With Naruto
Naruto had just dropped the two girls he was holding onto the ground. He looked behind him, Hana's ninken hadn't gotten caught up in his last jutsu and were following him.
He could still feel all of the heat coursing through his vains from using that Katon jutsu. He loved for this feeling, the heat was comfortable. It made him feel at home, in his truest form.
"Now that we've seen how powerful he is why don't we make a plan to take him on together that's what he wants after all." Naruto stated bluntly.
Hana looked surprised, "What do you mean by that?"
Both of the other members of the team looked at her incredulously.
It was Satsuki who spoke up, "We're supposed to work together obviously. That was the point of the two bells, he was trying to divide us up. Naruto-nii realized it immediately and I did not too long after the test started. You did too didn't you?"
Hana could only blush in embarrassment and look down.
"Sensei wouldn't say that 'people who abandon their comrades are scum' and then make us turn on each other a moment later. It was all part of the test." Naruto stated emotionlessly. "Anyway he wants us to work as a team and that's exactly what we're going to do okay? I have a plan are you two willing to follow my lead?"
Both girls nodded.
Naruto smirked knowing his sensei would be in for one hell of a surprise.
With Obito
Obito was in another clearing not too far away from the previous one. He was currently just standing there with his eyes closed waiting. The elder Uchiha was waiting for his students to come after him once again. This is exactly the same kind of situation that he had to go through with Kakashi, Minato-sensei, and...Rin.
He still missed her.
He shook his head, breaking himself of the thoughts of his former teammate as he needed to focus on the task at hand. Obito wouldn't let a repeat of the former Team 7 happen.
The current sensei of Team 11 spread out his senses and found what he was looking for, surrounding him from four sides was Inuzuka Hana and her ninken partners preparing for an ambush.
Not a second later four drill like attacks were heading straight for him from north, east, south, and west. He only had to directions to move in, up or below. He chose the latter, knowing that they expected him to jump, "Doton: Moguragakre no Jutsu (Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique)." Using one of his earth jutsus he dove underground, thinking that Hana and her ninken would collide into each other. They didn't, instead they each moved slightly to avoid each other and speed back into the forest.
Obito could sense this using magnetic forces in the earth to sense. Honestly he was confused, but also curious to what his students were planning.
The Uchiha moved back up to the surface to see what they had planned next.
As he rose he noticed that the entire clearing has filled with small balls of green light floating in the air. They were beautiful to be honest and they captivated him, though he did wonder where they came from. He had never seen a jutsu like this. Just what were their purpose.
He shouldn't have asked that.
Naruto could be seen standing on a tree to the south of the clearing behind Obito, his hands were glowing with green light. The very same green lights that were seen throughout the battlefield, and more were being produced at the very moment. As soon as he saw his sensei rise from the ground he activated the technique.
"Hotarubi (Firefly Light)" The lights seem to grow brighter but they didn't appear to do anything, yet. "Hidaruma (Fiery Doll" He spoke once again. All of the floating balls of light converged onto Obito at speeds that were impossible to dodge and then they exploded, setting everything that they touched on fire.
The smoke cleared and Naruto saw the form of Obito standing in the middle of the crater, completely unharmed.
Naruto frowned at the results, but things were going as planned, 'He must have used that space-time ninjutsu that he was talking about. It's quite impressive for him to be able to dodge that combination with a single jutsu. He must have some kind of intangibility that is similar to mine for a short period of time.'
As soon as the the smoke was blown away by the wind, Satsuki dropped down from one of the trees and charged her sensei. She caught him just after Naruto's jutsu ended so he had no time to recover and was able to make him block instead of just dodge. A kick to the head was blocked by the man's forearm and the punch that followed was caught, before she could react was thrown back. He charged at her this time, forcing her on the defensive. He was going easy on her and she knew it, but she just had to keep him occupied long enough.
Satsuki made her move and tried to sweep her sensei's legs out from under her, but he jumped into the air. However, she was expecting this and used her momentum to propel her self upwards in an uppercut. Obito jumped back to avoid the punch but as he did, he noticed a shaodw right behind her.
Obito looked Naruto right in the eye, both eyes. Big mistake. "Magen: Kasegui no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Technique)." As soon as Obito looked into Naruto's lone sharingan, he was caught in his illusionary world where large, metal spikes were driven into his limbs, preventing any kind of movement. The physical pain was unbearable and he quickly reactivated his sharingan to break free from the genjutsu.
The illusion broke, but he was forced on one knee, panting, could still feel the phantom pains that ached from where he was impaled. Obito looked up to see his three students standing in front of him.
Satsuki was smiling there triumphantly holding the bells. Hana was next to her, smirking, with the three ninken at her side. And finally Naruto was looking over at Satsuki, smiling softly at how happy she was. He had both eyes open at this point.
Obito's eyes widened. 'The sharingan! I had though that I was imagining things. Why does he have it? I had thought that his right eye was removed years ago because of an accident.'
Obito composed himself and addressed his students, "Very impressive you three, especially your plan at the end. Though I have to ask now, who gets the bells?"
"Enough games sensei! We saw through the whole test a long time ago. You wanted us to work as a team to get the bells but you tried to divied us in the beginning with your only two bells plan. We all pass. You're the one who said that comrades don't abandon each other." Satsuki had gotten a bit irritated that he tried to pull another test at the end of all this.
He looked at the other two team members and they nodded at what she said.
The oldest Uchiha smiled, "Very good...you three pass. This is the test that my sensei gave our team after we graduated and we failed miserably. We only passed the test because we decided to work together about five minutes before time was up. I guess that was enough to give us a passing grade...I'm glad that you three were able to figure out the meaning early on...from now on we are officially Team 11!"
Satsuki and Hana cheered while Naruto only smirked.
