Chapter 55: Son In Law

"Kathrina is a light sleeper, so make sure your step is as light as a feather. Do you get me, son?" Kalina instructed Kale in front of Kathrina's apartment.

After news from Kathrina last night, Kalina could not get sleep at all. Although Kathrina claimed it was only a stomach cramp, she somehow did not believe it. She had to see with her eyes that Kathrina was perfectly okay.

"You've been telling me that for the last thirty minutes, mom. Trust me. Shewon't wakes up." Kale replied he was a bit irritated since his mother dragged her out early in the morning when this was supposed to be his day to be lazy and stay at home for a whole day.

Kalina ignored Kale's complaint as she entered the passcode to Kathrina's apartment. A sound erupted as the door was opened. They entered and walked carefully as if they were a pair of robbers on a mission.
