Both Serafall and Falbium, and all of Sirzechs remaining peerage members couldn't help but gulp in fright seeing the usually bubbly and Kind Sirzechs so serious. A massive magic circle enveloped them all as they returned to the Underworld to prepare for their training.

(3rd Person Pov)
Within the confines of the Occult Research Club that was the meeting room for Rias Gremory and her peerage members stood the 'Strongest Queen' of the Underworld and wife to the Satan Sirzechs Lucifer: Grafia Lucifuge. Her sudden appearance within the clubroom startled everyone as they heard her speak.
Grafia: "Good Afternoon to all of you. I am here to inform both the heiresses of the Gremory and Sitri household and their peerage members of an important message that was trusted to me by the Four Satan's. I would appreciate it if you were to call Lady Sitri and her peerage members to come to this clubroom immediately."
Grafia's words took some time to process within the minds of everyone present. And when they finally digested what she said, they all became extremely shocked. But Rias did still call her friend to come to the clubroom as instructed by her Sister in law.
(Bzzt... Bzzt)
Sona: (Rias? What's wrong?)
Rias: "Sona Sitri, there is an urgent message sent to us by the Four Satan's. And the presence of yourself and your peerage is requested at the Occult Research Club immediately."
Sona who heard Rias's sudden formality became confused for a second, but the moment Rias finished her sentence she almost had a heart attack, but she didn't and she immediately replied.
Sona: (Understood! We'll be there at once!)
Sona then hung up the call and immediately a magic circle bearing the symbol of the Sitri clan appeared and out of it was Sona and her peerage members. All of them looked worried as Grafia spoke.
Grafia: "Starting today, both heiresses and their respective peerage members are to undergo intense training alongside the Four Satan's to reach an adequate level of power to continue being the Co-owners of Kuoh."
At the end of Grafia's sentence, everyone gazed at her with disbelief as Rias spoke.
Rias: "Wait a minute! What brought about this sudden order?!"
Grafia wondered how should she explain to them about Avos Dilhevia, but ultimately decided against it and instead chose to tell a half truth.
Grafia: "We will soon be holding a peace summit with the other two biblical factions. And as a sign of goodwill, the leader of the Fallen Angels Azazel-Sama has shared with us and the leaders of heaven information of a terrorist organisation known as the Chaos Brigade. Their leader wields the True Longinus, and is allies with the Dragon God Of Infinity. And they are more than likely to attack this peace summit to get rid of the leaders of the Biblical Faction. To make sure that you won't be a burden to anyone during the attack, all of you must grow stronger or else be forcefully returned to the Underworld."
The information shared by Grafia shocked everyone deeply. To think that such an organisation existed! Not only are they in possession of the Strongest Longinus, but are also connected to the Dragon God of Infinity as well! However, not everyone was convinced. Sona seemed hesitant, but she built up enough courage to speak up.
Sona: "Lady Grafia. I apologise for questioning the Maous. However, surely an organisation that has possession of the strongest Longinus, and is in contact with the Dragon Of Infinity, wouldn't warrant us having to suddenly grow exponentially stronger in a short period of time?"
Grafia: "Lady Sitri. How do you plan to achieve your goals if you forever remain stagnant at your level of power? You should understand that no matter how brilliant a strategy you may come up with, it's pointless in the face of absolute power. There are several beings whom are stronger than entire Pantheons, how will you be able to defend yourself and your peerage members if they could kill you without you ever being able to fight back? Our opponents are powerful, and with the backing of Ophis, they are now a major threat. Just the wielder of the True Longinus already has a major advantage over all of you, and let's not even speak of The Oroborous Dragon."
Sona thought over Grafia's words before she nodded her head solemnly. However, a sudden knock on the door of the occult research club broke the tenseness within the room as both Sona and Rias suddenly remembered about the latest addition to their school. Grafia raised an eyebrow at the knock, and frowned slightly as she felt something was amiss.
Rias: "Miss Tamayo, you may enter."
Grafia: 'Tamayo?'
And as she entered, Grafia got a good look at her and she thought to herself.
Grafia: 'This woman is definitely not a human.'
Tamayo who had just entered the occult research club spoke up.
Tamayo: "Apologies for the interruption, it's just that I sensed an unknown source of magical energy, and all of a sudden felt miss Sona teleporting to the clubroom in a hurry thus I came here to see if my help was needed."
Grafia: "And who exactly are you?"
Tamayo: "My name is Tamayo. A pleasure to meet you."
Tamayo gave a polite bow after giving her name. And Grafia also reciprocated the gesture respectfully as she spoke.
Grafia: "My name is Grafia Lucifuge, queen of the Maou Sirzechs Lucifer's peerage. It's a pleasure to meet you as well miss Tamayo. May I ask which pantheon are you from and your purpose of being in Kuoh?"
