Adam entered the building and immediately received many stares from the nobles here to get their classes because of what he was wearing.
"Come on Adam don't let them get to you it's time to get a class" He said while slapping his cheeks.
He took off his jacket revealing a ragged black shirt underneath and his pants were ripped in several places.
The boy walked past the stares and up to the front desk where a girl was standing behind it. She was beautiful, her blond hair fell around her shoulders, and she wore a pink dress that matched her eyes. She looked like a princess.
"Hello!" A smile appeared on her face.
"Hello Ma'am I've come here to get my class," Adam said politely.
"Well, let me see your birth certificate."
Adam pulled out a paper from his pocket and showed it to the girl.
"Hmh, that's odd, you're from the slums right?" asked the lady.
"Yes, but why does that matter," asked while furrowing his eyebrows.
"Oh no it doesn't, we just don't see them here very often I'm so sorry if I offended you"
"No, it's fine, it's fine." He replied.
"I see, Well then please go upstairs to your right, there will be someone waiting to help you." She said and gave him the directions.
He thanked her and went to the stairs. On the second floor, he saw a room with a single man sitting there alone.
"Welcome, welcome!
"Hello, Sir," Adam said while bowing his head.
"Please come in, I'm Professor Bloom, Awakener of this school. What's your name?"
"My name is Adam and I am here to get my class, I hope you can assist me."
"Of course, Please sit down."
Adam sat across from Professor Bloom, who continued to talk to him.
"Now, please close your eyes and place your hand on this crystal" Said Professor Bloom after he took out a Glowing ball from a table."
Adam closed his eyes and placed his hands on the ball.
"Good, Now I want you to imagine all the memories you can off the top of your head, try remembering things related to the type of class you want."
"Ok, I'm ready."
"Now try focusing on the most important one"
oncentrated harder and focused on a memory, after a few minutes he opened his eyes.
He wasn't in front of Professor Bloom anymore but instead running with his parents.
He remembered this day after all it was when his parents died when the walls gave out.
Suddenly a monster called a Barbbeast jumped in front of them, It was a gigantic wolf-like creature it was more than 3 meters tall and had fangs the length of a human arm.
His father yelled for him to run, but he turned back just in time to see his mother being killed by the creature.
Then everything went black, then he was back in front of Professor Bloom.
"Well done Adam it says on the crystal ball your class is a Beast Contractor it's a 4-star class very good I must say."
"That's amazing!" said Adam.
Professor Bloom smiled.
"Okay now for Mana Evaluation and Skill check"
"What's that?" Adam asked
"Oh Mana Evaluation is to check how much mana you have and Skill check is to find out what skills you have, what you can use them for, and how to activate them."
"Now please place your hand on this Metal plate." Said Bloom as he got a small metal card from his pocket'
As he did words started writing themselves on the card.
