's just call our fans AXIS." Wooin finalized.
"Yeah. It's cool because they are our AXIS, the center and balance." Jisuk raised his thumbs up.
Wooin turned off the camera and they went to the basement.
When they arrived in the recording studio, Wooin turned on the cameras. He wanted to record their reactions.
"I already created a demo song. I made this last year. Listen to this and let me know what you think."
The room was filled with heavy electronic beat...

The song is already finished but it was too addictive that the three of them unconsciously played the song on repeat in their minds.
"Hyung! You're a genius! You deserve to be my brother!" Jisuk and Gangseok looked at Jiwoo weirdly after hearing what he said.
'Well you don't deserve to be his brother.' They thought jokingly.
Jiwoo did not notice their stares as his mind is already busy in creating choreography for the song. That's how much he liked the song his brother produced.
After receiving positive reactions, Wooin felt happy. This is the very first song he produced in his past life. And it is very heart warming that they will use this song in achieving their dreams.
They spent the entire day recording the song. With Wooin's guidance and helpful suggestions, the recording went smoothly. Of course, they filmed the whole process because Wooin intends to upload it on WeTube as their behind the scene.
After recording, the three went outside and left Wooin inside the recording studio. They did not want to disturb him as he was busy making finishing touches on the song.
What they recorded was raw vocals, so Wooin is currently adding instrumental accompaniments and beats to complete the song. This song does not focuses on their vocals but rather their dancing skills so Wooin tuned their vocals.
Wooin's goal is to use this song to gain popularity. Because of its addictive melody and iconic point dance, he is sure that it will attract the attention of people regardless of age.
Wooin called them once he was finished and let them listen to the final product.
After listening, they smiled, feeling satisfied and proud with their song.
Around 5 pm, their family driver drove Jisuk home while Gangseok was fetched by his driver.
After the two of them left, Wooin and Jisuk went to their dance studio to make a dance choreography for the song. Wooin still remembers the original choreography from his past life but he wanted to make the song more personal so he asked Jiwoo to make a choreography.
Wooin suggested some of the moves or rather, Wooin did not want to lose the iconic and addictive point dance of rubbing hands in an apologetic manner. Jiwoo loved the idea and even complimented him as a genius.
Wooin knows that he's cheating as that iconic move was created by someone else from his past life. However, he is determined to succeed this time, and he will make use of his privileges to the fullest.

Jiwoo and Wooin demonstrated the choreography and after 3 hours, Gangseok and Jisuk already memorized it.
They are currently practicing the dance together. Making sure that balance is right and there is no clashing with each other as they move into different formations.
Wooin felt like they already mastered the dance choreography so he told them to rest first before they proceed on filming.
"Hyung! We should wear matching clothes."
"Right. It would look good in the video."
"Then let's go with neutrals. How about black and white?" All of them agreed.
Gangseok went with Wooin as their frame is bigger than Jisuk and Jiwoo. Jisuk and Jiwoo have a similar frame so Jisuk went with Jiwoo.
Gangseok picked a black trouser and white shirt. He topped it with a black blazer. He wore a silver chain necklace to accentuate his style. He is wearing a white Nike shoes.
Wooin wore a black oversized shirt with a minimal print that says "Don't care, thanks". He tucked it in his black pants. He hooked some silver chains in his pants to style it. He chose to wear a black Nike shoes.
Jisuk is wearing a black knitted vest under a white longsleeve. He paired it with black trousers and black shoes. He is wearing a white beret and he looked like an innocent school boy with glasses.
Jiwoo is wearing a white loose sweatshirt paired with black jogging pants and white shoes.
The four of them now looked like real performers.
Wooin set up the camera and turned it on. He also called one of their maids to play the music.
As soon as the song played, they danced to the groovy and funky rhythm. They danced energetically as they enjoyed themselves.
They watched the video, and thankfully, no one made a mistake in the choreography.
Wooin smiled, he is happy that the result came out better than he expected.
They went to Wooin's room and sat in front of the monitor. The three of them watched as Wooin made a WeTube account. He named it DAWN and set the profile pic into the group photo of the four of them. The photo was taken a year ago during their vacation at the beach.
Wooin then uploaded their video with a caption:

Once it finished uploading, Wooin opened a video editing application and started editing their behind the scenes.
He picked scenes that will prove that they really made the Sorry, Sorry song. In the last part of the video, he included the clip where they chose their group name.
After editing, he uploaded it with a caption:
