Chapter 3: DRAGONS AND BONDS

3 months Later
Alyssa Targaryen (POV)
It's been three months since Aemon and Daemon blessed my life, as a young mother Viserys, my firstborn has always been close to me, a happy child with a bright mind and who will grow up to become an excellent administrator with how Grand Maester Elysar praises him regarding his early education under the dutiful maester.
Yet Aemon and Daemon, both are completely different yet beautiful in their own way, while Daemon cries a lot more and is much more demanding, there are traces of me in his free-spirited nature, as he is very comfortable around the wet nurses on the other hand Aemon or as the king calls him Aemon "the younger" is a quiet child, too quiet that even maesters had to check on him more than once, but I can feel it, his eyes, his beautiful Iliac eyes, they show intelligence, beyond anything, it almost as if he understands his surroundings.
Not a lot of things catch his interest, but recently the dragon egg that has been laid in his cradle has grabbed his attention, even both Daemon and Little Gael have them but Aemon has shown a much more active response towards the egg, not that others understand, I can see in his eyes, they shine whenever he grabs the dragon egg in his cradle, I believe the egg will hatch soon, it's almost an instinct but it truly is something to wonder how even when hungry or when he soiled himself, he doesn't cry, something which I don't worry about, I know my child since the day he grabbed my fingers, he's strong and intelligent. It doesn't matter what others say, he's my son and I'll raise him to be just like his father fierce and strong, just like a dragon he's meant to be.
Aemon "The Younger" Targaryen (POV)
When I open my eyes in this world, I could feel my blood resonate with nature, which seems to be the case due to the close proximity of the Dragon Pit from the Red Keep, then I saw many Blonde white-haired Targaryens, old, children, adults and the shadow of dragons that fly off over Red Keep, I almost instantly started to understand their language, it was English but it was a bit romanticized version of English it seemed.
Daemon, my younger twin brother, well he's loud as a child is supposed to be but it's irritating, Daemon was one of my favourite characters, his complexity and grey nature were something that drew me, while right now a child, I can see his charms with how the wet nurses swarm him when he's taken care of.
Viserys, Well he seemed four name-days old, I can see his carefree nature yet a bright mind behind those eyes, He was a king for 26 years for a reason, well he comes around to see us and play with us, and he plays with Daemon and reads what he read with maesters to me, I feel he understands on a child level the difference between me and Daemon. 'I will help you with the schemes and greediness of others when the time comes' were my thoughts when I saw him and slowly understood the tragic life he lived and the unintended storm that he left behind.
Baelon and Alyssa my father and mother in this life, I can see they love each other and why Baelon never married again after Alyssa's death, He seems bright and strong, A warrior befitting of Vhaegar I believe, Alyssa, my mother, while I feel disturbed by the fact that in 3 years she will die due to childbirth, it's still something that I cannot change no matter what, She does love Daemon and me a lot and she has even come about to know about the fact that I am far more intelligent then Daemon and hence her focus on Daemon, it's alarming but as a mother I know she will never doubt me.
She brought the three eggs DreamFyre laid this year, and she gave each one to me, Daemon and Gael who have been residing beside my crib since grandmother has a lot of duties and mother had children so she can help her out.
Gael, my fated partner in this world, seems shy and in her world just as the books describe her, maybe her nature will change later on when she grows up, Her Egg is Pristine white while Daemon's egg is Yellow while mine is a purple egg, Daemon doesn't seem to connect with the egg but I can see Gael has formed a connection with it with she grabs it before she sleeps. She has started to walk weakly with the support it won't be long before she leaves the cribs behind.
Today in a few moments the eggs will hatch, and I can feel the heat as well as the movements within it, uniquely I still don't understand it, Arraxion as it will be named can almost send waves of emotion in the form of excitement within itself, it's minuscule but I can feel it, I can even feel, WhiteFyre on her way as well, the family will gain two dragons and I and Gael would have our dragons and partners other than ourselves, it feels like something like a final block to the soul, as it will bond as soon as it hatches, I have to understand it more, this bond is unique to the blood. before I start working on my plans I have to go to Dragonstone for more information.
Della (Wet Nurse) (POV)
I have been assigned as the wet nurse for prince Aemon, A unique child and the first of his kind, I have never seen him cry and his eyes almost seem to understand what I am doing, at first it almost inhumane but I have come to terms with it since princess Alyssa and lady Jocelyn had a talk with me.
While I was at the front door I heard a small shriek from the room, when I opened it I saw the guards surrounding the cribs of princess Gael and prince Aemon "The Younger" when I asked them, they just simply moved aside and I saw them, due to beautiful dragon hatchlings, One in dark purple and light golden scales under the arms of prince Aemon and a beautiful white dragon hatchling with platinum scales looking curiously towards princess who was also in a similar way looking at her, "the dragon eggs hatched" the 2nd guard said, I nodded and ask the handmaiden accompany the guard and inform her grace and princess Alyssa regarding the hatchlings; I came close and saw them and only one word came out of my mouth "beautiful".
Alysanne Targaryen (POV)
"You feel the eggs will hatch soon, dear?" she was talking to Alyssa who came to her when the sky darken, she wanted to inform me regarding the recent eggs that are added to the cradles of Gael, Aemon and Daemon, "yes mother, the way Aemon and Gael have been keeping the eggs close to them, it's as if instinctively they know something is going to happen to the eggs". Aemon, her Grandchild seemed very intelligent since his birth that even the maesters were disturbed so when I looked up any records in our ancestry, there have been such cases before that's why nothing was ordered and Alyssa didn't seem to care which showed that the mother understood her child.
Alyssa herself was a child not too long ago, oh how the times have passed, as I was reminiscing about my children, a knock came from the door, "come in" and I saw one handmaiden and a guard come in, I felt odd at their timing before they informed about the new hatchlings which got me by surprise and a smile came on Alyssa's face, "I told you so, let's go, the hatchlings must be moved if they seem aggressive and the guards won't be able to do anything" and she slowly rises up to go towards the children's room, I in response stood up, and call the guards, "tell the king, Baelon regarding the information about the new hatchlings and inform dragon pit regarding the two new hatchlings so that they can take appropriate accommodations regarding it" and I moved towards the room, when I saw the open door and entered all I could see was two children cuddling two young dragon hatchlings, that's when she heard Alyssa's voice, "Aren't they beautiful?" and all I could say was "they truly are wonderous creature".
