"Uh... Matilda and her friends mentioned something about the Night Fair in town," she stuttered, her words hesitant as if unsure of how he would react.

"Go," Adrien replied, his tone indicating a nonchalant approval. He didn't wait for her to complete her sentence. However, Alicia didn't seem to hear it as she was busy trying to explain it.

"It's alright if you don't want me to go. They just invited me to join, and I thought I should mention it—"

"I said you can go." Adrien interrupted, a hint of impatience in his voice, not allowing her to finish her thought. Alicia blinked, registering his permission, and nodded before swiftly exiting the room.

The door closed behind her, leaving Adrien alone in the study.
