it's been quite a long day at my restaurant. I work for ten hours everyday throughout all my shifts . it's not an easy task that I do but, I still love my job. it had always been my dream to become a professional cook. I do observe the way Grandma cooks and add those skills to mine .
As time went on, I was able to do things on my own. I tried different recipes,did the cleaning and presented myself well in the kitchen in which my grandma was proud of. I was the one willing to know more about how she's able to make all those sumptuous and delicious meals for me. I do love her very much. I grew up developing interest in cooking and baking.
I've been the one to make delicious meals for my grandma all those year staying with her.
Why?
it's because sooner or later,I got to know very well that, my parents were involved in an accident and lost their lives. I met saw my parents physically. My grandma raised me from infancy till now. My mom was pregnant with me back then, she slightly survived at the spot where the accident occurred. Unlike my dad, he was already dead before he wwas rushed to the hospital.. I was told, mom wasn't strong enough during labor so she died in the process of giving birth to me.
Yeah! "I was the lucky soul" was what I was told to be at the time. .At times, I feel so pathetic and hurt at the thought of what happened to my parents. I miss them very much. My dad left behind the restaurant and a logistics company of which I manage now and a number of others. He made sure to state that in his will. Even though I never had the chance to set my eyes on them for real, I had memories of them I left through photos of them ,some of them been highschool, through to college and wedding photos.
