Chapter 56: Date with Sneha(Part-03)
"Why did they blacklisted you guys?" I asked.
"It's because we didn't obey a local noble. Our restaurant used to be famous. Many people used to visit here. Most of them were adventurer. One day, a noble came here. At that time, few girls used to work here. When the noble came here to eat, we welcomed him and guided him to the seat. He looked pleased and he ordered a dish from menu. We served him that dish. He said it was delicious and suddenly he started demanding something. He demand a girl to entertain him. My husband rejected saying it's not that kind of restaurant. But he suddenly got enraged and started to attack that girl. To save that girl, my husband beat the noble up. After getting beaten up, he left the restaurant and said we will have to pay for this. After that, we learned that we got blacklisted from the merchant guild." Mao's mother explained the whole situation to me.
"What a coward." I speak out.
"Yeah. Most of the noble in this country are like this. To be honest, we definitely needs someone who can change this situation. We need someone like Light Goddess in this land." Mao's mother said while dreaming.
"Don't dream. There's no way someone will help us. We might be an ant like existence to Light Goddess. We have to do something ourselves if we want to live happily. Also, don't talk these kinds of things with a small child like her." Saying that a dandy man came out of the kitchen.
"Yeah. You're right. I am sorry, Serene-chan. It's just I can't control myself when it comes to things like this. I don't really care what happens to us. It's just I am scared for Mao. She is a little girl. If something happens to us, those monsters will definitely try to hunt her. They won't let her live happily." Mao's mother said with a sad face.
"If I remember correctly you guys had some debt, right? Don't tell me today is the last date." Sneha asked with a serious face.
"Yeah. That's why she is so scared. Well, we will do something about it. You guys don't have to worry about it. Also, you guys should worry about yourself. You girls are beautiful. I am sure those nobles will definitely try to harm you guys. Be careful." The dandy man warned us.
"Yeah. We will. Also, you guys should be careful. Just leave the country if you think situation will be dangerous." Sneha told them.
"Yeah, We will." The dandy man replied.
After that, Mao's parents went to the kitchen. We enjoyed our food. But for some reason, I began to feel like I am totally worried about this family. Mao-chan is really cute. I really began to hate this country.
After finishing our food, we left the restaurant while paying for the food. Mao-chan said goodbye to us. Which was really a cute moment. I love her.
"Okay, Serene. I have to go. We will meet again." Sneha said.
"Yeah. It was fun. Well, I feel really bad for not being able to pay for anything." I said with a sad look.
"Haha. I was the one who invited you. So, don't worry." She said while laughing.
"I will treat you later. Also, I think I understand why you invited me today." I said.
"Eh? Really? Why?" Sneha asked while being dumbfounded.
"You wanted me to learn about this country. How tyranny rulers rule this country. You wanted me to see those monsters torturing others, right?" I said.
"Eh? I just invited you to have fun. That's all. I have never thought it would lead something like this. I just wanted to know you better and become your friend. That's all. Now that I became Serene-chan's friend, I can just meet you anytime I want." She said with a dumbfounded look.
Wait, I was the one who misread the situation? Also, then did she started calling me with -chan? Her way of getting closer is surely dangerous.
"Well, I am going. You should meet with Tara-Chan too. She must be waiting for you." Saying that Sneha began to talk toward left.
"See you, again." I said.
"Yeah. See you, again." Saying that she vanished.
She was quite a mysterious person. She came like a storm and vanished like a storm. Wait, now that I think of it, I don't know who she really is and what she really want.
Ah, she is totally a dangerous person.

=====THIRD PERSON'S POV=====
Holy Light Kingdom a bordering country of Chandra Kingdom which is situated Eastern side of the Chandra Kingdom. It has as much size as the Chandra Kingdom. It's capital city is called "Nova Light City." Nova Light City is a Port City.
Holy Light Kingdom is situated eastern side of the EKOX CONTINENT. Even though it's an small in size, it's influence across the EKOX CONTINENT can be considered as one of best.
As name serves, Holy Light Kingdom is a religious country. It doesn't bother to enter into politics of the EKOX CONTINENT. It's just a peaceful country which serves as the religious headquarters of the Light Goddess religion.
Pope is the highest hierarchical rank and also the ruler of the kingdom. It is said that only Pope has ability to directly speak with Light Goddess. So, only chosen one can become a Pope.
Right now, everyone is busy in the Holy Temple. It should have been a normal day. But a major problem occurred. Pope suddenly summoned all the Cardinals to Holy Temple. Everyone got a massage saying "no matter what, they have to attend the meeting at 5 PM. Everyone understood that something major is going to happen but no one has a single idea about what's going to happen. So, everyone has to hurry up and come back to the Holy Temple. It's almost 5 PM and everyone gathered. Everyone seems to be confused. They are afraid a bit too. But no one has any idea what's going to happen.
*BAM
The door opened. Pope Sophia Dia Light entered the room with a servant. She looks as beautiful as ever in her beautiful white dress. Everyone got amazed by her beautiful but they controlled themselves because of the tense atmosphere around her.
"Seems like everyone gathered as I wanted. " that was the first word came out of her mouth that day. Her voice was as beautiful as ever.
