Chapter 1: Prologue-Easy
Riiiiiinnng, Riiiiiiinnng
The sound of a school bell ringing signifying the start of lunch rings loudly. You could hear children rushing out of their classes, trying to get to the canteen early. In what appeared to be a classroom, two boys were having a conversation.
"Come on, Josh, why don't you want to buy me lunch? I know you have enough money and don't you remember our deal last week?" Said a tall boy.
"How do you even know I have enough money either way and what is this deal you keep mentioning?" said Josh who was just as tall.
"Don't you remember when I bought you lunch? We agreed that the next time you were going to buy me lunch when I didn't remember to carry mine from home. Today is next time so why are you backing out?" said the tall boy.
"Nathan, both of us know that never happened because my memory is good." Josh retorted.
"Your memory, good? Are you sure about that? I know that you were the one that forgot the art assignment today.; I can't believe that the 'so-called goat' Josh is going back on his words." said the boy now known as Nathan.
"You don't have to worry", Josh assured Nathan.
"Now this is the Josh I know and remember you got the usual."
"Okay man, I'll soon come back"
Josh then got up and left the classroom as Nathan started to smile weirdly. If anyone was to see him, they'd instantly turn around and leave.
