Chapter 232: Level 5

"Bryson? Bryson? Please wake up!"

When I came to, I realized that I overdid it. There was no reason for me to use all of the mana for the attack. That should've been rather obvious, but somehow it slipped my mind entirely.

At the very least I didn't use something that naturally had more splash damage like a fireball, else the damage might've been far worse.

My body felt a bit sore, but other than that it seemed I didn't sustain that much damage. There was a very light concussion, but it was nothing even close to the one I previously had, so it was probably fine.

After taking in a deep breath, I slowly sat up. Someone held on to me, though I couldn't tell who they were since my vision was still returning to me.

"Bryson! Are you alright?"

I held onto the side of my head and let out a small groan.

"Yes, but please be a little quieter. My head hurts."
