Chapter 9: Chapter 8
Author's POV
Sara was resting in her room, she had a long day, she kept thinking about today's incident.
The way he held her wrist, it was so rude for her.
She's never been treated that way. Though they are not so rich , she is a still a pampered kid.
Nothing that went through out the day seemed good.
She was tossing around the bed, waiting for that one person's call to tell everything that happened!!!!
The car ride to the mansion went silent, both of them didn't speak anything.
Noah had a frown in his face, and suddenly he started to think about her and a smile played on his lips. A playful smile formed in his lips.
Micheal observed his behaviour, he was worried about Noah, more about Sara.
Because he know if Noah likes something he'll be very possessive there's no exception. It's good if Sara likes him back, if she doesn't then he would do anything to make sure she belongs to him.
Mike was tensed about that fact.
They reached mansion. Noah looked at Mike and told “We need to talk" in a authoritative tone and left Mike behind.
Sara's POV
I was tossing around the bed thinking about everything that happened.
That man he's so rude, what wrong did i do?
He came in my way, and barked at me.My wrists were hurting, all i could think about is only one person right now.
Hmm... I smile unknowingly whenever i think of him.
I need to tell everything that happened to him, I just wanna talk to him, it makes my dull heart shine bright like stars.
My phone started to ring, I've no mood to talk to anyone right now, apart from him.
I saw my phone to check who's calling me at this time, and saw his name ‘Ashish’ on my phone screen.
I smiled like an idiot, I was thinking about talking to him, he already called me.
He understands me a lot.
He knows my moodswings, I'm so lucky to have him in my life.
His name is enough to make my heart smile.
I received his call.
“Hellooo” i told in a boring way, maybe it sounded like i was sad.
“Hey, you're fine? You sound sad. What happened??? ” Ashish said, concern was evident in his voice.
“Nothing Ash, I'm fine" i said.
“ Don't lie babe, you don't sound fine" he said.
He knows me well.
I was smiling.
I was thinking how to tell him what happened today but before that, he broke my thought and
“Okay, tell me what happened, i wanna know " he told me.
I said everything that happened today. I felt relieved after talking to him.
He was silent on the other side, i was waiting for him to speak, breaking my chain of thoughts..... “ Look Sara, not everyone is as goof as you think, people are bad sometimes, it's okay, if he behaved like that, he's nobody to you, stop thinking about that scumbag okay, and also you didn't leave him like that right? You scolded him, it's good. I don't like when you cry Sara, not over unworthy Bastard okay?? ” He said in a very calm tone.
I was happy after hearing what he said.
He's right, that jerk is nothing to me. I scolded him nicely, I should have used some bad words, but it's okay i was in church, i can't make a scene there.
“ Thanks Ash, I'm good now, after talking to you, it's feels good now. You make everything fine, i like that about you" i told him, i was smiling by the time i told him this.
God he's making me crazy.
“ Someone is happy....haha" he smiled
I love his voice.
I was blushing, my cheeks gone red.
“Someone is blushing now, god i wanna see those cheeks now" he said playfully.
I closed my eyes, and smiled again.
“ No, I'm not!! Stop it Ash!!" I said faking anger.
He gotta know and stopped teasing me.
We continued talking about other things...we talked and talked and talked for maybe an hour.
I was laughing at his silly jokes now...,
“ Sara, i love........," he paused!!!!
God will he confess his feelings now...my heart started to beat fast. I could hear it's sound.
He was silent , why he's silent, for god's sake continue with what you are saying Ash........
“ Your smile, i love the way you laugh" he said and I let out the breath, i was holding.
He sacred me. But still, it would have been good if he said what i was expecting.
“ Sara, are you lost?" he called my name bringing me out of my thoughts.
“ Ah...nnnooo,i....i was thinking about, nothing....just you know...hmmm...I'm fine..." i stuttered, whatever nosnense came to my mind.
He started to laugh, hmm cute boy... “Sara...,”
i cut him off by saying
“Ash, stop laughing now."
“Fine Sara, i won't laugh. Thee thing is stop thinking about wrong people, you have work tomorrow, have a good rest. Just stop worrying about other things, okay babe?? ” he said, it was more like cute warning.
“Hmm....Ash, fine I'll sleep now bye, good night."
“Okay, bye take care...."
I cut the call.
He knows me the best. I love him, but I'm afraid of being cheated.
I don't want the same thing to happen again. I'm already broken, i don't want it to happen again and again.
I met Ashish a year ago in Minnie's birthday party. He's her cousin. It was a simple family get together. Not so much of people, only few were invited.
He approached me when i was talking with Minnie, i dint answer any of his questions at first but then Minnie asked me to talk to him.
She told that he's a good boy, I started to talk to him, after that we exchanged number, became friends on social media account too.
We also met several times, but he never proposed to me.
I love him, he also loves me. But i don't know why he's not confessing!!
‘ Maybe he's scared too' my subconscious answered.
Maybe it's right. Whatever i like him, if he proposes me I'll definitely say yes.
But for now he's still my Crush, or Friend that's all. It's 12 already i need to wakeup early so i need to sleep.
I was feeling sleepy already so as soon as i closed my eyes, sleep engulfed me.
