Chapter 8: Solo
It was now the next day of school, and everyone was taking their ninja photos for their identification papers for when they do missions to verify their ninja rank and make sure they have the right person for the task without any mishaps.
On the academy, the roof was a smiling Ena and an unsure old man taking a picture "are you sure you want to take the picture like this?"
"Hell yea, old man!" Ena then took a pose, and the old man took the picture.
Now inside the academy, the principal's office stood seated the third Hokage and a standing Iruka looking down at the picture and then up at Ena with different facial expressions. In the photo, it was a clone of the third Hokage licking the ground on his knees with tears running down his eyes and a standing triumphant Ena with one of his feet on the old man's back with some electricity sparks coming out of his hands zapping the clone transformation of the third Hokage.
Yes. This picture was of Ena with a colossal smile torturing a crying dog licking the third Hokage. from Ena's point of view; it asserted dominance. Whenever he was recruited for a mission, the person would see the picture of ena making Hokage his bitch! So the person knew that if he could make the Hokage his bitch then They would be in good hands!
"Ena! How could you disrespect the Hokage in this way? I demand that you retake this picture!" Iruka yelled angrily, and ena yelled back
"No way, scar face! When Someone is deciding who to recruit for a mission, and the person sees I made the Hokage my bitch then they will pick me for the mission! It's the firkin Hokage! and he's the strongest guy in the village!"
"That doesn't matter! You cannot disrespect the Hokage this way!" Iruka yelled back while ena then yelled back at Iruka as both started bickering
"Huh, why do you care so much? He's just an old hag! I can take him down!" Ena yelled as tick marks appeared on the old man's head, listening to the conversation between the two.
Iruka was about to yell at ena again before the old man hiruzen Sarutobi calmly said in an icy tone, "be quiet, both of you."
Iruka immediately became quiet while ena and the Hokage started to stare down.
'Shit shit shit! What is this old man made of? We've been staring for a solid ten minutes, and my eyes are so friken dry! What the fuck is this old man made of!' Ena then blinked his eyes several times then stood up angrily as he threw his chair across the room and started to beat and stomp on it till it was nothing but broken pieces of wood.
Ena huffed a little, getting rid of his rage as he brought his attention back to the old man. "Fuck, old man, what are you made of!"
"I have fought and stared into the eyes of more scary and powerful people than yours," Hiruzen said, and a tick mark appeared on Ena's head.
"Oh, yea, old man! Want a piece of me then!" Ena said with a fighting spirit, which the old man ignored
"Ena, you must retake your picture, but that is not why I called you here." The old man stated while ena made several plans in his head to ensure that the photo stayed the same no matter the cost! Even if he needed to sell himself-…. Let's say he'll provide his ninja profile picture to remain the same.
"Tomorrow, you will be given a ninja teacher with everyone else who became a genin in your class. But you will not be put into a squad as we have an odd number. And we cannot have a five-person squad as that goes against the village's regulations."
"Well, why don't you change them? Like your, the Hokage and all?! So change the rules problem solved!" Ena said, simply finding a solution.
"Well, I thought about doing just that, making an exception for you, but I thought of something unique. You will be a single unit! Because of your unique bloodline limit, I figured that having teammates would slow you down so that you would act as a single unit. But of course, you can join other squads if you are ordered to, or you see fit for a mission."
Ena's eyes widened. Frankly, he wanted to be put on a squad with either Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, or choji. But he didn't expect that he would be a single unit. He liked the idea of being able to run as much as he wanted, not having to worry about waiting for his teammates to catch up to him.
"Hell yea! Thanks, old man! Ok, so when is my first mission!" Ena eagerly said.
"You will only be able to do missions above D rank when you prove to me that you can beat a chunin. Any mission above d rank is too dangerous for an inexperienced genin." The Hokage said while puffing a smoke crushing Ena's dreams of doing A-rank missions all by himself right out of the academy.
"Tch chunin! I can easily beat the shit out of a chunin! Old man Hokage point to a chunin. I'll beat the shit out of him! I'll do it!" Ena then brought his fist and palm together with fighting intent clear in his words.
The old man looked at Ena and said, "tomorrow after the academy is over, meet at training ground number six. I will be there with a chunin-ranked ninja for your test!"
"Hehe, ok old man!" Ena said as light pink lightning appeared around his body as he disappeared from the room.
Iruka looked at the third Hokage with worry "lord Hokage, are you sure this is the right thing to do? Isn't he too inexperienced to be going on solo missions? Isn't it too risky?"
"Hmm, maybe…. But I think his bloodline limit will make up for that. Iruka will become a pillar of the village in the future. I can feel it in my gut. He gives off the same feeling as lord first," hiruzen said while closing his eyes as a figure of a man hailed as the god of shinobi appeared.
'The first Hokage? Does that mean the third lord plans for him to become…..' Iruka's thoughts drifted… but none of that matters now! Now Ena was standing in the bustling streets with Naruto and a kid next to him.
"Naruto, whos this little shit," Ena said, pointing his finger at the little kid next to Naruto.
Naruto scratched his head and said, "ahh, this is konohamaru."
"Ok nice to meet you, little shit. My name is Ikazuchi Ena." Ena introduced himself with a smile. The little shit's eyes furrowed, and he yelled.
"My name is konohamaru!"
"Ok little shit!"
"I'm the grandson of the third Hokage, and my name is Konohamaru, not little shit!"
"Oh, yea, do you think I care, little shit! I made the third Hokage my bitch! Little shit!" Ena said as he pulled out one of his several copies of the picture he had taken for his ninja profile.
Naruto and the little shits' eyes widened "who, how did you do that! That's way better than mine!" Naruto yelled, looking at Ena with admiration while konohamaru looked at him with fear. 'He could beat my old man! How strong is this guy!' Of course, konohamaru didn't know it was just a clone transformation, not the actual Hokage. That would take way more effort on Ena's part.
Ena rubbed his nose and looked up with embarrassment seeing Naruto look at him that way "hehe, a master never reveals his secrets!"
"Came on, tell me!"
"Yea, yea, tell us!" Konohamaru pitched in
"Ok, I'll tell Naruto but not you. I don't know you well enough to reveal my secrets." Ena said while Naruto fist-bumped into the air.
"What, come on, please me too! I want to know!" Konohamaru yelled while pleading
"I said no, you little shit!" Ena said as he hit konohamaru on the neck and maybe put in too much strength. The little shit's eyes rolled back as he flopped onto the ground, knocked out but was ignored by Naruto and Ena as Ena divulged his secrets to the photo.
After explaining, Naruto noticed konohamaru lying on the ground. "Uhh, ena! He fainted! You hit him too hard!" Naruto yelled at ena
"Huh? Ohh, shit, we're in trouble! I was messing with him! I didn't expect him to faint from such a hit!"
"Well, he did!" Naruto yelled back. They started their bickering until konohamaru eventually woke up from the loud yells.
