Chapter 103: Not again!

An hour earlier...

*Knock, knock*

Nori's gaze moved to the door when the sound of someone knocking echoed around the room. 

The door was unlocked so she knew instantly it couldn't be Karina. A bold push on the door would open it, and that was what Karina would have done. 

Audrey, who was half awake and playing with her phone, also turned her head in the direction of the door. Her eyes cleared up immediately and she pushed herself off the bed to go answer it, but Nori beat her to it.

The assistant matron was standing outside the door when Nori opened it. 

"Your attention is needed in the common area." The small-framed woman informed her before walking away from the door.

'That's odd.' Nori thought. Who would come looking for her by this time of the night? And from the fact that the assistant matron had to come deliver the message herself, it definitely wasn't an occupant of the hostel.