Tamayo: "I belong to none of the pantheons as I was once a human turned into a Demon at the hands of a mad scientist named Kibutsuji Muzan."
Grafia: "Human turned Demon? Mad Scientist? Kibutsuji Muzan? I've never heard of your kind before?"
Tamayo: "It is understandable as I am the only one of my kind in this world. Kibutsuji Muzan has been killed already, leaving me to be the only Demon left."
Grafia: "What happened to the others?"
Tamayo: "All of them died the moment Kibutsuji was killed."
Grafias eyes narrowed in suspicion as she questioned.
Grafia: "Then why and how are you still alive if the one who created has died?"
Tamayo: "Because unlike the other demons who he has control over their lives, I broke free from his control over me. Thus the moment he died I did not join him in the afterlife."
Grafia: "And how old are you exactly?"
Tamayo: "I am Five Hundred And Nineteen years old."
Grafia: "I see. Are you under anyone as of right now?"
Tamayo: "Indeed I am."
Grafia: "Based on your answer you won't be telling me the name of the master you now serve will you?"
Tamayo shook her head as she replied.
Tamayo: "He is not my master, he is more of my benefactor. He has given me complete freedom to do whatever I wish to, and the only thing is that I do not reveal his name. He will eventually reveal himself to you, but that's all his choice when he does it."
Grafia: "Very well then, and your purpose for for being in Kuoh is?"
Tamayo: "To reveal myself to the current co-owner's of Kuoh so that they don't attack me thinking I'm a stray devil, and to find a job as a teacher here."
Grafia: "I see. Then I won't ask anymore questions for now. I'm atleast grateful that you aren't causing any troubles and actually went to meet the co-owners of Kuoh to avoid any problems that could have been solved just by meeting with them. Not to mention that with everything that's been happening around Kuoh, the last thing we would want is unnecessary problems."
Tamayo: "So are you here to take them back to the Underworld? If so then what about my situation? Surely you don't already trust me enough to be left alone without being supervised by the two devil's and their peerage members?"
Grafia shook her head as she spoke.
Grafia: "The four Maou's and their respective peerage members are coming to Kuoh and will be using it as a training location, and as a possible suitable location for the peace treaty between the three biblical factions to happen."
Tamayo: "I understand then. Since there seems to be no problems for now, I shall take my leave. Have a pleasent evening all of you."
Tamayo bowed curtly before she left and closed the door. Once Grafia saw Tamayo leaving the Occult Research Club did she speak.
Grafia: "Rias. May I ask why did you not report about Tamayo to Sirzechs-Sama?"
Rias: "Were bound by a magical contract not to speak about what we know about her and her.... Connection's."
All of a sudden the expression on the faces of Rias, Sona, and their peerage members became pale and horrified as they remembered that Tamayo is connected to Anos who is connected to Ophis who is connected to the Chaos Brigade that Grafia mentioned. Thus a misunderstanding occurred.
Everyone: 'OH SATAN! THERE'S A TERRORIST AMONG US!'
(Insert We're Completely Fucked Gif)
Grafia's eyes narrowed in suspicion as she saw their pale faces especially Koneko as she spoke.
Grafia: "Lady Gremory & Sitri, is there anything else you may have not told me about? And does it have to do with Tamayo-San?"
Sona sighed as she spoke.
Sona: "Forgive me Lady Grafia. We're all bound by a magical contract that prevents us from revealing any information."
Rias: "And as devil's, contracts are our pride and joy and we'll absolutely never break them...*Whisper* Not like we could break it even if we wanted to."
Grafia sighed in annoyance at the news she was just told. However, her eye's seemed to gain some sort of enlightenment as she gazed at the two heiresses and their peerage as she spoke.
Grafia: "Is the one your all in contract with Miss Tamayo by any chance?"
They all nodded their heads as Grafia started to ponder the possible contents of the contract made. After thinking for a bit her eyes widened in disbelief as she glared at the two heiress and their respective peerage members causing them to flinch as she spoke.
Grafia: "Does Tamayo-San have any connections to the Orobourous Dragon?!"
When no answer came, Grafia rubbed her forehead feeling a headache at the information she's just learned.
Grafia: 'It's alright. It was just a strange coincidence that someone connected to Ophis is teaching in this school. The story I made up about the Chaos Brigade to lie to both Sona and Rias couldn't possibly be real.... Right?'
Shaking her head to remove such pointless thoughts for now, Grafia looked on coldly at everyone present as she spoke.
Grafia: "Answer me this, why didn't any of you inform any of the Maous of someone who has a connection to the Infinite Dragon God being in Kuoh?"
Sona: "We are terribly sorry for not informing the maous of Tamayo-San. It's just that we weren't able to do anything because of us being bound by a contract magic that would not allow us to."
