Chapter 2: 1.0. The first step to my liberty
When I opened my eyes, I was in an all white room. It looked a bit like those psychiatric room you see in movies where the bad guy is being confined after losing his mind. Well, I had to admit, I felt a bit like I had lost my mind.
I spent more than two thousand years being tortured, abused and killed —two thousand one hundred eighty-nine years, four days, three hours, fifty-seven minutes and forty-five seconds, to be precise.
Yeah, I really felt like I was going crazy.
It was the first time I came here. Usually, I immediately jumped to the other world after I died so it was nice. I was feeling good, and light. The weight on my heart and soul had vanished thanks to all the power I had accumulated over the years. At first, I couldn't feel it but after some times, I could sense that the hold the system had on me lessened bit by bit.
I don't know where it came from and how I collected it but it's not like I care. As long as I can be freed from that shitty slave system.
I checked my amount of power and was greatly satisfied. About ten more worlds and I'll be able to get out of here for good. Then I selected the next world and clicked "enter."
Everything became dark again.
