Chapter 8: Dungeon Raid
Dungeon a tiny piece from another world,
the only way to enter it is through the portal that appears,every Portal gives off a certain amount of mana when it appears and by measuring it with special devices one can figure out its ranking,the lowest ranking Dungeon is F rank and the highest one to ever appear in earth is
S rank Dungeon, fortunately no SS has appeared so far.
Dungeons,after one month they will open up and pour out every monster,within them.
The only way that a Dungeon can be destroyed is by killing the Boss monster residing in Dungeon, but many guilds and companies consider that to be wasteful because the benefits a Dungeon can bring is so huge that nobody ever kills the boss monster, but even so they have to kill it before the one month deadline or they have to kill every monster dwelling in Dungeon except boss monster.
the resources that can be obtained is unlimited, but of course there are some exceptions to this like this Dungeon in front of me which has lost its value by being overshadowed by other ones having much richer resources.

8 Days before opening of the academy
Today I woke up at 7:00 am i needed to rest because of my body having absorbed the Ice Dragon Essence and also the breakthrough to
E rank at the same time,my body was under lots of stress so I needed a lot of rest...most importantly I'm going to raid a Dungeon today so I have to be ready.
I went downstairs for breakfast as always Ciara was waiting for me
"Go_good mo_morning b_brother"
"good morning ciara"
after I took my seat we ate our breakfast which i noticed Ciara was looking at me from time to time
"If you have something to say then say it"
she quickly retracted her gaze before saying with caution
"b_brother is i_it o_okay to go al_alone"
"are you worried about me Ciara?"
when I said that she looked startled by my question and struggled to answer
"you don't need to worry about me, a mere Dungeon can't kill me"
the minimal requirement for clearing a F Rank Dungeon is to have 8 F rank superhumans cooperate together for clearing and if it's for killing the boss monster then you need 12 people.
after our little conversation I finished my breakfast and went to my personal Armory.
one of my hobbies is to collect swords specially katana, a sword belonging to Japan Famous for its sharp edge,of course a swords purpose is to kill and bring destruction to your foes,but I find a sense of peace when I look at my reflection in them, I even enjoy the moment my sword cuts through flesh and bones it's so intoxicating that I rarely use real swords.
the door slides open as i look at the familiar scenery in front of me.
I walked forward and looked at countless swords on walls each with different inscriptions and powers.
a white katana giving off a cold and dangerous aura caught my attention the surroundings of it was very cold,the cold glint of its sharp edge and the many frost runes inscribed on its body would make one to be in awe of its beauty,this crescent moon shaped katana was very beautiful,her name is
'Mikazuki'a name befitting of its power it's a
A Rank sword made from the bones of a Ice giant and Bathed In the blood of ice fairies for years its hilt is made of a special tree that grows in extremely cold Dungeons it's a masterpiece.
'unfortunately I can't use it's full power with my E Rank mana but it's more then enough for this Dungeon.'
I picked it up and walked out of the room the car was waiting for me outside i saw Ciara waiting for me at the entrance with a nervous look, she was hiding something behind her back when I got closer she said
B_brother p_please take th_this it's a go_good lu_luck charm
she extended her slender hands and handed me a 'Mati'its s Greek good luck charm I took it and attached it to my belt it was gray in color so it suited my tastes
"Thank you Ciara"
then without paying much attention to her reaction I got into car and driver took me to my destination.

The Dungeons rankings are also categorized as low tier , mid tier and upper tier the Dungeon I'm going to is a F rank upper tier one its s a fire wolf Dungeon,I specifically picked this Dungeon to test my ice abilities this Dungeon is a playground specifically created for me I can fight without holding back!
after driving for 2 hours I reached my destination in city outskirts.
"young master these are the items you requested"
without much delay Tony gave me everything I requested from different healing potions to mana potions and boosting ones all placed on a belt and neccessary food for one week in a backpack
"good work"
then Tony bowed and said:
"be careful young master and also the Guild master wishes you good luck on your first Dungeon raid!"
"ok"
then I put on a light armor and my black gloves and,after checking my equipment I entered the portal.
a white flash sweeped my eyes and when I opened them
a night sky filled my view with a jungle filled with giant trees greeted me ,after walking for 10 minutes I noticed some movements
'Hostility detection'
almost immediately I stepped side ways high speed and slashed my sword downward
slice! thud!
a red wolf's head dropped afterwards with blood gushing out of its severed neck,I used hostility detection again and noticed around 25 wolves lying in ambush around me.
I chuckled slightly
'it's good,just as I expected Dungeons are fun!'
then several wolves rushed forward as I took a deep breath I remembered every move' the techniques I learned from my childhood from my countless training hours and fights I tightened my grip on my sword and decided,
Ruuuuuuuumble! Boom!!
my body shot forward at lightning speed leaving behind after images,my sword drawn ,I sliced one wolf after another before they could even react I cut down 8 wolves.
'the first move Severance'
Thud! thud thud! thud!
the bodies fell one after another, my sword glowing in a faint familiar Arctic color,blood dripping from top of my blade,and the faint moonlight made me feel amazing,before I knew it,I was smiling in satisfaction.
then other wolves infuriated by the death of their own kind rushed at me.
awooooo!!! awooooool!!
awoooool!!
I looked at them running towards me I channelled my ice mana towards my sword it glowed,
I rushed forward again I swing my sword before reaching the wolves a beautiful white ark appeared after each of my strikes
fwoosh! fwoosh!fwoosh!
it cut through their bodies like a hot knife cutting butter
white lines stopped after cutting everything in 3 meters
Thus thud! thud! thud!
'second move Decimation'
the remaining wolves after witnessing this scene they realized the meaning of pure terror, the being in front of them was far more terrifying then anything they have faught so far,
they wanted to run away but...
fwoosh! fwoosh! fwoosh!
the last thing they saw was a beautiful thin line cutting through them in an instant they couldn't even make a sound as Ice glaciers grew on their bodies and froze them in a few moments the last thing they saw was a pair of cold blue eyes looking at them.
clink! fwooo!
'it's not enough I need more numbers their too weak'
as I thought that I picked up my backpack and walked over the frozen bodies of wolves
'being weak is a sin'
