Chapter 29: Catching Spirit Beast
Nie Long flies to the core of Spirit Forest and he saw his first target. 6000 years Lion Spirit Beast. Nie Long descended from the sky and stand in front of the Lion. Nie Long then talk to the Lion.
"Hey, I want to ask you something. Will you submit if I win against you?" asked Nie Long.
The Lion just snorted and said in disdained tone "I will not submit even if I will be killed."
Upon hearing this, Nie Long smiled from ear to ear. He knows the best way to tame this Spirit Beast. To beat this Beast up till he submits. A bit rough but it works all the time. Nie Long then uses Lucy's Spirit Possession and use Wood Control and binds the Lion.
Nie Long hangs the Lion in the air before using Wood Control to make a while with the spike. Nie Long look at the scared Lion and said again "Will you submit or will you get tortured first before you submit?"
The lion instantly submits to Nie Long by saying "I will follow your command Master." Nie Long nodded in satisfaction before sitting on the lion's back. It was broad and he can sit comfortably.
"Try to find a 5000-9999 Bird-type Spirit Beast," said Nie Long to the lion. The lion just nodded and look around for the Bird Spirit Beast and find it not long after. Nie Long use once again uses Wood Control and binds the bird. Nie Long threatens it the same way Nie Long threatens the lion.
Nie Long saw that his bird is Rainbow Coloured Sparrow. A "Good Potential" Spirit Beast. At the most, his parents can become Rank 60. Nie Long feels it is good enough to become Half-Step Spirit King. Nie Long then takes the bird and the lion back toward his village.
After 4 hours of traveling since they need to dodge a lot of trees. Unlike flying in the sky, they waste a lot of time chasing away Spirit Beast and walking around the big trees a lot of time. After arriving at the edge of his village, Nie Long told the Lion to stop and wait for him there.
"If you guys dare run away, I will chase both of you to the end of the world and kill you." Even though Nie Long couldn't condense his Killings intent yet, he still can make the Lion and Bird scared. Both of them nodded so fast that it look like an afterimage.
Nie Long walk to his home and take his parents toward the edge of the forest. There his parents saw a big 3-meter tall Lion and a beautiful Rainbow Coloured Sparrow.
Nie Long then introduced the said beast "This is Metal Fang Lion. It is a 6000 years Spirit Beast. This one is Rainbow Coloured Sparrow and it is an 8000 years Spirit Beast."
Both of his parents were shocked because they just said what Spirit Beast they want last night. And now they already get what Spirit Beast they requested. Nie Long then tells the beasts that he will not kill them if they make a contract with his parents.
The contract to become their Martial Spirit and grow with them. This way both the Lion and Sparrow will become Martial Beasts nearly 50000 years. They don't have any more breakthroughs after that because of their potential. Nie Long can use Monster Merging to make them stronger after they reach their peak.
This way he can make both the Lion and Sparrow loyal to his parents. Nie Long then push his parents to make the contract with the Spirit Beasts. Both of them accepted the contract because they were scared of Nie Long.
After getting their Martial Soul Nie Long then teach his parents to make Spirit Rings. Both of them only use 6 hours to make their Spirit Ring. They all went back to his house and have a late dinner. It was already 3 in the evening when Nie Long take his parents to the Spirit Beast.
Nie Long eat, bath, and sleep for the day. He woke up early and saw his parents already wake up. Nie Long said Good Morning and eat breakfast with them.
"Father, Mother there is something that I want to tell you. I actually just stay at Nuoding Academy just for 1 month and I stopped attending it after becoming Spirit Elder. Now I stay in Suo Tuo City while fighting in the Colosseum for the experience." said Nie Long.
