Novel is your standar system and investment novel but the fact it takes place in Manhattan and the author uses chinese terms and yuan instead of USD makes things annoying as people in Manhattan don’t say comrade this and comrade that
This story was a mess. I tried my best to stay positive and read through it but it’s just so bad and I can’t ignore it anymore. I have dropped this story. I warn anyone that’s about to read this story, prepare yourself.

okay I tried my brain hurts just trying to comprehend what I'm reading. the author really needs to try to get a grip on what the heck he's trying to talk about everything is so childish and just dumb. I'll give the author an a for effort.
haven't read it yet but that cover for the novel reminds me of Super Gene, an absolute trash of a novel. Hope this will not share the same fate. But I am doubtful since a Chinese author writing about the financial and stock market of the western world is like asking an western author who has little to no experience in Chinese history or Chinese popular genre and writes an historical fiction or a cultivation novel.
This is a very flawed novel. There is no explanation for this kid possessing high school knowledge in elementary school as his success has nothing to do with him being a genius or doing any kind of hard work but is the result of his system cheat. His system doesn't even help him in obtaining such knowledge so this is just wish fulfillment by the author. This isn't really a system novel in the first place as there is no buildup or interaction around it, it is just used as an excuse for him to know all investment outcomes beforehand. The MC doesn't even attempt to hide his cheat ability and does so in as high profile manner as possible, taking interviews and doing it in front of an audience. Winning the lottery 8 out of 10 times makes his foreknowledge a statistical certainty whereas winning once for a large amount would at least give a plausible deniability of being lucky. Touring an investment company makes no sense as even entertaining the idea of being an employee, making money for other people is incredibly dumb. Betting millions of dollars with a minor through only verbal contract is perfectly normal behavior.
So far of the 40 chapters available I would only describe the first 10 chapters as good, it starts to roll downhill and I don't know if it will be better if it gets picked up. The story lacks a good editor and major blatant errors are everywhere from interchanging Yuan and USD, the characters names, and word specific usage. Yes, English might not be the author's first language but at the end of the day the work is in English and the work is poor.
