Chapter 26: Chapter 25: Max lives a peaceful life (Pt2)
Then it was the holidays the time when people get to rest and enjoy before school starts again and since Max birthday is always in the third semester he knew he would soon celebrate his birthday again and he also knew that it would be one year that his parents died.
During the holiday Max devoted himself to learn martial arts, read and write stories because that was one of his hobbies he liked writing stories.
On a Saturday morning, Max went for training and that is when their coach told them that they are going to host a martial art tournament and Max said he was going to join because any competition that they are doing Max must always join because he likes competitions.
The coach name was Henry and he was a handsome black and slim man. He was also tall and all of his students called him coach Henry and he told all of his students "Every Three years our dojo hosts a martial art tournament and this year it is our turn to host it so you guys should get ready."
All of them replied "Okay sir."
The Coach continued"The tournament is starting one week from now and since it's the holiday you guys can come and it's starting on Monday. On Monday it's the yellow belts that are fighting.
On Tuesday is the day that the blue belts fight. On Wednesday it's the brown belts that are fighting.
On Thursday it's the red belts that are fighting and on the final day it's the black belt that would fight."
Max was thinking about what the Coach said and he realised that he is one of the people that is fighting on the first day which made him nervous and since he didn't want to disappoint anyone Max trained to beat all of the yellow belts.
Max is the best yellow belt in his dojo so he didn't mind them at all because if he fought them he will win so he only focused on the other people he was fighting but the only time he will get to see them is when he wants to fight them.
Max started training harder on Sunday which is the beginning of the week till the next Sunday and on the two Sundays Max went to church late because he was training very early in the morning which made him late but it was worth it because Max felt stronger and faster than before and he liked it.
