Chapter 2: video game (Jimin ff)
Everyone were happy and cheerful as Yn's boss threw a party for Yn and her team's good work.
Well by good work..Yn actually loved playing games from childhood..And growing up she chose to fulfil her dream by inventing her own game and today was the day she accomplished her dream with her team members.
"thanks to leader Yn for always encouraging us whenever we lose hope. the best leader indeed"
One of her team members cheered and everyone clapped for her.
"Exactly Miss Yn, you truly deserve promotion" her boss said.
"OMG!! thank you so much boss"
"Cheers for Yn! "
"Cheers!! "
Everyone cheered for her while she thanked everyone.
...
Yn returned back home and did her night routine.
"It was such a lovely day.. It feels so great achieving your dream.. "
She felt proud of herself as well. She was about to lay on her bed then her eyes went to her computer screen and surprisingly her game was visible.
"I don't remember playing the game here..? how can it open by itself..?"
She was confused about it but shrugged it off thinking she forgot to close her computer.
"As it is already opened why not play a round?"
She sat down on the chair and started playing her game.
The game character named Jimin appeared on the screen and started talking.
*Welcome Yn, Let's know the rules of the game first*
"I invented you and you're telling me the rules i made myself? tskk go ahead"
*Rule 1: Once you made up your mind to play the game there's no turning back until you finish all the levels.
Rule 2: You have to complete all the tasks to complete the game.
Rule 3: There are three levels in total Easy,hard,impossible.
Let the game begin*
"Okay let's start"
She played the game and won too as she knows all the secret techniques.
"I'm tired now i should sleep"
The moment she stood up from her seat the game started glitching. It suddenly went blank and her room's light was gone.
"Wtf is happening..what happened suddenly.."
She was searching for her phone but the next moment she froze on her spot when she felt a presence beside her..it was right behind her.
"You can't win against me sweetheart" The male voice whispered near her ear.
"I must be hallucinating.." Yn told herself.
Suddenly the lights went on and she turns back widening her eyes.
She screamed in fear cuz she saw the game character she invented infront of her which was unbelievable.
"Y-you... h-how..???
"Patience babe patience..!"
"This can't be true... You can't be jimin.. tell me who are you!!! "
She held his collar in anger but his one glare was enough to take her hands off.
"This is true.. believe or not.. "
She was panicking but he kept coming closer and closer until her back hits the wall.. he leans more trapping her fragile figure between his arms.
"S-stay away from me.. "
"Why are you afraid??you're the one that created me right?
"But why are you here!! how can.. you.. "
"You made me the villain of the game by yourself so now face the consequences yourself.."
He took out a knife from his pocket and traced it from her face to chin.
"P-please don't kill me.. please.. "
he let out a dark chuckle hearing her pleading which was pleasure for him to watch.
"Nahh this is not fun.. i can't kill a beautiful lady like you just like this..it's unfair.."
"Please go back!! "
"Hmmm...let's play the game in real life...if you won't be able to defeat me then you have to obey what i say and if you win.. then I'll disappear"
She had no other option then to play the game and agree to it..she was confident enough to win the game in game world but she's not sure what will happen in real life.
Suddenly the lights went off but she was not in her room but somewhere like a room
"You know the rules already.. Let the game begin!" He laughed like a maniac while saying this.
Yn was trying to sense her surroundings as it was too dark that she can't see anything nor she could feel any presence of him.
"I have only 5 minutes to find him.. but i don't know where i am and where he can be.. "
With a speed of light he whispered in her ear from behind.
"Good luck babygirl.. "he bit her earlobe which made her shiver from his intense touch.
She turned back to find him but he already disappeared making her groan.
"He's distracting me i can't be trapped here forever.."
For a moment she closed her eyes and tried to hear his voice or feel his presence..and she did felt someone hand and she quickly holds it.
"I found you!! "
The lights went on and opened her eyes.
"Whom did you found cuz I'm here! " he smirked.
She looks at the hand she's holding and it was a skeleton..she jumpscared and backed off.
"I'll make it easier for you.. we're jumping to level 3 it will be more fun watching you in pain" he disappeared again.
she gulped in fear and this time there was a weapon in her hand as it is a rule.
"Now kill me if you can, Yn"
This time the they were in an abandoned playground..she had a gun in her hand.
"Now I'm right infront of your sight.. all you have to do is shoot me and win this game"
He stood in front of her and came more closer leaving no gap. She was looking down not having the courage to shoot someone.
"Come on yn.. Do it"
"No.. i can't...you may not have a heart but i do"
"Don't be an emotional fool! SHOOT ME! "
he kept shouting to shoot him but she covered her ears not wanting to hear him.
He forcefully holds her hand and points the gun towards his forehead. She was struggling to get over his grip but he made his grip too tight to let go. She was looking at his eyes pleading him not to do it.
"It's such a pleasure to see you pleading.. i love it..to see you in pain"
"Okay!! i will shoot..but let go my hand!"
He was taken aback by her words but let go her hand thinking she agreed.
But for his surprise she pointed it towards her forehead and pulls the trigger.
"Noooo you can't!!!!"
He groaned in anger.
"you didn't kill me nor i did..i quit the game"
She smirked and closed her eyes.
....
Gasping after waking up from her sleep she looked around the whole room but sighed in relief finding no one..
"That was just a nightmare..i was too much involved in the game that it started haunting me.. " She calmed down and laid down again.
Meanwhile-
"You did quit the game but didn't win.. And i hate quitters..You did wrong babygirl"
He smirked at her sleeping figure.
