He forcefully infused the element's essence together until the 4 orbs of different colours fused to create one apple-sized orb of white essence. Without missing a beat, he guided the Qi being released from his fingers into the white orb slowly turning it into a silvery colour. He stopped releasing Qi when he felt it was enough.
"So this is Supreme Qi. Well…artificial Supreme Qi anyway."
Vasari could immediately feel the qualitative difference between normal Qi and Supreme Qi.
"On to the second phase."
The second phase of breaking through to the fourth stage of the Mortal Ascension Realm was to release all the 'normal' Qi from your body before absorbing your artificial Superior Qi into your Dantian.
With a look of concentration, Vasari sat in the middle of the yard while a copious amount of Qi was released from his body every second. The amount of Qi he was able to store in his body was absolutely ridiculous compared to an average cultivator. If it was scaled it would be 10 times the amount. This was one of the perks of opening all 100 meridians.
Vasari sat motionless for 30 minutes before he finally moved again.
If one looked at him now they wouldn't say this was the Vasari they knew. His body was shrivelled up like an old man and his face was thin and looked malnourished.
"I…feel…so…weak." He hardly managed to get his words out. With absolutely zero Qi in his body, he was even weaker than a mortal.
Not wanting to stay in this state any longer, Vasari absorbed the artificial Supreme Qi into his Dantian.
His body slowly returned to normal when his deprived body finally retrieved the nutrients his body desired.

The feeling of 'real' Supreme Qi felt purer and denser than his artificially created Qi but not by much. Vasari mused about it and came up with the reason being due to his Advanced Wills.
"Third phase."
The third and fourth phase was one phase separated into two. Absorbing the Supreme Qi into your Dantian and meridians until the limit then allow the Supreme Qi to refine your body making it stronger than before.
Vasari spent the next 8 hours cultivating on the lawn until the light of a new day lit up the Cloud Haven Sect.
"Jeez 8 hours and I could only fill 10% of my Dantian."

And being able to sense artificial Qi was not supposed to be as easy as Vasari made it out to be.
He didn't know about it yet but because of his Advanced Wills, he did what many took months in less than an hour. That was the benefit of comprehending Advanced Wills before the Supreme Qi stage.
