2088 after the meteor crash in 2023 2 December animals began to mutate and turn into creatures with high level power the US military announced that they knew it because of a space ship that crashed in the ocean there was video with earth meteor crash and apocalypse
So to prevent it millitary have built safe zones all around the world and developed a chip from the space ship that can people super human abilities and skills but to get the chip they need to have extreme luck because only some can survive the chip and would die
I am Tom a normal person today is my graduation and after graduation people can get chip implanted volunteeringly because there is only a slim chance of survival that's no one volunteered but I did because I am an orphan and I have nothing to loose and this is my only chance to get powerful
