Chapter 76: 3.3 Annoying Naïve Human

Cass came back to the hotel an hour later. He got out of the hovercab and ordered the bellman:

"Take the luggage to my suite."

The man nodded, and Cass left for the restaurant. He told the woman at the entry his name, and she brought him to his seat.

He sat down and pulled out his terminal. Silas asked:

*Did you have a good day?*

*I did. Even if I feel that this is my life, and it feels like I'm the one who's been treated that way, I feel lighter than the previous universes. I just want to have fun and not take things too seriously.*

Silas said:

*I'm glad.*

Cass looked up from his terminal when someone took a seat at the table in front of him. He smiled.

"Hello, Beloved."

Bastian looked at the kid from earlier in annoyance. Of all the tables, it had to be next to him. Cass asked:

"What's your name?"

Bastian asked:

"Have you already spent all the money your parents ever earned?"
