CHAPTER 1 : CURIOUSITY
I didn't talk. He still doesn't have an idea that my memories were back. I'm just going to let him figure it out by himself.
I'm not interested in talking to everyone anymore. It just sucks to interact with people when you're not interested to talk with.
"I don't remember that I sewed up your mouth during the check up," he uttered.
I want to digress right now.
"Pizza with milktea Apollo flavor?"
All of my thingkings were gone.From problems to irritation, all of it vanished. I looked at him then smiled, sweetly.
"You really know my weakness," I mumbled.
He laughed sarcastically then tapped my head. "Well, your happiness is too easy to reach. Small or big things, you appreciated it. And, I like that kind of attitude of yours."
I rolled my eyes.
"Get dressed. We're leaving." He left next to me where he was sitting and entered his room.
I followed his order. Showered and dressed to leave without any complaints.
When I left the room, Keios was still not there. I wondered where we were going.
In the hospital? Does he know that I have remembered everything and he wants to take me to the hospital for a physical check up about brain recovery?
"Uhh, did you wait for me too long?" That voice was coming from behind me.
I faced him. "Not much. I just got out of my room."
He nodded. "I was still looking for my cellphone, I thought it was missing."
"Thought?" My brow furrowed slightly because of his confusing words.
He shooked his head in response. "It was just actually in my pocket. For almost half an hour, I looked everywhere, but it was just in my pocket," he answered.
I forced myself to stop laughing, but I think he noticed it so I smiled sarcastically and insultingly.
"Idiot," He said. He walked outisde so I followed him until we got to his car.
Until now, I am still confused if where we will go. I got no idea or a hint. If I ask Keios about it, he will just snob me and lack his gaze in the way.
I just fell asleep in the car because of the headache I felt.
"Wake up!" Keios shouted as he grabbed my arm.
Fuck, you're so rude, Keios. I'm still not done sleeping, I felt like I only slept in a second.
"I said, wake up," he ordered.
I opened my eyes. It's afternoon? I only fell asleep for a second, then when I woke up, it was afternoon? We didn't even have lunch.
I was planning to mock at Keios because of his behavior, but how? I can't mock him without any valid reason.
How can I beat him when I've only been asleep for a second?
I think we actually teleported.
"I don't think you slept well," he said.
I left the leaning and adjusted the seat. My eyes widen in front of me.
"W-What is this?" I can't believe we actually got into this place.
"I already told you already, it's too easy to reach your happiness that's why I brought you here. You wantt peace, am I right?" he explained.
I got out of the car. Observed the area being stepped on. I approached the beach and I could see the tall buildings on the other island.
The place was so peaceful. There were no peoples, just me and Keios. Nobody else.
"I bought this place. I know you like to go to peaceful places, that's why I bought this private beach resort." I looked at Keios who was at my back. Observing every move and reaction I make.
I was so speechless. For almost four years, Keios took care of me. Even the bill in the hospital while I was in a coma, I didn't pay for it. Keios paid it for me. He was always here by my side.
If you look at me and Keios, you might think that we have a relationship.
"You're so quiet. Don't you like it?"
I shook my head weakly and looked away.
I look at the beach again, seeing its inherent beauty.
Keios hugs me at my back. I felt his warmth in my body.
I didn't hesitate in his hug. I already got used to it. At first, when I still have my amnesia, I thought Keios was my boyfriend. But I guess I was wrong. He was just my doctor. A doctor who serves his patient and treated it very well. He's just doing his job.
Just from Keios' appeal, does he look like my only doctor? I mean, at first I thought he was really my boyfriend because we lived together and he mostly took care of me.
When I hung up with him every time, I was actually wrong. He's not really my boyfriend. He's really just my doctor, nothing more. He's not my boyfriend, because my real boyfriend is James who betrayed me with my best friend..
They dragged me down to negativity, turn my heart into pieces. But Keios? Keios can boost me up back to being positive. From a nerd girl to a cool girl.
I started to get some attentions of other boys because of how Keios changed my personality.
"You're really quiet," Keios said softly but mixed with complaint.
I slapped his hand around my waist.
"Ouch." He then let go of my waist.
I gasped. "You're just going to hug me, then what? Complain that I'm not responding to your nonesense questions? How ridiculous."
He caressed what I hit, then crossed his arms.
"It's just refreshing," he said.
I didn't answer. Silence enveloped us for a few minutes. Until Keios breaks it.
"I'm curious why you're quiet, because now, you just woke up, you have a pocketful of gossip."
I looked at him. He was also looking at me and his face was full of questions. I just winced because of his face.
Figure it out on your own, Keios Ruscho. . .
Figure it out that I remembered everything. Go and discover that I was heart brokened because of what i've saw with my two eyes.
"And by the way," he mumbled which made me to look at him again.
"Your pizza and milktea are in the car. I looked everywhere else for Meiji Apollo and I finally found one, but the size was large."
