Chapter 12: a construction company

I finally extracted my revenge and killed those five people who had killed my cat. It seems like they weren't just ordinary people, as they were in a very big warehouse when I found them., but I didn't think much about this. So I killed them one after another, really slowly, just to show them how painful it is. Afterwards, I turned them into my subordinates and I let them do all the work for me, so that I at least could feel a little bit satisfied with my revenge.
A few days ago, I was still wearing clothes with many holes in them, but now I have better ones, even from high-quality stores... I mean, I may have committed a crime to get them, but it was definitely worth it, as I also needed some clothes for these skeletons under me. Now that I think about it, I must decide what I want to do in the future. In around a week or so, I should be asked if I want to join the light or dark path; at least that is what everyone told me.
I think I will join the dark path though, as I also want to get my revenge on this one guy, the one with the mask. He had turned my beloved cat into this monster, though he had helped, I could never forgive him for this. I will definitely tear him apart, slowly. This will be the path I choose.
But first comes first, I still need to finish this quest I got from the system. Right now I have already brought 8 out of 10 people back to life and all of them are right next to me right now. We are preparing to kill another two people right now after all. There is just one problem with this, as I want to also get hunters under me, I would need quite a good strategy to kill one of them and bring him under me. I can't wait much longer, as I can only get 11 targets under me and already have 8 under me, while one of them is my cat, which I wouldn't send into a battle. Two of them are simply citizens; I found them while they were alone, so I easily could get them under me, but both of them have quite damaged bones right now, as they were the ones who fought against the five guys from before, which are also the last five of my eight subordinates.
Right now, I have no skill to fix the two broken skeletons, so I think I will just sacrifice them later on, while fighting the hunter. I am probably going to just kill some low-ranked hunter first, but I cannot forget that even the lowest of the awakened are several times stronger than normal humans.
At this moment, we are nine people going through the streets quietly, all wearing cloaks to make sure that nobody sees our bodies or faces, to hunt down our prey, which is a new hunter. I saw that hunter four days ago, as he walked out of a building, in which you have to register yourself as a hunter. At that day, I saw his sad face and I knew he had to be one of the weakest hunters out there. As such, he is the best possible opponent we could probably face right now.
But before I do this, I still need to prepare myself a little bit...

I am someone, who works in a construction company and today we are going to destroy another house, that stood around without any people inside for about fifteen years. This is important as we need as much space as possible for new people to come in the future, as this is so important, we even got greeted from the mayor of this small city a few days ago.
This didn't help us too much tough, as we now have to make extra sure to not mess up, because if we did, then this mayor would also be criticed to have helped us and he would blame us too. I would probably even lose my job, hahh. Life is really hard some times.
I mean, I am actually risking my life here, as monsters tend to often life in old buildings exactly as these. At least, we're lucky enough to get five hunters that will help us. four of them were only at the 9th rank though, which means they are pretty weak compared to other hunters or even monsters. At least, there is one 6th ranked under them, hahh, still I think I will die inside there. These five hunters just aren't enough, I mean I don't know how strong that 6th ranked is, but I do know how weak these 9th ranked are. And that is only one problem, how could only five hunters be enough to save us, if we aren't at just one position all the time, in the end, we will probably be parted into five groups or something, which also means that four out of these five groups don't have a strong enough protection. I should probably write a farewell message, to my kids waiting at home, hahh.
