Chapter 2: Prologue 2: So, where was their daughter?!

In the vast agglomerate of vegetation-filled lands, and even more extensive oceans currently lacking in fauna known as the 12th plane, soon to be called the Omni-Celestial Plane, the 13th plane of the Martial Dao Multi-verse, one in the infinite number of Multi-verses within the Omniverse. A change began to occur as the instability that once prevailed suddenly disappeared and nature took its course as the magic of life eventually would make itself present.
One day in this calm and semi-lifeless plane, a young man appeared with his body covered in injuries as blood spilled onto the ground, from his nearly naked body due to how tattered his clothes were. His breathing was heavy and he soon fell to his knees and supported himself from fully laying on the ground with his arms.
*Cough!* *Cough!* Blood left his mouth as coughed it out before taking a few more breaths in, and finally recomposed himself before sitting up and looking around to assess for any possible dangers, not that there was much he could accomplish in his current state.
Not long after a young woman with equally tattered clothes but no visible wounds appeared standing in a defensive battle stance, before becoming aware of her surroundings and falling on her ass, and letting out a sigh of relief.
Immediately the young man forced himself to stand and pulled out a sword from his ring, then pointed it at the young woman.
"Of all the possible outcomes, it seems the heavens do not favor me, as a witch like yourself also made it here alive." The young man said as he approached the woman with the sword pointed at her, ignoring all the pain his body felt due to the multiple injuries on his body.
"Masaro!? How are you here?! You should be dead!" The young woman responded before jumping back and creating some distance between the two.
"Oh dear, Tabina... A vicious snake such as yourself does not deserve an explanation from me!" Masaro couldn't fully contain his disdain and fury towards Tabina as veins became more apparent on his body. That was followed by a frown on his face and a sadistic smile full of disgust.
"I have nothing to do with your misfortune! You were the one who angered the Soul Conquering Sect. At the time I was only caught in the crossfire of your pursuit! What I did was only to protect myself!" Tabina expressed with a serious expression and a dry tone as she too had her battle stance ready, and would react to any dangerous movements.
"That may be true! But you didn't have to give me away or even try to block my path of Ascension! You did those things cause you were afraid of them, and like a coward, you used me as a distraction and even put me in a situation where I was almost guaranteed to die! You don't deserve my sympathy! If it weren't for my injuries I would be willing to fight, but this time I propose a truce. We are the only ones on this plane, and as you must have noticed, the Qi in here is extremely pure, potent, and high quality. It would be a waste to kill each in such a great environment." Masaro didn't stop looking at Tabina, with disdain, but still controlled his voice to not sound aggressive.
"... I will agree to your words only if we make a Vow under the heavens. Then and only then, will I accept your truce." Tabina ignored his remark and maintained a neutral expression, and voice as she responded since she understood, that this was not the right situation to test her limits, or especially Masaro's limits, as this young in front of her, was known for creating miracles, surviving the impossible, coming back stronger, and taking revenge.
"Fine! Under the grace of the heavens, I Masaro Dragonspirit from the Dragonspirit clan, declare that so long as Tabina Witchvolt makes her Vow under the heaven to complement mine with the same conditions stating that, she will not engage in any actions to kill or directly harm me, the same way I won't engage in any actions to kill or directly harm her." Masaro made his vow without ever taking his eyes off the young woman or relaxing in the slightest.
"... So you actually knew my clan... Ok, then I guess there is other no option. Under the grace of the heavens, I Tabina Witchvolt from the Witchvolt clan, declare that I will not engage in any actions to kill or directly harm Masaro Dragonspirit in complement to his heavenly vow." Tabina made her vow in response and a golden hue, surrounded her and Masaro before moving towards each other, and creating a line connecting both.
From then on, they both relaxed and sit down before beginning to cultivate right where they stood. Eventually, their energy was replenished as they began looking around for any signs of life and even pulled out flying treasures to scout the area. In the end, they didn't find anything like that and decided to go their separate away to find the most suitable location for their respective cultivation techniques. Masaro went to a White Hole while Tabina went to a Black Hole.
During their time in this plane, they grow much more powerful but also realised that their artifacts are much weaker there than they were in the 11th plane, also known as the Multi-Celestial plane. As were they, who were not much stronger than typical mortals when they first got to the plane, not even being able to destroy large trees with their bare hands. From what they had learned this was normal, as higher planes that worlds that could handle their previous power with ease, and a much harsher environment that made them seem almost as weak as a mortal.
Time continued to pass and both individuals got used to the plane as they cultivated, and then at some point, new creatures started to appear in the 12th plane, as the fauna slowly but surely grew and evolved. Millions of years passed and things were completely different from when they had first gotten there. Life was brimming everywhere and they were the apex being having cultivated for such a long period, they had no competition.
