Chapter 9: Chapter 9: The Hunt
as Hiroko finished his meeting he then, sat down on his bed, thinking about the upcoming fight against the giant,he's thinking of how many casualties they have in this fight,
"is this really worth it?"he asked himself,
to sacrifice all his forces just to slay a giant or was it just an excuse to quench his thrill for battle that he lost long ago, the moment he became the head of the Ashigawa Clan.
hiroko in his young age was a genius among geniuses, at the age of ten he became the youngest jōnin in history, at the age of fifteen he became the chief ninja,and at the age of 20 he then defeated the leader of the tenkuro clan who were demon worshippers terrorizing the lands,hailing him as a hero,but as time goes by he grew tired of being strong because there was noone to fight,
not only is he good at fighting but he's also the most handsome man in the clan,many women would flock around him just to get a glimpse of his beauty,along with his height he's by far the tallest amongst his peers and envied by many,
it brought him some pleasant memories of the past,and it made him laugh bitterly at himself and said,
"how pathetic,I Hiroko akujin who once was hailed as a hero and a genius,would be irrational enough to use all of the troops just to hunt a giant,"
"if the others knew about it,they might think I'm preparing for war"he said while looking at the ceiling,
as he close his eyes memories of his friend and the time they spent,and by the time he realized he was asleep,he woke up in his dream and found kijirama and his group drinking, dancing and singing with joy,
as he approached the kijirama spotted him and greeted him with a smile,
"milord welcome, join us and have a seat"he said inviting him,
"stop addressing me as lord,just call me by my name"he answered
"that's not appropriate mil-"before kijirama could answer Hiroko shuts his mouth and said
"we're not in the clan anymore so stop calling me that it's just a title"Hiroko insisted
"haha!well then if you insist"kijirama answered with glee
as they sat together, Hiroko and kijirama could not contain their laughter and enjoy the moments they have together, Hiroko then sat under the tree next to the cliff and gazed upon the beautiful sky,
kijirama approached him and said,
"mind if I sit next to ya?"he asked
"sure"Hiroko answered
kijirama sat next to Hiroko and brought some wine,he then asked
"so what happened after my incident?"he asked
"you know I was pretty pissed as to why you did not send the signal if there's an enemy coming,"Hiroko answered
"haha! you know you always have that gloomy face everytime so,when I met that giant I thought to myself,hey why don't I bring the giant's head to ya,it would atleast put a smile to your face"
"I thought I could win against a giant, because of my experience,in battle against large enemies,but I miscalculated"he answered while drinking wine with a sad smile,
"what did you miscalculate?" hiroko asked
"you will know soon"kijirama answered pushing him off the cliff
"wait!!!"Hiroko yelled as he fell and Heard kijirama say "be careful",
waking him up filled with sweat,and heard a loud banging on the Door,
"milord!are you alright answer me?"said one of his servants,
he then quickly changed his clothes and opened the door,
"I'm fine,call the others let's prepare the Hunt"
he ordered
quickly as fast as lightning everyone is already prepared,and as for Hiroko he wore his armor which was crafted from the finest material the world could offer,
he stood tall and watched his people looked at him with admiration and respect,he then gave his speech,
"brothers,today will be the fight we may never forget,this fight will be the bloodiest of all battles we've ever come across, and I don't know how many us will return alive,but this I promise you that I will be the first to step in the battlefield and the last to return,for I will lead our people,are you ready to die? then come join me the gates of heaven await!"
after hearing his speech the people answered
with a battle cry
"for the clan!!!"everyone yelled with excitement,moral was high, spirits lifted ready for bloodshed,
Onwards! hiroko ordered and all of the ninjas came running to the speed almost as of they're flying,
They're going on a giant hunting...

...
"hm?why does my ear feel itchy is someone to talking bad about me?"Ymir asked while scratching his ears,
"anyway that Chief sure is cool,the way he execute his plan and the way he organize the formation of how to attack me,I'm probably not surprised he will use all his forces to attack me"Ymir though to himself while smiling,
while hes lost in a deep thought,he heard a sound in his stomach.
(growl)"what the?!I'm starving?...oh right my passive skills are sealed"he said to himself remembering what the system said,
"welp time to find some food"he said standing up to look for food,
(A,N:the trial is does not focus in fighting and does not only have humans but also beasts residing in the trial and this is also a test to fully utilize the Challenger's knowledge to survive)
while exploring the vast forest, Ymir discovered a lot of different animals that did not appear in his training hall,
"maybe because it's just for hunting or just to small for giants to consider as a threat I guess since most of the small enemies are all the types that are difficult for giants to fight"Ymir thought to himself,
while looking for food he then spotted a large mountain bull,(a bull the size of a mountain),it also spotted him and charged at him full speed..
(you already know what's gonna happen since it's just a giant bull, it's habits are of a normal bull except a little aggressive),
after eating he Ymir heard a voice,
"I finally found you, monster!"
