Chapter 2: A....Goddess?!
"I am the Goddess of Reincarnation, Vida," she said calmly and dignifiedly.
"My children, you all have been chosen for an honorable deed"
"Chosen for what?" said someone.
"To become brave heroes who will gain the honor of saving another world," said the goddess.
"What?!"
"Really!!"
"No wayy!!!," was the reaction of my classmates.
"I wanna go home and sleep, Can't I?".
"No, we can't do this. We want to go back to our original world. I cannot let my students face any danger," said Ms. Frederica. She was also caught in the transmigration accident along with us.
"You can't, my child. The ones who have been chosen cannot go back to their original world or else it will create pandemonium in the celestial realm of gods. It's in the rules created by the Supreme God of Creation and Everything, Lord Phanes," refused Vida.
"Lastly, I would like to say that you all have been provided with special skills and abilities according to your personalities so you all could survive better in the unknown world," said she.
Suddenly a large twinkling of bells echoed in our ears.
"Looks like its time,"
The goddess snapped her fingers and a large portal appeared out of nowhere.
"Wish you all survive longer,"
'Doesn't that mean we could die? Oh! what have I gotten myself into," thought I.
In an instant, the portal engulfed all of us, and our consciousness faded. When we gained consciousness we found ourselves in a large, dark room, and the earthly smell and torches made us know that we were underground. My vision fell on the ground and we found an identical circle to the one that appeared in our class.
The door of the large room suddenly opened and a group of people wearing black robes with hoodies covering their faces.
"Welcome! Brave heroes from another world" said the person in front in a female voice as she lowered her hoodie.
"I am the first princess of the great holy kingdom of Archaemenian, Anastasia Archaemenian," said the girl as she lowered her head elegantly.
The person who lowered her hoodie was a girl of the same age as us. She was surprisingly beautiful with blonde hair and pale skin with aquamarine pupils and fat in all the right places.
"She's cute," said Sen as all the other classmates gazed at her beauty.
" Now shall we move to the king's court for further proceedings. Please follow me," said as she started walking out of the room.
As we moved out of the room we came to different pathways but the princess moved straightly and we came out of the dungeon-looking basement.
We were amazed to see that we were in a large garden with a humongous palace right in the middle of the garden, All we could see was the palace grounds as far as our can search.
We started moving out of the garden towards the palace. The palace was huge, about the size of 50 baseball stadiums, and was made out of stone, it was a gorgeous blue and black color with stone pillars and walls arising like those in fantasy novels.
As we entered the palace, we could see decorations all over the interior of the palace and a red carpet laid on the ground.
The princess stopped in front of a mighty door with two knights in full-body armor.
"Other side of the door is Our Majesty, the king, and other high-ranking nobles. So please do pay your respects," said she as the two knights opened the door.
The door opened and a large hall was in front of us with a man sitting on a golden throne at the end of the hall, who was supposed to be the king. Alongside him was sitting a beautiful woman like Princess Anastasia, supposedly the queen.
We moved inside the hall in front of the king and queen as a large whispering could be heard from the surrounding nobles along the hallway.
