Chapter 2: The lord's new life
In a world where 80% of the population have superpowers called quirk, while the rest of the 20% are nothing but a pile of crap that are a waste on the air as they are normal humans. This is the world called, the new earth.

No, calling the lord nothing but a mere 0.0000001% is a mistake. The lord is the 100% of the world! The lord HellBinger is the whole world!
Years has passed, and the lord has become the most adorable boy to ever exist that even just a single glance will make everyone kneel to his godly cuteness.
The one and only person who can reign the world in the future once again. The lord has brown hair and green eyes. He is now four years old.
Of course, the lord is holding back his charm as it will be nothing but a hindrance to his schemes. His charm is one of his secret cards.
Well, for some reasons, the lord has still kept his original name from his past life until this life. Seems like the satan knows his thing. The lord's name shall be known to the world.
'I recently turned four. I'm looking forward to the quirk I'll get, if I ever have one.' The lord thought.
Quirks are inherited genetically and typically manifest in children by the age of four, at the latest.
Though, not exactly when you turned four, just usually four. So, the lord has been waiting for his time since then.
Currently, the lord is living on an orphanage. That's right, an orphanage. A perfect place and a perfect background where the most strongest villains in the world started.
When the lord has been born, some hedious woman with a hood left him alone in this place while it was raining.
"One-san, let me help you." The lord said with a very bright smile that can make anyone melt to a kinda beautiful middle aged woman who's fixing the plants. The woman is the one and only director of the orphanage.
It's not like the lord wants to help this woman with her gardening because he wants to. The lord merely is fond of acting like the most thoughtful child in the world to steal people's hearts! The lord likes playing with the people's minds!
"Haha, you don't need to~" The woman replied.
"Don't mind me one-san, I want to help easing your burdens weighing on your shoulders."
"Well, if you insist then you can water the plants on that section over there."
"Yey!" The lord exclaimed. He then headed took a sprinkler and watered the flowers.
Though, these flowers aren't actually just any normal flowers...
The flowers the lord is watering is actually one of the most poisonous flowers in the world!
Thankfully, with the lord's skills, he actually made the poisonous flowers to look like normal flowers.
So, in order to hide the fact that he planted such flowers, he always helped the director in watering the plants to guard her.
"Hehehe... Grow well, my children. " The lord murmured.
'Heh, seems like he really loves plants. How cute~' The woman thought, misunderstanding what the lord's grin meant.

Today is the day where the lord, has awaken his prowess!
Earlier, him, the director, and the other children who's the same age as him headed to a hospital to check what quirk they got.
From the doctor's statement, the quirk the lord have is called Instrument Controll. The doctor analyzed that it's quirk where one has the power to control instruments like violin and many more.
Such an amazing power! Suitable for the lord!
The other children got theirs as well. Though, it isn't worth it to be mentioned at the very slightest. All of them are insignificant to the lord's eyes.
"One-san, can I try something on that piano?" The lord asked, pointing at an ancient looking piano. The piano has been there ever since the lord came to this orphanage, so it's quite old and worn out.
"Why? Do you know how to play?" The director asked.
"No, I just want to test out my quirk."
"Is that so? Suit yourself then. I wonder if you can play me a love song?"
"Hehe." The lord made a cute laugh.
From the lord's understanding of his quirk, it seems like he can make an instrument move at will without touching them.
So, he tested it out. Seconds later, a piece moved and made a sound without the lord clicking them at all.
So yeah, in conclusion, the lord have the power of telekinesis that is limited to instruments.
'... Interesting.' The lord thought. '... Even though it seems weak, it still has potential.'
