Nobody knew that the building had long been surrounded from all sides.

Perched on a sturdy tree branch, a man peered through the telescope and confirmed that everything was in place. He tapped his earpiece twice.

On the side of the building, another man was stationed in front of the power box, the body of a patrolling guard sprawled beneath his feet.
