Chapter 5: Bleach Arc - 4
Khan and Kenpachi rush each other with clashing of blades. Khan held his own, but Kenpachi had more experience with sword play. Khan did have an advantage over Kenpachi since he was wielding two. Khan would block with one blade and draw blood with the other.
The whole fight, Kenpachi was laughing, after receiving a cut on his side, Kenpachi removed his limiting eyepatch, his Raishi exploded forming a giant yellow skull around him. Khan knowing what that meant pushed his own power levels to their limit. His Raishi was black and looked like a horned demon skull.
They charged each other once again, in true dueling fashion they made their strike and ended up in each other's places. Cuts formed all over Khan's arms, while Kenpachi's chest had two deep cuts open up with a spray. As Khan rushed to help the others, he heard Kenpachi say, "that was fun, we should do it again." As he passed out a little girl with pink hair came and took him away.
Khan saw Komamara and Harribel both heavily injured, Khan managed to give Komamara a surprise hard right, while his focus was on Harribel. The result was Komamara was knocked unconscious, while Harribel felt a little embarrassed, since this was the second time Khan had saved her. The Tres Bestias while also heavily injured still managed to win their fight.
Yoruichi who had been on the sidelines told them there was a place nearby where they could get out of sight. She opened a hidden hatch to the underground network, Khan using Shadow Reach carried everyone inside. Once down there he saw that he had a new notice.

Khan pondered on that while system upgrades were extremely expensive, was that really a reward worth all the trouble he went through. Anyway, he would deal with it later, Mila Rose asked, "boss, you said we're going to squad 5 is there anyone specific there?" Khan responded with, "we are going to the captain of the squad, Sosuke Aizen."
"And what would you do if you found him?"
They immediately snapped to where that voice was coming from, standing there as if it were perfectly normal was Sosuke Aizen and Gin Ichimaru. Khan quickly collected himself and said, "We came here to make a deal with you."
Aizen amused said, "oh, what deal would that be?" Khan not distracted responded with saying, "I recently acquired something that you might find interesting." Khan then showed Aizen the Hogyoku. Aizen face went from amused to surprised and said, "how did you... that not important, with that item I could grant you real power." Khan then said, "what about them?" Aizen looked at Harribel and the Tres Bestias then said, "the Hogyoku is enough for you, but how about this you join my army and if you are strong enough to join the Espada then I could grant them power as well, they'll even can become part of your Fraccion." Khan pretended to think about, then he agreed and handed over the Hogyoku to Aizen. Aizen then said, "I'm going to experiment with this once I'm comfortable with the results I call for you, we'll meet at the execution grounds, it's the mountain summit, stay alive until then."
After Aizen left Khan said, "in case you're wondering Yoruichi, Aizen already knew that Urahara hid the Hogyoku inside Rukia." Yoruichi who up to this point had been hiding behind Sung-Sun said, "so, how did you find out?"
"Let's say that my trick allows me to see that which people wish to keep hidden, speaking of, do you have a place where we can lay low and recover, while they cool off over the fight we just had?" replied Khan. Yoruichi thought about it, understanding that Khan probably already knew the true answer, then said, "I have a place, it's where Kukaku is going to meet us."
Yoruichi lead them to the hidden training grounds, Khan could tell she was doing it to find out how much he knows. Khan didn't care because in the end, whatever she finds out will matter very little in the grand scheme of things.
They arrived and Khan placed the injured Hollows by the hot spring and tended to their injuries. Khan wished he could have killed Iba and Komamara for what they did, but if he had Yamamoto would've burned this town to the ground looking for them. Khan decided to go through the shop to take his mind off, but a question popped into his head that he had to have answered. Khan asked, 'that achievement, were did it come from?'
[Achievements were chosen by your patron deities, Khorne for example loves an honest fight with no outside interference, hence why the achievement for an honest duel. Any rewards from achievements have been chosen by them as well.]
Khan thought about what each of the gods might like and he got a theory on what achievements they might have chosen. Khan resumed checking the list, of system upgrades Area Maps and Group Chat were both potentially very useful, but seeing some features were still unavailable, Khan decided to wait until he completed this world first before buying any system upgrades.
Khan noticed that Yoruichi was still in her cat form so, he decided now would be the time to test his theory on the seeds.
Khan said, "Yoruichi thank you for honoring your end of the deal." Yoruichi stiffened slightly before saying, "it's no problem we had a deal after all." Khan responded with, "I'm serious, here let me show you how grateful I am." Khan used Shadow Reach to gently pet Yoruichi's head. After a few moments he got the notice.

Khan was amused by how easy that was, and while he was tempted to start making alternations to Yoruichi right now. Urahara wouldn't take that lying down, and Khan knows that there are three people he can't defeat right now Head Captain Yamamoto, Sosuke Aizen, and Kisuke Urahara, his time and their deaths will come soon enough. There is also that secret order of Quincy hiding in the shadows.
Khan decided to use his Shadow Sight to see what his limits are and surprisingly there are few, when he looked at Ichigo, he saw him in class and Khan got a look at his friends and teacher, he also saw Aizen was busy subjugating Barragan. Over the next 6 days the Soul Reapers searched frantically for Khan and his crew, Kukaku joined up annoyed at what was going on. On the 7th day the council declared the Khan had escaped, they had determined that the Hollows came from Karakura Town and the dispatched Byakuya Kuchiki and Renji Abarai to collect the Soul Reaper/Rukia who should have reported it.
Khan told Yoruichi and she bolted out of there heading back to Urahara. Khan decided to buy some skills during this down time. Khan bought Shadow Pocket, Sandman's Embrace, and Nurgle's Touch.
[Shadow Pocket - (Active) store anything in your shadow, (any living thing placed in their will be put into a suspended state)
Sandman's Embrace - (Active) put target to sleep, (can last several hours)
Nurgle's Touch - (Active) rot the target from the inside out, (they will die in a few seconds, but the pain makes it seem like a few years)]
Khan mused over his latest skills, then he used Shadow Sight in time to see Ichigo get his ass kicked. That plot progressed like it was supposed to the council declared Rukia a traitor and sentenced her to death, and Ichigo went to Urahara to get his Soul Reaper powers back, the difference being that on the second day of Ichigo's efforts, the Grand Fisher showed up and was promptly killed, and Khan got the notice he was waiting for the moment he deployed the Soul Collector.

Khan smiled beneath his mask and chose to look at Grand Fisher's victims, he was looking for a very specific name and he found it, Masaki Kurosaki. With that the Soul Collector was back in his inventory along with a blue crystal that said soul of Masaki Kurosaki.
