Chapter 1: Chapter 1: Death is Unavoidable
It was a rainy afternoon. A young adult man was inside the mall waiting for the rain to stop.
"Fuck. How am I supposed to get home now? I did not bring a goddamned umbrella. My laptop's in the bag too. Fuck, of all the times it had to rain, it just had to be when I was bringing my laptop. Fuck. FUCK!" The young man spoke angrily.
As he darted his eyes around the mall, he decided to just spend the rest of his time using a rental pc.
He walked into the fourth floor, where the rental pc area is.
He decided to rent a pc for four hours. He paid the cashier and went to PC#4, the PC he had rented.
He was an avid novel and manga reader. He was in the last arc of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean.
An hour later, he was done reading it and had a lot of time left. He decided to spend the rest of that time reading Martial God Asura, Against the Gods, and Rebirth of the Thief Who Roamed The World.
A few hours later and the store was about to close.
He exited the store and left the mall.
The rain was no more, but it was absolutely dark outside.
And as if to spite him, there was no more public transport.
"FUCK!!" He said angrily as he stomped the cement floor.
He had no other choice now but to walk sixteen kilometers on the road with no people.
As he continued walking on the empty road, he decided to read a web novel to pass the time.
Eight kilometers was quite the walking distance. It would take him an hour or so to reach his home. Reading a web novel with his phone would pass the time.
Thankfully, he had downloaded two hundred chapters of Emperor's Domination. Reading web novels as he walked home or to pass the time during class was something he enjoyed.
As he walked for an hour, his eyes were focused on his phone. He did not see the truck's headlights approaching behind him.
The truck driver had lost consciousness because of his asshole boss, that made him drive for a few hours with minimal sleep from Malaybalay to Davao City and had to lift several 20kg bags during the day. It was not an understatement that he was tired.
The place they were currently both in was in Ulas, Davao City. A road with a dangerous curve and the side of the curve was a cliff.
Over the years, the area had been an accident-prone area. Some drivers claimed they saw a girl in a white dress in the middle of the road, making them avoid and go straight into the cliff, while others claimed that the truck steered on its own.
But of all those horror stories, the real causes of accidents were a combination of the cliff and the steep curve, the arrogance of the human mind forcing them to increase their speed, drivers under the influence, and the underestimation of the human necessity for sleep.
The young man was hit by the truck before going all the way through the cliff.
The young man died instantly.
He did not even have the time to process the pain.
The driver woke up when his truck fell into the cliff. But he couldn't escape as his lower body was crushed along the car.
The driver did not have a phone. It was also late at night, and the houses nearby were several meters away. If no one heard the noise and called the ambulance, he'll die from bleeding.
The nearest house heard the loud sound and checked to see one of the metal barriers near the road destroyed by something.
He called for an ambulance, but it took quite a while for them to arrive.
In the end, the young man, Arthur Mercer, and the truck driver, Elliot Mercer, died in the freak accident.
On the fourth of April, the Mercer family lost a father and a son in the process.

Arthur woke up sitting on the edge of a fountain, his face with beads of sweat. As he opened his eyes, he immediately remembered being hit by a truck.
"Was that just a dream?" He asked internally.
"No... there's no way that's a dream. I've never had such vivid dreams before." He thought.
Arthur checked his surroundings and noticed something...
"This place... where the hell am I?" He asked again inside his head.
"I feel like I've seen this before... but I don't remember being here..." Arthur said before suddenly remembering some events from his past life that he forgot about during this life...
"Argh! My head...it hurts... fuck!" Arthur yelled out in pain.
His whole body felt numb except for his right foot.
"...what happened? Are you okay?!" Someone asked from afar.
"I'm... okay..." Arthur said back while trying to suppress the pain.
It feels like someone is hammering my brain with a mallet. Every second, every minute, it gets worse and worst until the point that I can barely think clearly anymore.
In a few minutes, the pain slowly disappeared. As it slowly disappeared, new memories began to surface in his head.
It was the memories of the body he was currently in.
The body of Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri.
"Did I reincarnate into a body of a minor antagonist in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure?" He muttered to himself.
With that realization, Arthur looked around and finally noticed where he was.
He was in the area where Josuke met the turtle and Jotaro.
"This is dangerous. Fuck! Of all the characters to reincarnate into, I just had to reincarnate into one of the worst fucking criminals of Jojo Part 4. A rapist, murderer, and robber. Fuck. This idiot had already confronted Josuke at the convenience store." Arthur said inside his mind before sighing heavily.
"How could this happen?! How could I be reborn into a criminal?!" He angrily said in his mind.
"To make things worse, Jotaro and his grandfather, Joseph, are out looking for me. Fuck." Arthur said as he stood up and checked his reflection on the fountain.
He looks similar to Angelo Katagiri. From his build to his height, everything is identical. Even his hairstyle and eye color.
"AQUA NECKLACE!" Arthur yelled inside his head.
A monster with many eyes began to appear. Its body was made of liquid, but its form had a detailed structure. It's also floating right in front of him.
"Fuck!!" Arthur yelled out in his mind.
This solidified it. He really was Angelo Katagiri.
"Fine then. I'll kill the Joestars, Yoshikages, and other evil stand users in this world if I have to. I also need to stop Pucci from activating his World Reset ability. I must kill Kira, Giorno, and Pucci before they reach their peak." Arthur said as he covered his eyes with his palms. He opened his eyes and looked at the sky. He was determined to defeat the heroes and the villains alike. Otherwise, this second life would be wasted.
"Let's go, Aqua Necklace!" Arthur muttered as he summoned the monster-like stand on his shoulder.
