Chapter 13: Summon [Edited]
I asked Diablo to bring me a set of evil pieces because they sound like some interesting artifacts that I wanted to research,
and I was also thinking about building my peerage,

I was sitting in my room going through the summoning grimoire that I found in the basement when there was a knock on my door, it was Diablo
"Come in," I said and he entered the room,
he was carrying a black box with him.
diablo bowed a little and said "Master your order has been fulfilled" and handed me the box he was carrying.
I took the box from his hand and opened it,
inside the box, there were 15 black chess pieces they were, 1 queen, 2 nights, 2 bishops, 2 rooks, and 8 pawns. it was a complete set of evil pieces.
"thank you," I said to him with a smile,
he had a look of pleasure and with that look, he said to me "Your wish is my command." I nodded at him,
then I remembered something important and asked him a question "Diablo, the night of the blood moon is coming soon, will your connection to the spirit world be restored" I asked him that question as I had a brilliant idea in mind if it did.
Diablo nodded at me and replied "it will be restored soon, I can feel my connection to the spirit world getting stronger every passing day"
I nodded back at him and motioned him to leave the room,
he moved out of the room quietly.
after he left I started studying the grimoire again

it has been a few days since I got evil pieces from Diablo and I have made some progress in studying them, and the results were, these pieces are genius as well as trash.
they are trash because the method used to change the race to a devil is a high-risk one,
to reincarnate someone into a devil, these pieces these peaces possess a special stone found only in Agares territory, they annalize, introduce, and add some demonic essence into the soul and body of the person these pieces are placed into rewriting their genetical code into that of a devil, which is very risky and can lead to the collapse of a soul if not done properly.
but they are genius in the way they execute this process.
they are capable of identifying and executing the correct path to turn an individual into a devil,
they also contain many hidden functions as well, like increasing loyalty to their master and making the evil piece holder unable to live without their master.
I am thinking of creating my own evil pieces which will be better than these ones.

today is the day of the blood moon, today at night there will be a moon as red as blood hanging in the sky.
today is the day Diablo can return to the spirit world, I want him to go to the spirit world to fulfill one of my plans.
tensura world was one of my favorite worlds when I was alive and it was my dream to visit that world, and when I summoned Diablo, a door to fulfill that dream opened,
my plan to send Diablo back to the spirit world was, he reached the spirit world he would draw a magic circle in that world that will be able to summon me in that world so that I can be summoned at that world and also explore that world.
for this to come to fruition, I gave Diablo a scroll with the circles design on it and I also gave him a ring with protection spells on it, and the ring has an inter-dimensional communicator which can send a message over the world and give me a signal when the summoning circle is complete circle is complete, and can also summon him to this home in the case of an emergency.
currently I and diablo was standing in the common room,
he was saying bye to me "I will return shortly with good news, master" he said to me.
I nodded at him and said "Take care, and come back fast"
he smiled at my words and disappeared into a magic circle in the next second.

she was one of the characters I played in a game in my previous life, the time-stopping maid Sakuya Izayoi
