Hua Jiujiu looked at her sallow and skinny sisters with heartache. They must have never eaten good food, so they only knew about cornbread, thinking it was delicious and could fill their stomachs.

"Didn't you go to Water Duck Village with your grandparents?" Grandma Liu asked curiously.
"Did my grandparents go to Water Duck Village? I don't know. I've been taking care of my mother in the house," Hua Jiujiu asked blankly.
"This family!" Grandma Liu immediately guessed something and revealed a disdainful expression.
Hua Jiujiu lowered her head slightly and curled her lips.
"Grandma Liu, let's not talk about it anymore. I'll go dig for wild vegetables first. If it's too late, I won't be able to see anything." With that, she left.
