Chapter 40: Bonding

"You horrible man that's how you treat the woman that gave you her first kiss," she said teasingly
"Your sister is asleep and I need to put her to bed," I said to the teasing Kanea
I carry Shinobu to her room thinking about how I just spent half a million yen on something that was supposed to be a small date.
After dropping Shinobu off I went back out to say that Kanea room was open
I got in to make sure she was asleep.
"Do you mind keeping me company??" Kanea said

Then something snapped inside the mc head he couldn't take that much teasing for so long plus with how much alcohol he took that night he just put on a silencing seal on the wall and went inside the room, what happened next was up to history.

The morning sunlight enters the room through the open window and hit me on my face.
I woke up feeling a bit tired, I felt something heavy on my chest. I fully open my eyes to see Kanea just sleeping peacefully on my chest with barely any cloth on.
There was a bit of blood on the futon we were sleeping in.
I'm not an idiot by any means, by how there is some blood in the futon and that she was sleeping next to me half naked, and how I feel like I ran a marathon. I can put two and two together and have an educated guess of what happened last night.
I got up from the bed carefully to not wake her up. I then covered her in the blanket that was around so that she doesn't catch a cold.
I went outside the room to the kitchen on the way there I saw a bunch injury people going through the recovery training.
I got to the kitchen washed my hand and then saw that. I had all I need to make a pancake. (A/N those are the ingredient for those who are curious 1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled) 2 tablespoons sugar.2 teaspoons baking powder.1/2 teaspoon salt.1 cup milk.2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil.1 large egg.1 tablespoon vegetable oil.)
So I started to make some pancakes in the oven in because we don't have electricity. I used my fire chakra to light up a fire that I used a bit more chakra to make it go up to 200degree. I had a baking sheet ready courtesy of shadow clone, to keep cooking pancakes warm in the oven. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. (A/Ncooking lesson my friends get your utensil ready)
In a medium bowl, I mixed the milk, butter (or oil), and egg. I Add some dry ingredients to the milk mixture; I whisk to together till it moistened
I heat a large skillet cast-iron over medium. I Folded a sheet of paper towel in half, and moisten it with oil; I carefully rub the skillet with an oiled paper towel.
While I was doing all that I felt like the hands of my mom were guiding me.
For each pancake, I used spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter onto a skillet, I used the back of the spoon to spread the batter into a round.
I Cooked it until the surface of the pancakes had some bubbles and a few have burst, around 1 to 2 minutes. I Flip the pancake carefully with a thin spatula but because I don't have one I improvised by transforming a clone into one, and cook until the pancake browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer the pancake to a baking sheet or platter; cover loosely with aluminum foil or a transformed clone in my case and keep warm it in oven. Continue with more oil and the remaining batter.
While I was busy flipping pancakes Shinobu enter the kitchen tires with my hoody still on her.
"Morning Shinobu-chan"I said still flipping pancakes
"What are you making Atoru-san," she said yawning
'That was so adorable.'I thought while putting the pancake on the table while putting honey over it.
I added some strawberries along the side as decoration.
"Dig in," I said with a smile on my face while giving her a fork in a small knife.
She sat down and said "itadakimasu,"
I watch her struggle with how to use the fork, because she has never used it a day in her life before this.
"Let me teach you how," I said getting behind her and grabbing her hands showing her how to use the fork in the knife.
"Simply, you use the knife to cut a part in used the fork to eat the slice that you just cut," I said while guiding her hands
After 5minutes she got the hang of it but I feel like she could have learned faster but chose to stay longer.
Kanea enters the kitchen while leaning on the wall to support her.
"One-san what happen are you hurt," Shinobu said worry
"I'm fine just got a bit rough up," she said with a smile on a face
"Atoru-san do you mind helping me heal it considering you were the one who did this" Kanea said turning to me with a smile on her face
"You taunted me too much in I reached my breaking point from all that teasing," I said shrugging my shoulder
"Anyway want some pancakes," I said with a smile
"What that" She replied
"Some snacks that I made with the stuff that I found in the kitchen," I said
She sat down on the table in said
"itadakimasu," before awkwardly trying to use the fork in the knife
"I can help you," I said
"That will be lovely"Kanea reply before Shinobu shine in saying
"Let me teach you instead sis"
She went next to her sister while sticking her tongue at her
We ate breakfast while talking. I also healed Kanea

A/N if you were to rank the mc in terms of strength or intelligence in general what would the general ranking be so I know what I can fix to reach what my original idea of him is?
Also on a scale of 1 to 10 how original is this story 1for I follow the plot in just making little to no change
10 is for drastic changes the plot in making a lot of change.
