Chapter 76: Slap

GK's POV 

A week had passed and here I was sitting across the man I hated the most.

Leon had got treatment and now he was doing better but sadly we barely talked and I didn't want to force myself onto him. He needed time to process everything and accept me as his father. As for his mother, I have no idea about her and her whereabouts. You can call me a jerk, I don't mind. 

But sometimes it's just so hard to control our feelings. Living in a world that we hate and spending time with our enemies. That's the world what can I do about it? I don't feel like myself and yet I have to attend this meeting with the rest of the crew. 

"GK," Lucas growled at me, startling me. I turned my eyes and glanced at him before rising to my feet. "I need to use the restroom," I announced to him before I hurriedly ran upstairs.