Grafia: "*Sigh*I understand. I shall inform the Maous of this unexpected development."
However, all of a sudden four magic circles appeared within the clubroom and out of these four magic circles were the four maous and Sirzechs peerage members. But shocking enough, neither Sirzechs nor Serafall rushed to spoil their little siblings, and instead Serafall was sulking, and Sirzechs had a fire ignited within him with an extremely serious look on his face as he spoke.
Sirzechs: "Everyone, it's nice too meet you all once more. I believe that Grafia has informed you of the reason for why were all here am I correct?"
Rias, Sona, and both their peerage members all bowed in respect to the four maous as Sona spoke.
Sona: "Yes Lord Lucifer. Lady Grafia has indeed informed us of the purpose of all four maous being here."
Sirzechs: "That's good. We will start the training program soon enough. Ajuka, have you managed to make contact with Anos Voldigoad?"
Ajuka: "I've just sent a familiar to the castle. Rather this Anos Voldigoad will be there or not even I cannot tell."
Sirzechs: "Then for now we head to he hotel we've booked for today and then return once we've gotten an answer. When we return everyone must be ready to train understood?"
Everyone: "Yes Lord Lucifer"
As the four maous were headed to their hotel rooms, Grafia called out to them.
Grafia: "Excuse me maous. I have something important I need to inform you all about."
Hearing Grafias serious tone, all the maous looked at he curiously as she spoke.
Grafia: "There is a woman in Kuoh academy. Her name is Tamayo, and she seems to have a direct connection with the Dragon God Of Infinity. Not to mention that she claims herself a man made demon."
This caused a shock expression to appear amongst the four Maous as Serafall exclaimed.
Serafall: "And your telling us this now?! So-Tan is in danger! Wait for me So-Tan! Onee-Chan is coming to save you!"
However, Serafall was halted by Ajuka who spoke.
Ajuka: "Calm down Serafall. Even with the fact that this Tamayo is connected to Ophis, she is in Kuoh Academy and that must mean that Rias and Sona are already aware of her connection to Ophis. And besides, you must have met her right Grafia?"
Grafia nodded her head and Ajuka continued.
Ajuka: "As you can see, the Underworlds strongest queen has met her already, and no fight has broken out. This must mean that either her connection to Ophis isn't all that deep, or she doesn't like causing pointless conflicts. The second one is the more likely reason as she willingly came to meet with the co-owners of Kuoh. Did she tell you anything when you met her?"
Grafia: "Nothing of much use. The only interesting information I've been told by her was that she's well over 500 years old, and that she's a man made demon. Not the Daemon from the Greek pantheon, but Demon. She says the one who turned her into a demon was a human named Kibutsuji Muzan. However, it seems like this Kibutsuji Muzan is dead."
Ajuka: "Did she tell you how he died?"
Grafia: "No."
Sirzechs: "Ajuka. Do you think it's wise to continue letting this Tamayo stay within Kuoh?"
Ajuka: "Considering the fact that despite being connected to Ophis she still hasn't done anything bad, I'd say for now allow her to continue staying in Kuoh. She might even end up as a possible ally. And I'm assuming that she's a teacher at the academy?"
Grafia: "That is correct."
Ajuka: "Did she tell you why she chose to be a teacher?"
Grafia: "She did not. But I'm assuming she's doing it because of her past. It may have had something to do with a single child or multiple children. And now Tamayo-San may be seeking closure by teaching these kids."
Sirzechs: "Tell me Grafia, do you think she's a threat?"
Grafia: "It's hard to say, but I believe she isn't a threat to both Rias and Sona just yet. She was genuine with her words, and she willingly came to meet with the Co-Owners. I'll choose to trust her for now."
Sirzechs closed his eyes before he let out a tired sigh as he spoke.
Sirzechs: "Then I'll trust your judgement Grafia."
Grafia nodded her head as Serafall questioned curiously.
Serafall: "By the way Sirzechs, Ajuka, I've always been kinda curious what is it like being a super devil?"
Sirzechs blinked in surprise at the question as he pondered for a bit before speaking.
Sirzechs: "If I had to describe how it feels like to be a Super Devil, there's only one thing to describe that level of power."
Sirzechs words drew everyone's attention as they listened attentively to his explanation.
Serafall: "And that is?"
Sirzechs: "To become the embodiment of your Demonic power."
Serafall: "To become the embodiment of your Demonic Power? Oh?! Just like how you become the embodiment of Destruction in your true form?"
Sirzechs: "That's right. It feels like you've reached a level of understanding over your own Demonic power you become it's physical embodiment."
Serafall: "Since mine is water and ice, does that mean whej I reach the level of a Super Devil I'll get a human shaped aura of water and ice like Sirzechs?"
And then to further the interesting conversation, Sirzechs bishop Mathers asked.
