Chapter 54: 54. Taking down a noble family Part 1
After returning to his room, Andy checked his essence, he gained around 250,000 essence from his mother this time.
'Nice, as I though mother is the best! I really need to make her my woman soon!' Andy was delighted after seeing how much essence he got from his mother.
Currently Andy had a total of around 350,000 essence. He spent around 120,000 essence on stats and the various things that he bought from the shop for setting up his new home and clinic. And got 250,000 from his mother, 20,000 from Freya and 50,000 from Melty. Since Levi and Layla were mortals, the essence he got from them negligible.
Andy then called for Layla and Levi to have some fun. He couldn't possible sleep in the current state he was in. After having some fun with this mother and daughter duo for 2 hours, he went to sleep.

Next day during the breakfast, Lily was sitting at the dining table with a red face not daring to look at her son quietly eating her breakfast.
When Freya came for breakfast, Lily and her looked into each others eyes and Freya gave Lily a meaningful smile, which caused her to blush and avert her eyes in shame.
"Fufu~ looks like you really enjoyed your massage last night, didn't you sister Lily? Could you lend me your son for tonight pretty please? I couldn't properly sleep last night without getting a massage from Andy's magic hands." Teased Freya
"N-No! Andy will only practice his massage skills on me from now on!"
"Tsk what a cheapskate, sister Lily you should learn how to share" said Freya with a grin, but before Lily could reply, Andy said
"Alright don't fight everyone and let's enjoy the delicious meal together" said Andy.

After finishing the breakfast, Andy and Freya went to clinic and opened the defensive formation on clinic's public gate.
During the 3rd day of clinic, queue outside the mansion was bigger than ever. Now that Andy has gained a bit of popularity as a healer, there were many more people waiting in the queue.
Some nobles tried breaking the queue but Freya asked them to go back and join the queue like everyone else if they wanted to see doctor Andy. Everyone at this point knew what happened to Welf family's young master, so they didn't make a scene inside the clinic and some of them just quietly went to some other healer for help, whereas others actually decided to join the queue by asking their butlers to join in their place instead.
Everyone was shocked to see this scene, noble family's butlers waiting in the same queue as commoners. No one could remember when was the last time something like this happened.

When the next patient came in Andy asked her to sit in the medical examination chair and asked her what was the issue. This next patient was a cute girl around his sister's age.
"Doctor I have been feeling some pain in my right eye, can you please help me?" said the girl shyly
"Alright let me see" Andy then touched her face and was going to pretend to look into her eye to check, but as soon as he touched her, a smile came to his face and he immediately informed Freya though telepathy not to disturb him for next 1 hour.
'Sure thing master!'
After ending the telepathy, Freya sighed and though 'Haah~ I thought so, this girl was pretty cute'.
After an hour the girl came out of the medical examination room with a red face and was barely able to walk straight.
'Hmm looks like master didn't show any mercy to this cute girl'.

At around 6 in the evening, Andy closed the clinic and that cute girl came in afterwards.
"What?! How did you get inside?! The defensive formation is active right now!"
Freya was surprised, but then Andy explained.
"I made her my slave and gave her the key to the mansion. She was actually an assassin sent by the Welf family. When I touched her I immediately noticed that she didn't have anything wrong with her eye and she was clenching something in her fingers and was ready to attack me."
Andy then took out a needle which had a poison on it. It was actually a poison which causes temporary paralysis. And then he took out a smoke bomb.
"She was planning to paralyse me, blow this smoke bomb in reception to get outside carrying me and deliver me to the Welf family."
"What?!" Freya then looked at the cute looking girl with hostility
"Master why did you made her your slave, this bitch doesn't deserve to be your slave!"
"Relax, I will release her once she has fulfilled her purpose. I put the slave seal on her temporarily so that she can't betray me"
"Master please don't throw me away I beg you, you can use me as you please and I will never complaint. Please just make me c-come once, please master I beg you~" begged the cute girl with tears in her eyes.
The one hour which she spent with Andy was both her best and worst 1 hour of her entire life. Andy played around with her without letting her come even once even after she accepted to become his slave.
"Follow all my orders well and I might let you come just once before throwing you away" said Andy
Assassin girl was going to say something but Andy waved his hand to shut her up and then continued
"Alright it is the time for the fun part, to take down a noble family!"
Freya shivered when she heard her master's words. Just what was a noble family? They had countless years of foundation and many experts within their family. Welf family especially was very powerful, they were contending for the top 10 noble family spots in this country.
"Master are you sure, shouldn't we come up with a proper plan first?" asked Freya worriedly.
"Don't worry, I have already thought of a plan, and if anything goes wrong I have a skill which can guarantee my escape, so don't worry."
Andy then explained his plan to Freya, but Freya wasn't too happy about this plan and said it was very reckless and begged her master to think over it a little more.
"Don't worry Freya, even if it doesn't work as I said I have 100% confidence in escaping"
Freya bit her lips and nodded. Andy then turned towards the assassin girl and said
"Everything depends on your acting skills Raven, you better not mess up!"
