Cultivation Ranks
Cultivation in this novel is split into Internal Cultivation ( Qi cultivation) and External cultivation ( Body Cultivation).
A Qi cultivator will absorb the surrounding Qi to strengthen and transform his dantian into a golden core, while the Body Cultivator will use the Qi he absorbs to strengthen his body, as this type of cultivation isn't focused on the dantian, they won't form a golden core, but, mold his entire body as an immortal treasure with help of worldly and divine essences.
A person that cultivated his dantian will still have a stronger body, just as a Body cultivator will also be able to cast spells and other enchantments, but, a body cultivator will never be comparable with a Qi cultivator in Qi Mastery, as a Qi Cultivator will always be physically weaker than a Body Cultivation.

Qi Condensation/ Body Tempering Realm: Twelve Levels
Foundation Establishment/ Bone Forging Realm: Twelve Levels
The Lower Ascendant Stage:
Core Formation/ Body Rebirth Realm: Nine Levels
Nascent Soul/ Body Transformation Realm: Nine Level