Mathers: "Does that also apply for peerage members? If so would that mean I'd become the embodiment of magic considering my specialty is magic. Who knows, I might be the next person to hold the title of greatest magician after King Solomon."
Okita Souji: "And what about Surtr? He is the descendent of the Primordial giant from the Norse pantheon. So what would happen if he became a super Devil as well?"
Everyone pondered the question as well, but ultimately had to give up imagining how powerful Surtr's descendant would become reaching the level of a Super Devil as Ajuka's solemn words reached them.
Ajuka: "I've made contact with Anos Voldigoad."

(3rd Person Pov)
Deep within the Castle Delsgade an insect familiar stood in the throne room where the castles owner Anos Voldigoad sat with his head resting upon his fist as he gazed upon the familiar and spoke.
Anos: "Welcome Satan Belzebub. There's no need to say anything as I already know why your approaching me. I am willing to help nurture the other maous and the two heiress and their peerage members to reach a level of power that surpasses even the God's. However, in exchange for me helping you all grow stronger, all the Four Maous are to become my disciples. That will be the only way I will help you grow."
The familiar that Ajuka was watching everything through stayed silent before its eyes widened in shock at Anos's words, before becoming wary as he spoke.
Ajuka: "How did you know what my intentions are?"
Anos's eyes glowed a faint crimson in the darkness causing Ajukas familiar to shudder in horror as Anos spoke.
Anos: "There's nothing that can escape from my sight."
Ajuka frowned as he muttered
Ajuka: "Clairvoyance?"
Anos: "Maybe it is, maybe it's not. It's not like it matters in the end. So do pass on my offer to the rest of the Maous."
Ajuka: "Before I leave and pass on your offer, I want to know if you have any connections to-"
Ajuka was cut off as Anos spoke.
Anos: "Avos Dilhevia am I right?"
Ajuka: "So you do know about him."
Ajuka words wasn't a question, but a statement of undeniable fact.
Anos: "An interesting individual no denying that. But you approached me not only for the purpose of training, you want my help defeating him as well."
Ajuka: "He was able to kill a ten winged fallen Angel without any issue, and killed Sirzechs in his true form just from the power his spear posseses. Not to mention that he even ressurected them after they were already killed. If that isn't enough to make us weary and search for potential allies to stop Avos. I'm not sure who you are, but the fact that you are bold enough announce your presence for the entire world to learn of, and the sheer quantity and quality of magical energy that's emmenating just from your castle alone makes me hopeful of your power."
Anos: "Do not worry about Avos Dilhevia. I can handle him. Just give my offer to the others. Know that I have no interest in negotiations. Either you all accept the offer or you don't."
Ajuka: "I understand. But what do we benefit from becoming your disciples? Other than growing stronger what else can you grant us?"
Anos: "I'll release all of your limitations. Be they physical, mental, or spiritual. As long as you train you can grow stronger indefinitely. And I'm also granting access to my library and the knowledge and wisdom you may find is yours to keep."
Ajuka's familiars eye's widened in shock and so did Ajuka as he heard what Anos said as he spoke his voice trembling.
Ajuka: "Meaning that I can even bring whatever wisdom I achieve from your library outside?"
Anos smirked as he answered.
Anos: "Thats right."
Ajuka's eyes glazed with dreamynes imagining himself being holed up in the library never leaving till he has read all the books inside. Ajuka was brought out of his daydream when he heard an amused laughter. Realising that he was daydreaming, he coughed into his fist pretending it never happend as he spoke.
Ajuka: "I will inform Sirzechs and the others of your offer. How long do we have to give you our answer?"
Anos: "By tomorrow."
Ajuka frowned as he spoke.
Ajuka: "Isn't that to little time to make such a big decision?"
Anos: "Didn't Sirzechs say to give me anything I wanted if it meant getting my help? Be grateful for even getting the ability to choose if you want to become my disciple or not. Once more, you all have until tomorrow."
Ajuka sighed before he spoke.
Ajuka: "Understood. I shall relay your words to the other's."
Leaving those words behind, Ajuka's familiar teleported away as Anos face showed an amused smirk as he spoke seemingly to himself.
Anos: "Now then, let's hope that training them will be able to relieve me of some of my boredom. What do you think Avos Dilhevia?"
Out from the shadow of the throne stood Avos Dilhevia who with the Longinus Testament in hand spoke.
Avos: "Is this truly your definition of fun? Do you believe giving me life won't make me turn on you?"
Anos snorted in amusement as he spoke.
Anos: "I gift you a little life and power and you suddenly believe yourself my equal? Truly you might find a great job as a comedian. Your dismissed for now, till you are actually needed you can do whatever you desire."
Avos stayed silent before disappearing from the throne room. Anos laughed silently as he spoke.
Anos: "I'm looking forward to our future interactions young one. I hope you grow strong enough not to disappoint me."