As was the fate with cultivation, eventually both of them reached a bottleneck they could not get over no matter how hard they tried. Thus having few options, Masaro and Tabina decided to work together and began dual cultivating to improve beyond the point they got stuck at.
They got the results they wanted so, this continued until Tabina got pregnant and they started a family together giving up on their old clan names and creating their very own Omni-Dragon Witch clan, before naming the 12th plane, Omni-Celestial plane.
Things continued as they built their clan's base and house in an area with great Yin-Yang Qi, because of their respective techniques, and their dual cultivation.
Eventually, their child was born a girl and grow to be like her mother. It was also when the Omni-Celestial plane was thriving with life, proper fauna, and flora, ruled by the Omni-Dragon Witch clan, that six faction leaders from the 11th plane, the Multi-Celestial plane, ascended to verify if it was already safe, only to find out that with their current strength they would be unable to descend back. So using artifacts they brought with them, they were able to communicate with their clans and sects to tell them about the situation.
The news about the 12th plane being now accessible, spread like wildfire, and many factions and hidden masters began readying themselves to ascend as well. Meanwhile, the 6 faction leaders who had already ascended thought they would be the first ones in there, and wanted to claim as much land and treasure as possible. Unfortunately for them, the Omni-Dragon Witch clan would soon make itself known, and force them to submit with their prowess beyond anything the 6 leaders could imagine.
Just like that, the 6 leaders were made into subordinate sub-factions of the Omni-Dragon Witch clan and even had to give up their communication artifacts, which Masaro and Tabina, used to talk to their birth clans and inform them of the situation.
In time, many more factions and individuals ascended, only to be made to submit to the Omni-Dragon Witch clan, which eventually became the Omni-Dragon Witch Kingdom and from then the Omni-Dragon Witch Empire, the greatest force in the Omni-Celestial plane, and the Martial Dao Multi-verse as a whole. As more and more people would ascend they would no longer be forced to join the Omni-Dragon Witch Empire, but would be made to pay them taxes, to exist legally, or be exterminated.
One way or the other, officially part of or not, the reality was that everyone was under the rule of the Omni-Dragon Witch Empire in the Omni-Celestial plane. Due to this, the Imperial family of the Multi-Celestial plane, decided to stay out of it, and peacefully rule over their own plane.
Following that, the planes once again stabilized with the new hierarchy, and it stayed that way for a very long time. Masaro and Tabina, now the Imperial family, continued to have 7 more kids, 4 boys, and 3 girls.
With time, their youngest child, one of their daughter, wanted to see beyond just being stuck inside the Imperial Palace cultivating, but her parents forbid her from doing so, because of the many individuals growing in power, who would do anything to get an advantage over the Imperial family, thus she would not be safe outside until she could fully fend for herself.
Unfortunately, she who was now in her early teens and heavily sheltered could not comprehend their worry, after all, they were the strongest power in the whole Martial Dao Multi-verse, who could ever dream of offending them? They were probably just trying to scare her so she wouldn't slack off on her cultivation, and instead spend her time playing outside.
Having come to that conclusion, she who couldn't take being so isolated from the outside anymore, formulated a plan and using her status as the 4th princess, bribed some servants into helping her escape. Little did she know of the mistake she had made, as the servant in question was a spy sent by one of the rising factions that are the only ones, in the Omni-Celestial plane believed to maybe one day be powerful enough to reach the Omni-Dragon Witch Empire, but those were only speculation of the public, so nobody knew for sure.
Due to that, she was cornered in an ambush, and even though she could handle some of them, there were far too many enemies at a close level for her to overwhelm them. Seeing no other option, and not wanting to be captured, she used a secret escape technique of her family, which, consisted of instantaneous spatial transportation, unfortunately, she was not proficient enough to do it properly, and there was a rift in time opened right after her celestial core shattered, resulting in random transportation to anywhere in the Martial Dao Multi-verse, since her celestial core was now shattered and she was no longer shackled to the Omni-Celestial plane.
After her disappearance, an investigation was launched and the culprits were found, which started a war between factions. The traitor was captured and interrogated. Having the truth revealed, Masaro and Tabina were both confused as they had created the family secret technique together, and as a fail-safe, in case the user mismanaged the technique, it would transport their spiritual body to the strongest spiritual signature in the Martial Dao Multi-verse, and no one in the whole Martial Dao Multi-verse had stronger spiritual signatures than them, the imperial family of the Omni-Celestial plane, the highest plane in the Martial Dao Multi-verse.
So, where was their daughter?!
