Chapter 2: 2 - A New World

He woke up as he rubbed his eyes, it felt bad as he didn't knew what was happening as it was very confusing situation for anyone.

He slowly stood up while rubbing his back as he said "My Back." As it was painful for him especially considering he was dropped somewhere.

He looked around in honestly with a surprising face because what he saw was just beyond expectations.

It was a big hall or something as there were many massive pillars which touched the ceiling which seemed to be atleast 30 feet away from him.

His mouth was wide opened as moments back he was in his room and now he is somewhere else somewhere not here.

He decided to walk as conveniently there was a long red carpet as he woke up laid on it, as all typical human beings he too take the path forward following the red carpet to find the answers.

As he walked he could see something shining, perhaps its the exit as he began to increase his pace.

And after some minutes he did reach as it was a big entrance or exit depending on where he was as he walked out holding his arm infront of his face due to the sheer brightness.

He stepped to see something just out of the world as it blew his mind "This could only be a dream." He said because it was something created in the game.

It was not possible unless its a normal dream he pinched his cheek to see if it is but "Ouch." It wasn't.

He walked forward in the white granite floor before stopping infront of long stair down as it was wide as well.

The structure he was standing was similar to Roman temple construction as it was indeed a temple but for him.

He was currently inside the City of Xeroth, something he built after reaching the top as he managed to even create people to live in this vast City.

It was a mix of architecture from Roman to Japanese as he wanted to build a utopia with historical architecture for it's beauty.

He never expected that he could one day see this city he built once through his own eyes or even touch it as it all feels impossible as how is this possible.

So many questions, but no answer as he walked down via the stairs as he entered the roadway. It was beautiful even though it was desolate as he explored every inch of the City he built.

At the very center there was temple which was also where his throne were as he wanted the city to consider himself as the God as it was a game and it didn't matter much after all.

Surrounding the temple was the living space of the citizens who he created as they were called Ellorans since the City was inside a massive forest which has long trees reaching heights of upto nearly 40ft as it acted as a natural barrier to hide and protect the city.

Not even sunlight could pass through the forest which surrounding the city and spread across nearly 50km wide as inside the forest it was dark giving it the nickname of the Dark forest or the curse forest since if an outsider enters they'll never return due to being lost in the darkness and dies due to hunger or thirst.

It didn't quite much mattered but he asked as he explored "Why is this place desolated, as where is my people.. my children.. my creations."
