"I'm a bit surprised actually, seeing one of my kind here, not only that but is both an emperor of the underworld and the World Governments Dog." I say while looking upon the young vampiress.
She seemed calm, but I could smell the fear oozing off of her, though she was unintentionally tensing up the muscles in her hands and forearms, unnoticeable on the surface but if she sprung into action on anyone else before her she could easily rip off another's head instantly.
But she kept her cool while she gently smiled at me, "My Dio-sama, I have no idea what-"
*BBBBWWWWWWWOOOOOOMMMMMM*
"I really detest it when intelligent women like yourself try to play dumb." I say as I get up from my chair and walk behind her while I pull her out of her chair and let my left arm roam down her body while my right hand tightly gripped at her neck as I rested my head on her shoulder.
*BBBBWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOMMMMM*
"!!! Ugh!" She couldn't even react when she realized I had her writhing my gasp and held her in such a way she can't move and can hardly breathe either.
"Don't play dumb with me, believe it or not I did my research on all of the big shots of the world and went back into finding who they really are and much more, the World Government might try and bury everything but info still gets out so long as you look in the right places." I tighten my grip on her neck as my other hand holds her arm and body in place.
"So keep playing dumb and I don't mind ripping your pretty little head off of your shoulders, understood?"
"F-fine, I understand…." She says ultimately giving up as she has no way to win just by looking at her current situation even if she went all out, and with holding information could turn into a death sentence as a result.
"Good, now then let's talk shall we?" I say letting go and walking back to my seat as if she so much as try's anything she should already know the cost of such an action.
"It's rather unfortunate that you played the stupid move such as telling the Five Elder Stars and your other comrades of what I have planned for this world on the same island I was on, after all I have rather good hearing you know?" I say pointing to my ear as after all my hearing is even better than a Great Wax Moths hearing which is stated to be better than a bats hearing and echolocation.
She clenched her hand but then calmed down as the situation made her decide to follow protocol as she can't attack any of the emperors even if she wanted to without approval from the Five Elder Stars and being accompanied by at least one admiral.
But knowing I could easily kill Admirals I've been put into my own personal category of, 'unless you have 100% chance of defeating him then never fight him under any other circumstances'
"Alright, the cat is out of the bag, or maybe it's never even been in the bag and you knew all along and you just wanted to talk with me alone, so, what can I do for you Time Breaker?" She says my nickname to put more distance between us.
I don't mention that as it's understandable with her position after all, "The world is going to change after all, so who's side are you going to stand on? The side of the new order? Or the side of the Old World Order?"
"Hehe, that's a silly question to ask someone of my standing after all, who do you think I'll stand with?"
"The side that is King as they shall be the winners where as the losers shall be erased from history of course, but eras come and go as time moves forward, the World Government surviving for well over 800 years is a great feat, but time erodes everything, even as loyal as you are I wouldn't think you would be blind to the writing on the wall, and me being the last straw that shall break the camels back." I say with utmost certainty in my words.
"But you are one man-"
"No, I am but one living god! And a real god, not one that gained their supposed godhood from their heritage through blood and uses it to abuse the lessers of this world from their supposed status that they don't rightfully own! Given enough time I will be able to stop time for as long as I wish and slaughter every single one of them until none are left standing, as even one who can nearly move at nearly the speed of light can't move in stopped time then no one else in this world can do anything to me!" I say with extreme conviction with what I said, though only Imu is the wildcard that I need to be cautious against or else I would have already begun my aggressive take over of this world.
Hearing what I said she clearly was sweating a bit as they know that basically nothing they can do to him to even hurt him and currently they are trying to find ways with the help of Vegapunk to help Admiral Kizaru actually achieve Light Speed movement with his devil fruits abilities to make him become our trump card in combating Dio, as Vegapunk confirmed that to reach the limits of stop Time one needs to actually be moving at the Speed of Light, but due to the heavy losses of the Marines at MarineFord currently the Navy is doing everything in their power to recruit new members.
Kizaru's devil fruit should automatically allow him to move at light speeds because he is a light human from eating, but the Glint-Glint Fruit he ate is actually light refracting off an object, so he can only achieve slightly below the actual speed of light which wouldn't matter as he has never faced anyone faster than him as such during the years he first gained his devil fruit abilities he never tried to train it getting faster than he already is.
Due to his age and his lack in disposition in training his potential to push his devil fruit to its absolute limits has become physically impossible for him to now achieve without external help as a result.
Even if he does achieve that he won't be able to keep using his Light Speed movement as it would put to much strain on the human body as Vegapunk speculated unlike Dio who is made to handle Time Stop so she wasn't hopeful, and Dio was offering her a choice, and like most living things she also feared death and even if the world was stacked against him she could see that he alone could turn the tables and basically end the current era of this world and begin a new one single handedly as a result.
Many people would die if he succeeds but that means nothing to her if she can stick to the side that she knows will be the winner in the end, so after thinking for awhile she looked back up at him who was casually drinking a coffee from somewhere or someone while she was left to her thoughts.
"So? Have you made up your mind?" I said as I looked at her with a rather lazy look, during the entire time she was contemplating what to do next I could read her micro expressions like a book so I already knew her answer.
"Fine, what do you want to with me if I'm dropping my allegiances and joining your side?" She's says coming to an agreement with what I have said.
"Good, you know I like working with smart people who know what they need to do, as for what I'll have you due, all I need you to do is keep doing what you have always been doing but being my personal informant on all of the things in the Marines and World Government and have them relayed back to me, only absolutely important info after all." I say as I begin discussing how this relationship will go from now on.
In the future she will genuinely become a fervent follower of mine and a future lover, but that would be for another time as I have more things to do after this.

So far next quest looks to be a new world quest to get a new chat member with Demon Slayer Arc following before another Chat Member Quest happens in that order.
When this arc ends I'll ask for suggestions on the next quest if it's the new World one as I have already ideas for the other two obviously, your inputs are well appreciated.
