Chapter 1{clutches of death.]
I lied down on the floor and the wind was blowing. I could only hear the wind and the flow of my blood on the floor. Tears rolled down from my eyes again I felt frustrated, anger and sadness in my heart. I was also scared I didn't want to die but it seems that I can't escape the clutches of death. I need one more chance I can do it. I promise I can, I almost got it. I wept miserably. I felt the atmosphere was stiff and someone appeared, but I couldn't see him clearly.
"You failed again, Val.", he said.
"Who`re you?", I said with the last strength I had. "Show yourself.", I added.
"My name is Drudwyn, but people call me Drud.", he paused. "You failed again.", he said. "You did not follow the rules. You were too fast in making decision and you were too blind to see the truth.",<msreadoutspan class="msreadout-line-highlight msreadout-inactive-highlight"> he <msreadoutspan class="msreadout-word-highlight">added</msreadoutspan>.</msreadoutspan>
"I, I can…", he interrupted me.
"You still have two chances Valerie.", he said.
"I will get it this time.", I replied with confident.
"Maybe the last chance you will succeed.", he said calmly.
I didn't understand his meaning and I didn't bother to care about it. All I want is to come back to life again.
"You will be born again but remember be patient, conscious and stay low key, if you want to succeed this time.", he warned.
"Can`t I- ", he interrupted me.
"No. Not in this form.", he said. "Rest till we meet again.", he replied with a smile.
I felt drown in the sleep and I had never slept so peacefully until I couldn't hear anything again.

I finally opened my eyes, but it was so dark. I hated the dark, it gives me a kind of creepy feeling and it took long before I adjusted my eyes. I began to hear the voices clearly.
"I shall end her. Why must you stop me?", the female voiced said angrily.
"There will be no need for that.", the male voice replied.
"Don't dare stand in my way. I will kill anyone who stand in my part.", she said angrily.
"Clara, you never change.", he responded with a smirk smile.
The woman took few steps backward.
"Who are you?", she asked
"No need to be afraid of me. I know you Clara, but you don't know me. I am not important here, but she is.", he replied.
"Who?", she asked.
"Welcome back, Val.", he said with a smile. "I hope you finally got all your memories.", he added.
"Drud.", I said inwardly.
I tried to speak out, but I could only speak inwardly so I was confused but before I could react my brain started bringing back all my memories from all my previous lives and the present.
"You wanted to ask how you lost your voice?" he laughs shortly." You must know that that not the important thing right now. What is important is how you blew out your previous chance. You promised but you could only last for seventeen years and you die miserably compared to your first life which you die at the age of thirty-four and now If I didn't come to you, you could have died and how old are you?", he paused. "Thirteen. You let a little witch poison you. I don't get it. I need to know how it was possible. Didn't you learn how to be immune to poison in your previous life or did you forget it after dying tragedy? Explain I don`t get how could you be so foolish and not conscious? he asked mockery. "Now for the reason why you lost your voice let see, you weren't lucky enough, but you had a stepmother who envy your beauty and with the fact that you look like your birth mother the late queen, so she has been torturing you since five after your mother died and married her. You got it now.", he explained. "See, you should thank her because she did you a favour since you aren't able to shut your mouth in your preview life, I believe you can now since you can`t talk. You could last longer because your mouth won't put you in trouble or talk more than you should.", he mocked me.
"Stop it. The Mistress need to rest. Leave.", Clara said.
"How could you still be alive Clara.", I said feeling dizzy.
What did you do?", he asked.
"It is a sedative to make her sleep. Go I will explain to her what she needs to do.", she said.
"Fine. You have three months. You know what to do.", he replied before he disappeared.

I sat down to listen to Clara explanation.
"You are saying that after I died three hundred years ago. I was reborn to the Jackman family, but I was useless because I couldn't see visions, but my parent loved me, but they died after my eight-year birthday and chaos break out with the Jayman and after I died, they were all separated?", I asked.
"Yes mistress.", she replied.
"And I am happened to be born in the dark family, and I am the princess of a weak king who is controlled by his uncle. My birth mother was the last light magic user, huh?", I asked.
She nods correctly.
"And my first task is to stop the war that is coming in three months and the servant I picked in my unconsciousness mind will help me because it is fate?", I asked.
She nods. "Mistress, how do you know that man?", she asked curiously. "Can he be trusted?", she asked.
"I don't know him well, but I only know that he only appears when I was about to die in every of my previous life with that stupid smile. He also appears to give me bad news or to boss me around, but I can say for sure even if he enjoys watching and mocking my bad luck, he has good intention just that he doesn't show it and that pisses me off.", I paused and look into Clare eyes. "Ok, but how are you still alive when it`s more than three hundred years?", I asked.
