Chapter 3: The Abandoned Elivette Hirsch

From what I remember, Elivette Hirsch was a character in a book entitled "Harmony in Chaos".

It is about Celaestis, a girl from the modern world, who also transmigrated in another book, where two brothers— one the heir to the Kingdom and well-known for his economic contribution, the other a well-known Major General with his own army— fell in love with one girl, Thalia Kline. Both brothers would have turned to kill one another if it weren't for Celaestis' intervention, which would have brought about the downfall of the Kingdom.

Caelestis was a smart and decisive girl who transmigrated in the body of a Viscount's daughter, and a court lady of Princess Sashyra, the one and only sister of the two brothers.

With her ideas and talent in different fields, and her desire to stop the downfall of the Kingdom, she was able to get the attention of Zealan Phyrros and saved the Kingdom from its imminent demise.

Zealan Phyrros, the heir to the throne, eventually fell in love with Caelestis, while his brother the Major General, Zequiel Phyrrhos, fell in love with Thalia. However, Thalia only had eyes for Zealan, so this caused Zequiel to leave and turn his attention to his regiment instead.

I've only read a few books in my entire life and most of them are about transmigration. All of them were recommended by my friend who loves reading such books.

Now, what is the role of Elivette Hirsch in the story? She was just a cannon fodder to make things interesting. I think it was almost around the ending when she planned to get Celaestis kidnapped, and ruin her innocence by hiring men to defile her. However, the plan didn't go through because it was busted by the second supporting male character, Crius Roux.

And why would she do that? Because she's in love with Zealan Phyrros.

Who wouldn't be interested in a guy who was next to the throne, has a great sense of reputation, power and authority, and is well known for his contribution to the Kingdom? Not to mention he was young and handsome.

Elivette who thinks she's better than anyone believed that Celaestis, who was below her in terms of family position, doesn't deserve Zealan, and the rightful Queen of the Kingdom was her.

Yes, that freakin' no brain girl planned that.

Reading the story made me want to kill Elivette myself, however despite the actions that she did which was a crime worth of death punishment, Celaestis who is about to be a Queen Consort, punished her in a different way.

Abandonment.

The abandonment was the perfect punishment for Elivette who was proud of her birth right and her family's authority.

The Marquess of Carran, Cridius Hirsch, has to abandon his daughter in order to remain in his position and keep their power and authority. For the Marquess, Elivette was just a dispensable daughter, and so he didn't hesitate to go along with Celaestis' wishes, who at the time had the authority of the Queen Consort although not yet being married to Zealan, who has still to ascend to the throne.

And so, Elivette was demoted from the title of a Lady to a commoner, and was removed from the genealogy of the Hirsch Family. Without the help of her family, Elivette had to fend for herself, together with her only maid, Penny.

But then again, that would only happen at the end of the story—

"What did you say awhile ago?" I looked at her and she was taken aback by my sudden question.

"Which one is it My Lady?"

"About me being abandoned by the Marquess."

"What about it my Lady?" She asked, seemingly confused about my questions.

"Why was I abandoned?" There was only one scene in the book where Elivette was abandoned by her family. As what the woman has said, it was the consequences of her actions.

"....Uhh, because of your plan of ruining the innocence o—"

"Yes— Yes, I get it." I couldn't help but rub my forehead as I felt my head start to throb.

"When did this happen?"

"Can you be more specific My Lady?"

"When was I abandoned?"

"... Around a month has already passed since the Marquess of Carran abandoned you."

A month has passed?

Does that mean that the King has already abdicated a month after the abandonment of Elivette, and the coronation ceremony of Zealan Phyrros will happen in a few months?

In the ending of the book, last chapter, the coronation ceremony is only mentioned and it ended with Celaestis and Zealan getting married, and that's it.

There are no other side stories also.

So does this mean I transmigrated to the ending of the book?

Are you kidding me?

Then what the hell am I gonna do now?

Why the hell were the main protagonist in some of the books transmigrated in the beginning and I in the ending?

Even Celaestis transmigrated in the beginning of the story and she was even given the chance— Yes, I remember now. She was given a chance to go back to her real world after she finished the whole event of the story or she could remain within the novel world, and she chose the latter.

Does that mean I can go back?

But then again, how the hell am I going to finish experiencing the events of the story if it has already ended?

I still have a chance to go home, right?

There should be some kind of teleportation machine or some kind of magic that could help me go back to my world, especially since this is a fantasy book.

Or maybe I just need to do something specific so I can go back.

'Isn't that Lady Elivette Hirsch?'

'Oh... what has she gotten herself into this time?'

'Isn't she just a commoner now?'

'Oh Yes, I forgot about that.'

'Well, she deserved what happened to her.'

'I didn't think she'd last this long.'

'I thought she wouldn't even last a day in the streets, turns out Lady Elivette has some tricks up her sleeve.'

I couldn't help but pick up the voices around me.
