Chapter 5: Doctor's second marriage
Now grandpa started search for perfect match to Bless 's dad .Bless was very happy for that and was thinking about aquatic creatures too .When he was in school his teacher informed them that a mermaid has been captured as show piece in one of the famous restaurant and teacher even suggested them to once go and experience the moment to see that creature with naked eyes. Also teacher said that some restaurants even managed real humans to wear that outfit and they used to make people fool .
Bless was curious and he met with that teacher at break time and asked some more details about mermaids .So teacher explained him everything he knew so far and even teacher said," Long ago humans and they had good bond but once due to some reason they became enemy and now humans started killing them and they disappeared some where .After that to even see them or talk about them became the matter of curiosity and that made them popular ."
" How do you know such things as if you have experienced yourself ?" Bless was wondered. On that ,teacher informed him that long ago teacher's grandpa told him such things .He gave him details about that restaurant and wished him to have beautiful experience there.
Bless ran to home and saw that his dad was busy so he didn't talk to him .He himself searched about that restaurant and collected more information. Dad came to him and asked," What are you doing here?" Bless went to dad and pulled his hand and then he told everything his teacher had informed.
Dad tried to make him understand that there is no real mermaid but its just the trap of alluring customers because its wrong to capture mermaids .Dad even said," Mermaids must stay in sea water because they are adapted to survive there only and if someone captures them then that will be a crime. If you go there then you will also be part of it ." Bless became angry with his dad and went out of room. He was sitting at the garden and dad went to him and sat next to him .Dad said ," So,when will you like to go?" Bless became excited and asked ," where?" Dad replied ," You want to see the mermaid .OK then I will take you to that restaurant but just for one time .After this never insist ."
" Dad ,I want to free that mermaid .She must miss her family and friends ," said Bless. But dad said ," You are not prepared for it .You are just a young boy .And just focus in your study for now .And do you want to go or not?"
Bless denied and agreed to wait for right time when actually he would get the call from nature to save her.
Grandpa asked to Bless and his dad about marriage and what type of lady they prefer. Bless looked at his dad and said ," Any decision you will make will be perfect and I will agree on that ." So dad said ," I want a lady who must have experience of mother that is she must have reared a child and can love my son as his real mom did ." After searching for long time, grandpa found a lady who had lost her husband and had a son nearly about
Bless 's age so dad agreed on that because he thought such woman who had faced so many problems could rear him well.
Now marriage was fixed and everyone was busy at decorating the house but Bless was thinking about mermaids and if really a mermaid was captured in that restaurant .He continued his research .Then marriage was completed and his step mother and brother entered the house .Bless was very happy with that .Now he had to share everything with his step brother named Rain but he had no problem with that because he was a good boy but Rain wanted to get full of his dad's care just for him. Rain used to snatch everything from Bless and his step mother also didn't like him .Bless wanted love of mother but he never got what he wanted. His dad always used to take him to hospital and never used to leave him with them because he had a thought that Bless might not adjust with them.
He used to ask if his mother mistreated him or if he didn't like her but Bless always lied and praised her to be perfect mother .He always waited for mother love and also he wanted his brother to play with him but Rain was totally jealous with Bless. Soon grandpa passed away and now his dad was not ready to leave him for a second .
" why do you use to take him with you ?" step mother questioned to his dad . She acted so genuine as if she really loved Bless and wanted to spend more time with him. Now dad started leaving him with her and now she got chance to mistreat him but Bless was able to tolerate anything for his dad because he never wanted to make his dad feel regret to marry her .
Bless focused in his study only and ignored rest of the things. Rain used to disturb him .
Once when Bless again went to the beach with his dad ,he saw a mermaid into the sea .Bless was totally surprised and couldn't believe in his eyes but before he could react she disappeared somewhere .The mermaid he saw was Sun and she was searching for Shine. Bless went to his dad and informed to his dad about that .But dad said ," It must be your illusion as you used think about it every time. Just forget it and focus in your study only."
This time he was more curious and he couldn't sleep the whole night so dad came to him and asked ," Why are you awaking till now?" Bless said," Dad,I want to go to that restaurant ." Bless was so curious and enthusiastic about that so dad agreed and ordered him to sleep. Dad went near to his real wife's photo placed on the wall and looking at it he said to himself ," Its not shocking to me to know this that he is totally curious about mermaids after all he is your son ."
